I loved the property conditions in general. I did not like the fact that I had to slam the door from my room to get it to close and the thermostat was working but the display was broken. Could not read the temperature set. That was the only small inconvenience but it was working just fine.

Hotel had everything! Really enjoyed our time. Food was delicious, staff were attentive and overall the facility was good. Would recommend 10/10

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. First of all, as soon as I entered the room, I noticed the air conditioner was leaking, leaving the floor soaking wet. The whole room smelled moldy, like being in a humid rainforest! I called the front desk several times, and they just kept saying someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up for ages.
Even worse, the room was absolutely filthy. There was dust and trash in the corners and under the bed. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches crawling around, leaving my family and me completely horrified and upset! The hotel clearly doesn't care about the guests' experience and hasn't even done basic cleaning.
This stay was more disappointing than I could have imagined. This environment is simply not suitable for anyone to stay in! I sincerely do not recommend this hotel to anyone; it’s one of the worst I've ever stayed in.

Nicole was so helpful. We ran into some issues upon arriving and she worked and guided us. Then again the morning we left. She was great and very very helpful

I recently stayed at the Krystal Grand Los Cabos, and it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and Nicole at the front desk made check-in via Expedia a breeze. She was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home.
The hotel is beautiful, offering stunning ocean views, well-kept facilities, and a variety of dining options. My room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The staff, especially those at the snack bar, worked tirelessly to serve guests, and I want to give them a high five for their hard work!
While I enjoyed my stay, the O buffet could improve by offering more European dishes and a wider variety of seafood ( Coffee Machine need calibration). Also, turning on the air conditioning in the giant room on Thursdays and Saturdays would make dining more comfortable. It would be great if the hotel provided DJ music or parties for children to make their stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, I highly recommend Krystal Grand Los Cabos for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The exceptional service, especially from Nicole, made my stay memorable. I can’t wait to return!

I like to say the property needs some changes cause I stayed there five years ago. It was very better. They need some improvement people that works. There are Excellent Nicole that works for Expedia. She was checking out on us every day. It was my pleasure to meet her and Julian, the waitress guy in the adults pool to

The property was well maintained. However the room 4509 had two broken double bed legs.
Staff did not show up for services. We had all the time trouble receiving water bottle, coffee, soap and towels for showering.
I complained three times to Expedia representative, and in cases the response was “I have spoken to manager and they will. Take care of it”.

It is a nice, beachfront hotel. Staff was attentive, food was good. Some parts need to be renewed soon.
We went during low season and had to wait for service or at the restaurants so I can imagine it gets really busy during high season.
Overall it was a nice stay

House keeping did not clean the rooms , replace clean towels, or soap and had to call every night to ask for towels, soap, and just basic things like water

The property had great shows at no charge. They had a 24/7 snack bar with great grab and go food. What we did not like was that our party of 6 adults 1 child were not able to be seated together at every meal even though there were empty tables. At the buffet & Italian restaurant some of the food was great some was average. We would definitely stay again.

Definitely not a 5 star fancy resort. More of like a Motel 6 Mexican resort. Rooms were alright. We had to change rooms due to our air not working. Buttttttt the men working at the pools getting drink and food orders are incredible workers. Never found an employee without a smile on their face. Always willing to help where you needed it. Buffet had great options. Pepsi products only. It’s not close to anything so you’re paying for taxis everywhere.

This is a smaller resort than I have stayed at prior. It is a local resort so more natives than travelers. Not all but a lot of servers feel entitled to tips of their desire.
Pools were great. Food was average for a resort. Housekeeping was excellent. Kid friendly.

The room was very nice but the room was close to a road there were insects. Good thing for time share they changed our room. The other room was nice but the air conditioning didn’t work. We called to get it fixed they never came. We were in the third floor but the elevator didn’t work so we had to take the stairs. The server in the restaurant had a bad attitude a when we got our food they never came back. The pool needs to be fixed and daughter cut her knee because a tile from the pool was loose. The server from the pool brought our food but we got very little food.

