The first room we checked into smelled like smoke/cigarettes. The second room we checked into had a moppy water smell to it. But we didn't request another room since we were only staying 1 night. I noticed the smell seemed to be coming from ac unit. Everytime it turned on, that's when I could really smell it and when it turned off, I didn't smell it all.

Everything about the hotel was very good EXCEPT the funky smell in the hallway and room. The front desk staff were very professional and inviting, breakfast was perfectly fine and overall the hotel was clean and obviously new. The hotel NEEDS to address whatever is causing the smell because it is overwhelming and because of that I would not recommend staying here nor rebook again until it is resolved.

Fun place. Open and fun lobby/bar. Limited front desk support. Nice rooms but the smell of must/mildew permeated it throughout. Several of us had to change rooms. Parking was easy, the area is fun and surrounded by food, coffee shops and fun spots. Pool is nice.

Window AC was malfunctioning---the fan on the unit was LOUD. Put the unit at 69 and it still did not feel cool enough--was difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep. Very impressed with Fitness Center. Friendly staff upon arrival and departure.

I was attending a convention at the nearby Kalahari resort and chose this hotel because it was very close and far less expensive than the Kalahari. This is a relatively new facility and was very nice. Staff is great, and the only issue I encountered was that my first room had a faulty air conditioning unit. It was too cold, and I couldn't turn it off! They moved me to a different room, and all was good.

Great location. A lot of restaurants around within walking distance. Very clean hotel and nice people. Only one thing was horrible ‼️AC in my room. Room smelled moldy and window AC unit was full of water . It was literally bubbling when on .

As soon as we walked into our hotel room, it had a foul smell of urine. We were able to get a second room however there was a smell coming from the A/C unit. Then the small fridge was leaking brown water.

We stayed in a king bed with pull out sofa for my daughter. She said that was uncomfortable, but she survived. The king bed was quite comfortable, the shower large and very nice (walk-in shower). The room was clean. The only issue we had was it was a bit warm for our liking. Although there was a thermostat, it never reached the temp we set it to; I wondered if the temp was locked remotely to not dip below 70. The AC was also loud when the fan kicked on every few minutes. The pool is outside with no shade and rather small. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel.

This hotel is great in everyway. Close to a nice Bar, Pizza shop, and coffee shop. Literally in same parking lot. It is also, 3 block from Dell Field, home of Rockhound Express. The hotel bar and Bar tender is great. One of my best hotel experiences in last few years. 10 Stars!!!
