Love the corner rooms! Nice and light. Even included a USB-C charging port. The only downside this time was it took 20 minutes to get our car from the mandatory valet - it was at a busy time, and they did the best they could

Overall, this hotel was excellent! Close to shipped and restaurants, you could easily walk. It is a modern hotel, with lots of art by local artists. The staff is excellent, and the facilities fresh and comfortable. Only single complaint is that while the bed was super comfy, their pillows could use a refresh. Just too flimsy for me! Please, a pillow menu with memory foam offerings appreciated.

Clean, comfortable, fantastic service. Drove down for a night to watch a musicle at the concert hall thays about block away, couldnt be happier with dinner reservations also less than a block away, complimentary glass of wine during chekin was a nice touch too. Really well cleaned rooms they come with a little tablet in the room to control all the amenities or order roomservice. All in all for the price I would 100% be coming back to stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff from check-in to check-out. Very comfy and stylish lobby, bar area and rooftop settings; our room was great and such a stunning view w/magical sunset (pic attached) as well as charming flower bed at window overlooking 5th St. & town!

Hotel is new and clean and staff are all very nice. The only downside of this hotel is their sound proofing. You can easily hear other guests in their rooms and trains and traffic outside.

Love the Gordon hotel!!! We came in very late ( midnight) after a long road trip. Crystal at the front desk was so warm and inviting she was a pleasure to work with and lifted my spirits! I was offered a glass of wine which was so appreciated! The hotel is gorgeous! Every detail is perfect, clean beautiful lobby, complimentary snacks and morning coffee, nice elevators, beautiful room, amazing view, in a local shopping area with lots of food choices. It was perfect and we will definitely be back and recommend to others!! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

The staff at the Gordon hotel are very friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely. There was shopping and dining all around the hotel. The only minus would be that the railroad tracks are not far from the hotel and the Amtrak train goes past it.

The walls are paper thin. In the rooms with connecting doors you can hear everything clearly in the next room. You can also hear people walking around in the room above you. Impossible to get any rest. Very disappointing.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, I asked what brand it was, unfortunately for me it was custom made. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. There’s a couple of dining options, I only had the breakfast, which was good. There’s also alot of options for food and shopping all within walking distance. Only critique, the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors, specifically showering. That being said, I’d absolutely stay again!

The Gordon was a nice home away from home, providing a friendly environment I felt comfortable in throughout my stay. The restaurant is a great option and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Will be staying here again, particularly as my daughter starts her college career at UoO.

The location of the hotel is nice in Eugene and not too far from UofO (1.2 miles - walkable). The hotel is interesting and nice. The service is good especially since they will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. The rooftop bar is nice and the food and drinks tasty.

Wonderful Hotel, and the rooftop restaurant is just great. Only two minor issues, the smell of the room was pretty strong of men's cologne and the shower had a half wall? Kind of bizarre, but there wasn't a ton of water on the floor when it was all said and done, so again, minor issue.

I came Here on my wedding night thinking it would be a great idea boy was i wrong, i was treated very poorly and my party of 6 was treated very poorly also i was talked into upgrading my room for an extra what they said would be 100usd total than was told it was 100usd a night i proceeded to not stay the second night due to how bad my party was treated the first night and was still charged for the second night and the extra 100 usd for the room upcharge, also their is no parking and it is forced valet for another charge of 25 usd . i will never come to another hotel owned by Mr Obie ever again , if i could only express how this hotel COMPLETELY RUINED my wedding night i dont think anyone would ever come to the gordon ever again.

Just a stopover on a long drive…Hotel was very nice…Very Clean…Good Restaurants…The Lobby and outside had a fun Atmosphere…Service was very good….Room was nothing special but clean…We walked just a few blocks and saw a not so nice side of Eugene…Stay near the Hotel and all is good…Train whistles in the middle of the night very close…But not the Hotels fault
