Excellent, convenient location right off the highway. Friendly, accommodating staff that had a smile for us even as we checked in at 2am. Clean, updated facilities. Clean and well-stocked breakfast bar. This location is a gem!!

No complaints! We loved our stay, we love Hampton Inn and suites! And this one did NOT disappoint.

I had to shorten my feed back!! I would not rate 9.4 for cleanliness reasons.The service was exceptional from the time we walked in until we left. Our toilet got clogged and they sent someone up to fix it right away. We needed more towels and pillows and they also arrived to our room fast. The cookies at the front desk and the all day hot coffee, tea etc. across from the service desk was a great touch. The pool was indoor and pretty clean but so cold we didnt use it long and only once. Now for the real complaints. Like i said the service was excellent and the main areas were pretty clean with the exception of the tile grout all around. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of our room. I own a cleaning business and at first glance all good. Then i sat on the toilet I noticed the shower in its entirety was not cleaned well. There was a hair, the walls and glass doors had a film on them. Around the cocking was no longer white. It had started to turn yellow. Just looked and felt dirty to use. The toilet, sink and counter top was clean. Then once again there is the tile floor. The grout was dirty and yellow. Apparently not mopped well over time. Was happy i had my sandles to walk in. Before last shower, we had walked on the carpet around our bed bare foot, then to the shower. Once the water hit my feet, apparently the carpet wasnt vacuumed well either, the fibers were lose and stuck to my feet and then rinsed to the shower floor. So gross! I wouldn't pay to stay again!!

The pool here is apparently closed every Monday for "deep cleaning"; this wasn't indicated anywhere except on the entrance to the pool and we would have booked another hotel had we known this was the case. This hotel is fine otherwise- it is clean and quiet.

Poor customer service.

The room was very nice; however, all of our good feelings went down the drain when we discovered MOLD on the air conditioning vents. My daughter is highly allergic to mold and we had a miserable night.

The hotel was nice and clean and I enjoyed the breakfast and nice room. I was shocked that the room was really basic for the money I paid. The cheap toilet paper among others were a disappointment.

The fan from the bathroom Was running all nite and it’s extremely loud. When I told staff they didn’t care.

NO ROOM HOUSEKEEPING SO HAD TO CALL GET TOWELS TAKE OUT TRASH CUZ THEY COME EVERY TIW DAYS HAD NO CONDITIONER NEVER BROUGJT UP RAN OUT TOWELS ETC

The hotel was close enough to all of the places of interest in Providence. The morning breakfast was convenient, hot, and delicious - perfect because we had to get back on the road quickly the next day. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay again.

Nice and convenient.

We very upset because were up because heard yelling outside in parking lot at 3:50am than a lot of cops and ambulance. A girl seemed to be in bad shape after a fight broke out. Ruined our sleep and stay after that. Mad too spend all that money for that to happen and hotel didn’t say sorry or offer anything. We are Hilton rewards members too.

Clean room and very friendly front desk staff. Will stay here again.

The place is fairly new, so it was up-to-date, clean and overall nice. My only issue was that there was no housekeeping while we were there on our two night day. Odd! We had to go down to the front desk to request clean towels. Not a big deal as it was only two nights.
