I reserved my room through expedia and I was told by the front desk clerk I couldn't change my room due to my reservation being done by expedia...The spa tub wasn't working and the room was out date and nasty need to be updated with new furniture and restroom need updated as well

Amid hi-rise hotels, this quaint, little resort is the perfect spot for a quiet stay with incredible views and beach accessibility! It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this little gem over the larger hotels surrounding it!

This property was advertised by Expedia as having “two queen beds, one double bed and one pull out sofa bed.” It had two queens and a pull out sofa bed- the fourth bed did not exist. When I asked the front desk, they said no condos had that many beds. They offered no apologies or other options. Furthermore, the “balcony” offers the view of six garbage containers. Needless to say, we spent zero time on the balcony.

We liked the fact that this was a smaller resort/hotel/condo complex. The beach front access was awesome and not crowded and the beach is just beautiful. The pool area is huge, the hot tub was closed when we were there but other than that the heated pool is huge. The room was clean and the ocean view from our room was awesome. Staff were super friendly.

We chose this property as it had its own beach. But this is a timeshare, not a resort. We were notified right after our reservation that there was work be done on this property and it may inconvenience us while we were there. Based on the info provided, we didn't think it would. While we were there, the work was being done on the units on either side of us and above us. They were replacing floors so it was loud from 9:00 - 6:00 each day. This work even caused a small water leak to come through our ceiling while we were out. First day we were there we also found a dead cockroach in the bathroom and killed 6 or 7 flies in the unit.While we enjoyed the beach and the location was ideal, probably wouldn't stay here again.

I love the location, the screened in porch, the gazebo. The pool is clean, and at 10pm, the noise stopped everywhere. But, the room smells like urine, the fixtures need updating. The tv is above the fridge, so you cannot watch from the bed. The key card malfunctioned on us and three other visitors while we were there, and the old guy at the front desk claimed it was us! There is also between one and two sales ladies in the lobby who are aggressive as hell about their timeshares. It was all we could do to check in. I guess for the insane amount i paid, i expected more- at least a breakfast. But, the fact that i walked off my porch and onto the beach in my pjs was pretty awesome.
