The room and lobby area were spotless, and I liked the decor. Even though I saw 2 pets throughout my stay, it was very quiet. It’s nice that people can bring their pets with them when they stay! Downsides to the visit: 1) The ice machine was broken throughout my stay. 2) One of the bedside table USB outlets on the side nearest the window did not work; also, the prong outlet on the bedside table by the wall worked, but was jutting out of the socket, and at times, I smelled a slight burnt smell. 3) the hotel was not in the best part of town. While I was grateful for the gas station next door, there were some dicey people coming in and out of the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay, but way overpriced for what I got.

Very noisy with constant train traffic. Loud vehicles and motorcycles all day. The flooring is also tile so you easily hear your neighbors to the side and above.

Overall liked that it had a different vibe than the usual hotels we stay in, however the shower worked but was in bad disrepair. From top to base as well as exterior it appeared to have leaking or other damage, as well as sheet rock issues.

Comfortable, clean hotel. Friendly staff and good customer service. Front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff were excellent. Location was perfect to downtown and easy access to highway. I would stay again on my next trip to Sioux City.

Very nice stay for what we needed (break from a long road trip). Unfortunately, I was awoken from a decent amount of consistent noise (footsteps on stairwell?) during the night in the "soundproof" room but will admit to be a light sleeper...so maybe others wouldn't mind. Workout room was great. Breakfast was pretty yummy with a good selection!

Hotel room was clean but dirty in crevices. Needed deeper cleaning. Toilet made noise all night. Air conditioning unit in room made vibration noise all night. Bed was comfortable & appeared clean. Front desk was friendly.

The decor of the hotel was what i would call Ikea dorm room. Was refreshing to not be same-o same-o, but im not sure it will age well. Like the tile flooring instead of dirty carpeting and the more modern look. Breakfast was ok but have had better. Area the hotel was located was more industrial than i would have like. Got lost getting into the place following Google Map. Switch to Wase and did ok.

The room was a bit small. I thought that it was a little pricey for the location and the size of the room. The breakfast buffet was a little cheesy and there wasn't a large selection of items to choose from. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean.

The property is relatively new or recently updates. On arrival, a $25 depoait ia required vy credit card- front desk saidnit would be credited backnto my account. (Hopefully it will be.) The rooms are small but clean. Coffee is available in the common area - no coffee or microwave in the rooms (very small fridge). No closets and very little storage. Parking lot is okay. Street parking only at nearby restaurants - some are walking distance.

Had a room above us making a lot of noise all night. called the front desk at 10pm and 2:30 am. Nothing was done about it. Made a mention about it to the front desk in the morning as was told I should have requested a room on that floor when I booked. so basically my fault.

They had an Uber-like service all day/night for free. Really helpful when needing to get places quicker and easier. Best service a hotel can offer to be honest.

The hotel was modern, rooms spacious, beds comfortable and the grab and go breakfast was good. The only issue we had, was the train’s horn that sounded like it was coming through our room all night long. The tracks were about a 1/2 block away.

The hotel itself appeared new and in good condition. Our room was dirty, tables and floors had dirt and hair and the chair was covered in spots of some substance. Beds were uncomfortable and the train horns were blowing all night long.
