We love staying at the Jasper. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shops, so we can walk around downtown. The hotel is gorgeous - from the welcoming lobby with the fireplace to the beautifully done rooms. We will be back!

Really lovely hotel in downtown Fargo. Very easy to find parking and the parking garage was convenient with the second floor walkway directly to the hotel. Walkable to businesses and restaurants downtown. Furnishings and style were great. Room was quiet and comfortable and had plush towels and bedding. Employees were helpful and warm. Will definitely stay here again if in the Fargo area.

The Jasper is beautiful. The staff are helpful. The room is very clean and nice. The only concern is there is no place to put your clothes, there is a very small closet, no shelves or drawers so u will b living out of your suitcase.

The hotel was very modern but cute. It was very clean and well kept. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant and loved it. The hotel was located in downtown Fargo, with cute shops and a variety of restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend The Jasper hotel!

I was pretty weirded out when the housekeeper opened my door and walked into the room multiple times before my checkout time. Also there was alot of visible dirt and stains on furniture and carpet. Definitely not what i expect from a premier hotel… i will not be staying here again.

We stayed at The Jasper to treat ourselves for our anniversary road trip on our way to Minneapolis from Winnipeg. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. and waited at reception for 20 to 30 minutes to be acknowledged. Check in was very slow. We dropped our bags off and proceeded downstairs to Rosewild to eat. Although it wasn't busy, we were not given menus for another 20 minutes at which point we were told only drinks were available. No room service either. Staff in the bar seemed annoyed to provide service. No water available for drinking in the rooms and the tap water was bizarrely lukewarm. A small bottled water was $4. No ice machines or drink machines that we could find. No one answered the lobby phone for us to ask. We adore Fargo downtown and come often, however, after 11 p.m. it is kind of crazy with the traffic and intoxicated peoole. We called 911 after a very drunk man crashed his bike in front of us on the patio and was convulsing on the sidewalk. Our server kindly took our round of drinks off the bill after the incident. Patio server was very friendly. Housekeeping began knocking on the doors 1.5 hours before check out. Views were spectacular. Cocktails were yummy. Parking is free on the weekends. We were hoping for a special experience and were ultimately disappointed. Stayed at the Courtyard Marriott on the way home for $100 less a night and enjoyed friendly reception, great amenities, food and drinks at the bistro.

This place was the best thing about our visit to Fargo. It’s beautiful, conveniently located in the heart of the 3 block downtown and easy parking attached. We had an outstanding meal at the lobby bar and played some pool there as well.

One night stop over on longer road trip. The room is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well for us (i see others posting issues). The gym was well equipped. Room service had limited hours and menu and nothing super kid friendly. First trip to Fargo and seems to be the best hotel option.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Food in the restaurant is very delicious. The drinks were good as well. However very pricey. Would recommend just going to the bars across the street instead. During our stay we had issues with elevator not working as well as the keycard. For how expensive the room is. Or was really lacking in some basic amenities. There is no fridge microwave or coffee pot. Nor any cups for water. So be sure to bring your own cooler and water. Because they will charge you an outrageous amount for bottle water. Basically it’s an okay place to stay at if you need to be downtown and are only spending one night. But they really nickle and dime you when comes to the amenities. So could. Not recommend that anybody stay multiple nights here.
