Management is always willing to go the extra mile for guests. If you are staying anywhere in the Kansas City metro area, just stay here. You won't regret it. It's worth the extra drive even if the purpose of your visit is farther from this Hotel than others. The others just don't compare!

The supposed non smoking room reaked of cigarettes. Other than that, the room was really nice but it was loud. Between the running water that made me wonder if my bathroom was flooding in the middle of the night to the bed shaking from slamming doors, I didn't get much sleep.

Exceeded my expectations given the low price. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bananas, breakfast bars, yogurt, juice, coffee. Friendly staff. Convenient to I-35.

The lobby and breakfast area was really nice. The room was very spacious, but the bathroom was a little small. We didn’t have any soap when we got there, but that was easily taken care of. I like that we could crack our window open to get some fresh air. Toilet made noise every once in a while and that was a little disruptive during the night, but other than that, everything was great. I love that this hotel was pet friendly!

Check in was quick and staff was attentive Was told limited breakfast due to east coast strike and unable to get supplies. Not really sure if this is accurate. Strike only last 3 days, our stay was 5 days after strike ended. I saw Sysco products delivered the morning of our checking out. Management/owners should have stepped up and gone out and bought all the missing items (3/4 of breakfast, coffee cups and lids) or given credit to customers as many likely had to buy their own breakfast somewhere else. A free breakfast is a key consideration for some of your clients.

I was here overnight on my way to another state and this room was a good value. It was overall clean, except for the carpet which seemed a bit stained/worn and not well vacuumed, and the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom was clean and roomy enough with clean towels. The breakfast had a lot of decent options including eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal bars, and a few other things. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I love microtels but this one disappointed just a bit and exceeded expectations at the same time. The room was large and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing is the main thing but ok just not a typical microtel experience

Good location. Nice staff, clean rooms, modern and relaxing environment. Lowest rate for quality. Various reasons: their hot water was out but got fixed during our stay; room smelled like smoke (non-smoking rooms), but they were helpful to give us a new room right away. Breakfast was waffles, chicken nuggets, muffins, breakfast bars, oatmeal, cereal, and surprisingly good coffee. I would stay here again.

No cold water. Room cleaner was a headache. He wasn’t doing his job. Also the breakfast was so weak. But reception was great. Very kind people want to help.

No Hot Water. Was told upon arrival I could get a refund but after driving all day and having such a short notice chose to stay. They said “luke warm water” but I didn’t experience any sort of warmth at all. After reading reviews this looks like it’s been an issue for weeks/months.

The hotel was clean - except for the room carpet. The free breakfast? Not worth being free , as it was little boxes of cereal with milk and some packaged muffins. I had driven for about 4.5 hours, but could not check in early, as she said they were doing laundry. So, really facility wasn’t awful - clean those room carpets and work on a bit better breakfast

Excellent property to stay at when in KC area. This place is clean and well kept. Staff is exceptional. I would stay here again for sure. Don’t expect a good breakfast though, it’s not here.