This is a great all inclusive property. The resort is beautiful! Many dining options available. Staff were helpful and nice. (There were times I wish they spoke more English or I was better at my Spanish.) In terms of the room, we picked the room that had an outdoor mini pool for me and my husband. It was great because it was so hot in the other pools. So wake up early to claim an umbrella, shade, or chairs. One last thing, our Expedia concierge, Nicole, works at the resort. She was very helpful and supportive to us, checking on us daily, helped with making dining reservations for us and our 4 other friends. Thank you Nicole. We really relaxed in this trip!

Some of the servers were not friendly enough to perform the job of service they kind of mad or unhappy the first day I ask for more water and they said they said it was a limit kind of confusing because I get all inclusive I did know that I had a limited

This property has gone downhill over the years. This is my third time here and even from my last visit (1.5 years prior) the stay has lost value. Things that used to be included are now paid (teppanyaki grill) and they’ve decreased their free offerings For example in the Take a Bite cafe they no longer have free soft serve but rather paid gelato. Also they removed their free sandwiches and salads in lieu of only pastries. This presented a conundrum if you get caught between 11 and 12:30 when the restaurant is closed and the only option is to order food poolside starting at 11:30.
In the room we were missing hand soap and no more free shampoo and conditioner and lotion. The only option if you forget these items is to buy at the store and they don’t even have lotion. In addition one of the reading lights was out of order which was not a dealbreaker but annoying.
Most people may not care about these criticisms but I think the hotel experience is trending in the wrong direction. I definitely will not be returning to this property in the future which is sad because I always thought it offered good value for the price.

The property smelled, dirty, limited dining, only few restaurants open, limitation snack and drinks. No entertainment and difficult to get service. Hidden fees on everything. Will not be back.

Property or at least the room I was put in was old. They didn’t even have a lotion. Shameful to say and then the Buffet was terrible and I was not given the opportunity to eat at the restaurant when no one at Expedia mentioned that it would be the case because I was there for only one night. I could have paid $22 more to stay at a nicer all inclusive resort but I was misled by the pictures

I had a good experience

After leaving a hotel down the road due to our horrible experience, we stumbled upon Krystal Grand and were immediately greeted by an angel representative from Expedia named Nicole. We discussed with her our troubles from a hotel we had booked for our family trip, and she immediately took us under our wing and helped us with booking at the Krystal Grand for the remainder of our stay.
The hotel was truly gorgeous, clean, and AMAZING. It had an open lobby allowing for gusts of fresh air to flow during the high heat. The pools were clean and had comfortable seating for lounging and cabanas for rental. The staff throughout the facility, from room service to the pool bars and beyond, were INCREDIBLE and enhanced our experience further. The food was amazing and it was so easy to get into any of the restaurant options they had throughout the resort. The bar food was incredible and the service throughout is unmatched.
Two managers were at our assistance with booking along with Nicole: Pedro and Mario. They all made every second of our stay pleasurable and comfortable. We booked a basic room and after hearing our troubles from the other hotel, they upgraded us to top tier ocean front rooms. Wow!!!
Hotels should be taking note on the Krystal Grand and how they are operating for the comfort, class, and convenience for their guests. They all made me and my family feel like royalty and provided us an unforgettable stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Great property, staff is great, awesome bars and great for kids activities.
The restaurants are all great but found the buffet very limited in terms of food choices.
4.0 / 10.0
Our room was 31.5 degrees Celsius when we entered. After 7 hours the AC got it down to 28. We finally were able to change our room but they made it really difficult to do so. Nobody answed phone at reception because the one and only person working there was busy dealing with other people complaining. One guy who works reception doesn't even pretend to care.
One evening we went for dinner and two of the restaurants were closed that day, which I have never heard of in all-inclusive resort, leaving really limited options.
Some of the poolside recliners very dirty.
The tray next to the drink dispenser at the buffet Never had glasses,so you have to hunt around and get creative to find something to put your drink in.
Housekeeping sometimes replace coffee and water in the room and sometimes not..
The wing our room was in was close to Loud busy highway.
You have to buy your own drinking water beyond the one bottle a day they give you, or don't give you.
Our stay was cheaper than other hotels in the area, but I don't feel that the savings are worth it. Cross between resort and run-down motel.

On arrival the glasses that they left out for our use in our room were dirty and stained. There were a few stains on the sheets the pool, which we paid extra for had rust stains on the dividing walls. There were wood looked to be mildew stains inside the pool tile.
