The worst hotel ever i made a reservation in then i called them to confirm my reservation and I let them know that I'm driving from Massachusetts to Michigan and i will arrive early morning with my family, when i arrived at 6AM i called the front desk spoke with a girl she stated that my reservation is canceled before she even asks for my name or my reservation number or any other information, I called the customer service they said my reservation is not canceled in then customer service tried to call the front desk, girl, but she never answered the phone I had to look for a different hotel early morning when I was so tired from driving 11 hours with my family, I don’t know how my reservation got canceled without informing me with anyway.

Nice and efficient property. The room was fine, however, the tv picture was completely dark on the top half. Additionally, there were lots of roaches between the tv stand and wall that would venture out at night.

Front desk was not friendly. Closes often and no availability for any help if needed. Kitchens in units however they are not furnished with ANYTHING. Not even a coffee pot. You can purchase dishes at the front desk for an outrageous price. Smells of weed and animals through hotel. Room was updated and nice otherwise. Parking lot has terrible parking and very tight spaces.

Overall the stay was okay. Front desk staff are not available 24 hrs and when I checked in on Saturday around 4pm the supervisor of the hotel told that its her day off and she cant show us the room. It is expected to have a front desk executive 24 hrs. Initially she gave us a main floor level room and I didn’t like that. So I asked her if she can change the room. In reply she told that the hotels fully booked and she don’t have any other room. When I told her to cancel my booking and refund the entire amount she gave us 2 options, one on 4th floor and another one on 2nd floor. Didn’t understand how come those 2 rooms are available soon. In terms of the money we had to pay the rent upfront whereas other hotels which are far better than Woodspring Suites will tell you to pay the amount at the end of the stay. Also, there is a security deposit of US$150 which needs to pay upfornt along with the rent. Moreover, there was additional charge of US$44 which got debited from my account without any information for no reason. Upon asking she told that is an automatic charge which I did not understand and she told that it will get credited in my account back in 2 business days. I stayed there for 7 days and didn’t get the amount yet. So my suggestion would be to hire more customer friendly staffs at the front desk and keep the front desk open 24hrs.

I wasn’t allowed to check in and need my money refunded. I called at midnight and was promised I could check in late. I was still in line for a car rental. After getting through the rental line and driving 22 miles I arrived and was told my reservation was canceled. I was forced to sleep in the rental car and had to work with no shower and very poor rest.

The rooms are updated clean did not see one bug, the staff was always helpful, Sue the GM especially was very helpful for me and my family. Always Clean

I went to check in and the deposit was 250 on top of 160.So wen I walked out and came back in she cancelled the reservation so now I’m waiting to see if I get my money bck because I didn’t stay at the hotel

There were no utensils or dishes in the room, which for an extended stay with a full kitchen, i was surprised. that’s the reason for the 4 star rating. otherwise everything else was really great

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! There were stains on the walls…some type of animal hair and dust in all corners of the room, and it smelled absolutely terrible throughout the whole hotel! The front desk keeps their shutters down and won’t even answer the phone to you when you call. They don’t even provide a shower curtain!! Also if you’re wanting soup to shower you won’t get any. No ice buckets, no soap, no coffee machine, nothing! And anything you want to use you have to pay extra for! Also you will hear banging on doors and screaming at 3am! Also they make you pay a $250 incidental fee they won’t tell you about until you’re there! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Undisclosed fees that cost as much as a 3 day stay there, everything smells, no housekeeping or fresh linens unless you wait 2 weeks or pay another fee (are they waiting 2 weeks to clean the rooms?!), fees for WiFi, rude staff. Literally the worst hotel experience. Save your money and go down the street to the Hilton.

Mattress was quite comfortable. AC worked well. Kitchen area came in very handy. The only thing I didn’t like was the $150 additional fee that was sprung on me upon check in on top of the cost of the room.

Check in was less than pleasant. The website indicates we can check in until 10pm. We got there at 4:45 and they are closed, says they close at 4pm. So basically you only check in from 3-4pm. We had to call and ask for someone to check us in. We waited about ten minutes for that. There were four in our party and had to request more towels. They only provide two. We had to call and then wait again for them to return to the front desk to provide the towels. Customer service was terrible, price good, cleanliness mediocre. Unfortunately we pay for what we get!

I didn’t get to stay because I refused to pay $250 for the hotel to hold. I was not informed of this before I booked. I’m 56 years old. I checked in at 8pm. I was only there to sleep. No way would I have made any damages to the property nor would I ring up charges.

First off do not go in expecting hotel like services. It is more like renting a apartment. If you choose a room with kitchen wares included expect the very minimum. A few dishes, couple utensils, 2 pans, a spatula and spoon. No Coffee makers, no toasters. They will SELL you these at front desk. So bring your own.
Do not expect cleaning service unless you pay for it. I was there 20 days and supposedly they would clean after 2 weeks. They didnt show. I asked for them to come next day. They didnt show. Finally after complaining they did on the 16th day. That being said the only things i know they did was change my bedding and towels. Counters still dirty. Floor still dirty. No evidence of any cleaning whatsoever. They disable TV to be able to connect to it for smart casting or anything. My TV would lose signal every hour saying Lan line disconnected. Answer to that was to move me to another room after 5 days of it. Second room TV worked but the sounds from the plumbing were annoying. It must of been a central hub for drains. The noises this cover besides toilet made in middle of the night barely muffled with door closed.
The good. At check in room was clean. And nothing seemed worn out. Bed was comfortable. TV was large enough. Shower was huge but back to negative. When looking at pictures of room i was selecting it showed in the room pictures a accessible shower. With grab bars and shower seat. When asked they said i didnt reserve handicapped room. We have none available.

My companion and I really enjoyed the family setting of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We felt safe. We loved that dogs were not just allowed but greeted with open arms. Not only was the staff wonderful the guests were too and i believe its because the management set the tone for a welcoming, accepting stay.
