Room always felt a little stuffy, not matter how low we turned down the a/c. Hallways felt humid and kind of smelled like a locker room. However, the room itself was very spacious and clean. I really loved the light-up mirror in the bathroom. It had great lighting and plenty of counter space for getting ready.

First there was no extra coffee. Wed night I spent cleaning up several leaks from window and ceiling. Manager’s answer everyone had leaks. Now if you look at leak area you can tell it has leaked before and wasn’t fixed.I am done with extended stay there are many much nicer hotels near me

Spectacular stay! My partner and I have always enjoyed our times at Extended Stays. This one is so clean and the staff is wonderful. If we are ever in the area again the decision on where to stay is a no-brainer.

The hallway smelled like stale marijuana smoke. The shower was not clean and had virtually no water pressure. The sheets felt more like sand paper and the bed was really uncomfortable.

I struggle with this review. The hotel was clean. The room was spacious. I was told the hotel was hit by lightning and caused damage. The front door was broken. The shower has no water pressure- you could barely get the soap off of you. There are absolutely no dishes or coffee pots or hair dryer in your room. You have to ask for everything- like a prison. I don’t know but I want to check in and be in my room. I don’t want to have to say , “ May I have a bowl! May I have a spoon? May I have a hair dryer?”… Then, the “ grab and go breakfast”… what?!? Coffee. Day 1 there was instant oatmeal and a few types of granola bars. Day 2, no oatmeal and fewer bars. No fruit. No toast. There’s even a mini fridge that should hold yogurt but, nothing. Pitiful. There are so many hotel choices in Melbourne that I would highly recommend not picking this one. I understand part of it is from damage, so maybe give it a while, but the breakfast was absolutely horrible for them to claim they had a grab and go breakfast when there was nothing to grab and go.

My room was clean and the AC worked. Unfortunately due to the weather. Lightning caused the dryers in the laundry room to be out of service. I enjoyed my short stay.

Exercise room that we couldn’t get into that only had two bikes and nothing else. Only one ice machine for the whole entire hotel. I did like the fact that it was next to a sprouts which was nice. It’s probably a normal $100 a night hotel.

I booked this hotel out of necessity as family was coming in from out of town for my mom’s funeral. The hotel was dirty . They were short of breakfast everyday . Customer service was the worst . Front desk service was the worst . They were very rude provided zero solutions and had a bad bad attitude . One of the rooms didn’t have an AC and they didn’t give the guests another room this is in Fl in July this is unacceptable. They messed up the billing and expected guest who left to return to fix the billing . They didn’t give any paper or electronic invoice . They didn’t offer to cslll the guests to get the billing resolved in short they refused to do anything to help customers while we were there I witnessed another unsatisfied guest who was on the phone with customer service complaining about the staff . Front desk staff was Horrible should be fired this is not acceptable

I never stayed in a hotel that you needed to request things for your room before. Everything was on request. Nothing was just there. Location was not too close to much except strip malls. Overall, the hotel was ok for a bed. No pool. Price was fair

Facility was nice, clean and new, but a few annoyances. TV remote only worked within one foot of the TV, even after front desk replaced batteries. Front desk person charged my stay at check-in even after I prepaid on Hotels.com. Waiting to get credit they applied at check out…

Great stay. Floors need to be mopped and cleaned. I went to clean something from the floor and that napkin was black after swipping. I placed my foot on the floor to see how it felt and it was sticky. Everything else was fine.

The front desk staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. As a Housekeeping Inspector, I can say The hotel and the rooms were very clean. I didnt like the fact that one has to ask for the basics of a coffee maker and even a blow dryer. Not accustomed to having to ask for the bare essentials. Other than that. It was a very pleasant stay.

We only have Rave Reviews for this Extended Stay America location in West Melbourne, FL. At check in we were told that they were overbooked but thankfully, Angie, the Assistant Mgr., worked her “Miracle” and found us a room and as a courtesy for the inconvenience caused, one Queen vs 2 Queen beds & returning Extended Stay America guests, she gave us the complimentary night stay. That’s why we will keep returning to Extended Stay America properties. Kudos Angie!!
