Staff was wonderful, room dusty, bed very uncomfortable, pillows horrible, I felt property was lack luster compared to expectations. Would not stay there again

Spent Thanksgiving at this property. It was laid back for Vegas due to the holiday. Check in was quick but did not get an upper floor as requested. With my One Key level I was suppose to get a $25 drink credit which never showed on my bill.
Overall it was a comfortable room with an ok view of the strip. Was not worth the upgrade.

In general everything was good. I appreciated the upgrade however I wasn't able to use the tub in the amazing bathroom as the stopper was malfunctioning and wouldn't hold water. The Nespresso also stopped functioning the second morning.

While we were staying here in November none of the fine dining restaurants and several restaurants in the food court were closed. Not the Resort World” experience we were expecting. No one notified us when we checked in and the front desk was unaware when we asked about it in the evening. The next day we requested house keeping service but when we returned late, no service was provided and no new towels received. They charged the resort fee even though only one tiny pool was open. Self parking is on the other side of the casino and costs $18 per day.

The hotel its self is nice and clean but after staying at the Venetian for several days prior we were rather disappointed. The Conrad is on the far end of the strip and its not as accessible to the main activities. I think the major turnoff was the check in. The lady that checked us in seemed more focused on us upgrading and spending more money then making sure we had a comfortable stay. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (which was fine) but no efforts were made to try and get us in before 4 unless we wanted to spend more. Resorts World is very dead so perhaps that's why they're trying to solicit more sales from their guests. So if you're looking for a quiet spot with not a lot of activity this is the place for you.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly accomodating throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location and uncrowded ambience.

The check in takes forever not in fast mode at all …….the pool big hassle to get too and for a 50 $ resort fee the pools all closed and busted dirty old towel and pool furniture banged up like it was for a 1992 hotel with ragged see thru Busted paper thin old not soft towels not thirsty for drinking ur body paper towels would work better than them

Hotel room was very clean, restaurants were good. Went in November & even though the weather was warm enough to go into the pool, there was only one small pool open & it was crowded! Other than that, everything else was good!

Alarms kept going off all night

lovely property. however very low engagement level of staff overall. restaurants with very low service level. seems like a major mgmt issue as it cuts over all functions.

This is not a 5-star hotel in any possible way. No in-room coffee; low quality finishes throughout; loud with multiple music sources at any time; incredibly bright everywhere; no dimmers in room; blackout curtains do not fully block the 40-story digital screen on the side of the building; room service through GrubHub with all disposable dishes and utensils; no bottled water and tap water tastes like chemicals; poor room and bathroom layout; no customer service.

We choose Resort World because Carrie Underwood was performing. We loved it!
Excellent accommodations, wonderful service and so many food choices from food court to fine dining. I didn’t get opportunity to see spa but pools were great.

Overall a pleasant stay. Quick check in and out. Staff are all very friendly. The only complaint is that our shower wasn’t working well. It’s either really cold or hot.

Well-located new hotel; 23rd floor room was spacious, well designed and offered an excellent view of Strip and mountains.

100% will stay at the Conrad again. Rooms are roomy, beds are comfy and hotel/casino isn’t dark like many of the others.
Only complaint, which I see is many others, pool closes at 6pm.

New build hotel. Nice and spacious rooms with a separate running AC. This can be switched of what is perfect. The permanent air inlet is bad located as direct next to bed and does give noice all day long. Room cleaning wasn’t good. Dust hasn’t been cleaned up, just the bed and towel removed. For me ok but not how it should be. Costs for room drinks are ridicules. 14 dollars for a water. Also the costs in the hotel shops are high. The restaurants follow this price strategy so that a normal breakfast is easily 50 $. All have to pay a restoration fee but you don’t have everywhere free sofas to use. Half of them you have to pay extra of 50$ and more. To me most disturbing is the music all over the resort. You can’t find a place at the pool in the casino or anywhere without loud music!! Just why??? Also, the hotel has its music, the casino a different, all restaurant as well! So why the hell this stupid overlapping of noice??? And everywhere you have to wait to get serviced. For my checkin I had to wait in a long queue 1h10min in the night at 2 am. Absolute joke.

Stayed at the Crockford, and it was clean, spacious, high ceilings, service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again

The hotel and casino are on the strip, but far enough down the line that they are not inundated with tourists like the Bellagio or Caesars. We could sit down at a blackjack table any time we wanted without waiting.
Food choices were plentiful. Again, we could easily find breakfast or lunch without waiting in line.
Great location.

We were upgraded to the Crockfords suite, which was amazing! Although I'm sure our original suite at The Conrad would have been great as well. Love this resort and will be back!

The Conrad is a great place in Vegas. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. The property has lots of restaurants of all types. It has everything you would want.

I was blown away by the Conrad! Having been to Las Vegas many, many times, I do not feel the need to stay in the center of The Strip now and am so happy that I chose the Conrad! My room was spacious and beautiful with great views of the mountains and The Strip. The resort itself is so nice! I loved the variety of restaurants and bars (especially the hidden gem Here Kitty Kitty). Although I did not have time to check out the pools, there are many of them and they looked beautiful. I found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. And having GrubHub delivery as an option when I had to work through breakfast or lunch was so convenient. I also loved my trip to Miss Behave for a blowout. So nice to have that salon in the resort. My only complaint about the property is that the rideshare area is a HIKE from the rooms, much of which is outside. I did that once and opted for taxis the rest of the time as they are conveniently lined up at the Conrad's main entrance. All in all, a wonderful resort! I'll be back!

The stay was nice, I really enjoyed the time. Only thing you guys should fix is the TV. At times the tv was on the picture didn’t show at all.

unsatisfactory experience, self parking is hard to find when you get there and far from hotel lobby
costly ($18/day), paid parking at at check out, but none of the payment terminal would acknowledge that I already paid for it...you have to keep your room key to scan it at the exit arm
Tried to self check out from tv, system didn't work
sub par service for such an expensive hotel
overall quite disappointing
4.0 / 10.0
Good hotel but for a 5* hotel, lacking a bit on amenities
Towels were rough to the touch like they could use more softener, mattress extremely firm, the room doesn't have any complementary coffee or water, not room service only third-party app delivery. Was supposed to get room upgrade and a $25 consumable coupon but they didn't provide it. Bathroom fan and A/C making lots of noise, etc. Beside that the location of the hotel at the end of the strip makes it feel a bit disconnected from everything.
Roons are big and nice furnishings and views, casino and restaurants are good as well as the pools, so nice hotel but a 5* hotel you do have expectations of attention to details that I feel here were missed.
