The property is nice and close to everywhere, we enjoyed our visit here in vegas but the property is little bit outdated and i guess the cleaner clean the room in a hurry cos i see a shoe print all over the floor and the bathtub is dirty and there’s so many white stain on the bathroom counter, but overall we enjoy this property and hopefully when we coming back they upgrade the property

Our sink was broken our entire stay - Takes a while to walk to the mgm - no coffee shop in tower 3 - to get Uber you have to walk to tower 2 - if you are looking for a quieter Vegas then this is the place for you

I called the service number as requested to get room cleaning as we needed more towels, bathroom necessities and trash service and nobody picked up or called me back during normal business hours. Then after I got a text saying how they apologize for missing my call to follow up which was way too late as we were already checking out early next day. We stood there for 3 days. The hallway cleaning service team couldn’t accommodate us as we needed to revert back to the number provided that no one picked up in the first place. It’s a nice set up but honestly, the service wouldn’t bring me back.

We booked a “two bedroom” suite which turned out to be a one bedroom apartment with a studio suite attached by a common entryway. We had three bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, storage galore. Absolutely fantastic space and so close to the Strip with good (not great) views of MGM, NY NY and more. If you need a place with space for a family or group of friends it’s a great choice.

Great clean property with all the essential requirements. We were a family of 5 and the 2 bedrooms with 3 washrooms was perfect and comfortable. Everything was great. Carpets a big stained but everything else was super clean and modern. Loved having the mgm amenities but a bit of a walk to the main hotel and strip. U can bring ur own floaties to the pool, or purchase there. A bit pricy to purchase there but convenient. Besides the walk, the accommodations were great. We plan to book again in the future.

I enjoyed our stay however there should have been more towels available for 5 people and a 4 night stay. Guest should not be charged extra for towels. There should also be a larger trash can available.

First off, strip view needs to be in quotes. It is on 10th floor and the only view associated with the strip was the top half of the Cosmopolitan. The lazy river in the picture is actually located at the MGM so you need to make a 10 min walk with your tubes and paraphernalia through the mgm and down an escalator to a lazy river that was full of kids swimming, adults walking and eating. And, pools closed at 7. Checking in, the girl was quite rude stating we werent "part if the mgm" and brushed us off. Parking was a comp valet, so everytime i needed something from the car it was 30 min. The room was ok except the fridges were not working. Would not stay agsin.

Our stay was amazing! hotel staff and Valet service was excellent. Thank you Signature. We had everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were beautiful! Pools were fun. We wished our 4 - 2 bedrooms were next too each other. Maybe next time. Thanks again

I was promised an early check-in at 9 AM, however, upon checking in the front desk, I was not allowed into the second room of our two bedroom suite until 10:30 AM. I explain this to the management, and they insisted on not listening to me or Helping me out. I paid $90 to check in early and I was not according to what they told me. Also, the sink was clogged, the TV guide on the television was not working.

I was provided the wrong room by hotels.com which stated I was getting a 2 bedroom suite instead I got two separate studio which caused issues because I have kids and there were no adjoining doors

My stay at Signature at MGM was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was met with top-notch service and a welcome. The suite was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pools and fitness center. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. I highly recommend The Signature at MGM for anyone looking for a memorable and upscale Las Vegas experience.

Suits are not connected. No morning breakfast. Swimming pool is standard. No daily housekeeping without extra charge. No extra blankets. Overall poor service for the amount we pay. No moisturizer was available.

On arrival, TV wasn't working, toilet didn't flush and safe was not working. Support did come up to fix TV and the toilet, but safe was found out afterwards and decided not to call them up again.

We thought based on the listing that this was a two bedroom suite; it was not. it is two separate hotel rooms. We wanted a second bedroom for our toddler. There wasn't a mention of it being two entirely different hotel rooms. Additionally, we were unable to get a pack-and-play crib for our toddler, because this IS NOT affiliated with MGM Signature and is a private residence. They also do not do room cleaning, and will bring you additional towels for a "fee".

It was not emphasized that it is two separate condos. They are connected through main passage. It is definitely not suitable for family. Second, it is really noisy due to airport proximity and we had to sleep with earplugs.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 3 bathroom suite. It was very spacious. You can use the MGM pool or the pool at any of the towers. The mountain view was incredible. I recommend this hotel to a family with kids.

Room not as reserved. Undisclosed important factors such as no room service, extra charge if needed more towels and such, roads closures all around this place, they lock front gate when their garage is full. They sent us to self park at another hotel. Very bad experience. Will Never go back again

I disliked the fact that the pool bar was way expensive. Paid almost 80 bucks for 2 beers a frozen daiquiri and 18 bucks for a non alcoholic daiquiri. Ridiculous

I had booked a 2 bedroom 3 bath. I was traveling with my family of 6. My family had enough room to stretch,and not get on each others nerves. We had a beautiful view of the pools. We thought it was a perfect centralized location to everything we had on our check list. We had access to the monorail which was helpful. After a full day of walking we jumped on the monorail to return to back to MGM.

Very nice place to stay. Easy access to the Las Vegas strip and top golf . Totally loved it. A lot of space in the apartment. Everything worked well and I will stay there again when I’m in Vegas. An added bell desk service where our bags were held till it was time to check in. That was awesome .

There is a big parking problem in this signature towers. guests are not allowed to park by themselves. only valet parking is available. valet parking takes 30min atleast to drop off car. for valet pickup we have to wait almost 1 hour. its a big mess in terms of parking . guests should have given parking access to themselves under the building. the accessible parking lot for guests is MGM parking lot which is 10+ min walk . In such a huge residential tower , i am shocked to see that there is no ample parking allocated to guests. this is a very serious problem which Signature tower should be answerable to . Every time we give car to valet - amost 2 or 3 times a day. valet persons expect a cash tip.
