My stay was better then I was hoping for, from the time I checked in and the two days I was there made all my plans perfect! I truly will stay with Staybridge again…

Hotel room was very clean ! TV is huge.

The property and staff were great! The only issue we had is our AC system was extremely loud, to the point we couldn't really hear the TV over the sound of the AC. It was a rattling noise. But we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it didn't bother us too much.

Good service but breakfast was from 7:30-10:30 but by 9am almost all food was gone and attendant said she wasnt going to refill waffles or oatmeal and ice was from a bucket machine was broken and water for showers was horrible and no hot water for 2 days ridiculous

Staybridge is usually our go-to for traveling with our kids. This stay was not as good as the past stays. There was concerns about the cleanliness of our room and when I went to inquire about it, it seems that maybe new cleaning staff may have not been fully trained, or something to that effect because a couple of other times, we heard the same concern. Would this skew our stays in the future? Probably not. We love the space and it’s usually in a central area. But it was just concerning. Hopefully we have a better experience next time.

Very clean and tidy. Good amenities, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Check in staff was very nice and attentive.

Rooms were spotlessly clean. The carpet in the hallways was not. The front desk needs more help at peak check in times. (post 3pm)

They had decent breakfast. The service doesn't exist unless you ask for towels. The space was comfortable.

I booked for this hotel for pechanga resort concert but It is not that close location. But hotel is so clean and staff are all kind and I loved a free breakfast. I booked for 1 bedroom , it was kind of small 1 bed , but overall i liked the hotel.

Overpriced for what you get and they are clearly understaffed. I needed a room to accommodate a family of 5. This room had a sofa bed but no sheets or pillows? Not enough towels for a family of 5. I called on the first day and on day 3 they never arrived. I went to the front desk to get towels but I had to go buy sheets!! Tiny dust rag sized towels at the pool. So called free breakfast didn’t have a not breakfast until 7:30 an which doesn’t help those of us who have to be up early. Would not return and do not recommend

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean, breakfast had a good variety of choices. Pool area and bbq area were relaxing in the evening

Family oriented

It’s was okay but the staff was very unwelcoming… pulling teeth to get help .. Area not good

Upon arrival, we were told our room was not ready for check in. It was 3:45pm. Already 45 minutes after check in time. My mother had a bad knee at the time and needed the room to do her physical therapy routine, the best they could do was sit us in the packed lounge without a wait time estimate. When my mother complained, the front desk attendant told her there was nothing she could do for us and that she did not know how long we would wait. She said she would call the housekeepers to find out, and that we would have to speak to a manager because she didnt know what to do. No manager was on site. She told me to just write a review about the experience, she did not care. We waited almost an hour after that to get the room. This is past the check in time we paid for. Ron was the only staff member that checked on us, helped us with luggage and apologized for the wait. The front desk older woman did not care that we did not have a room or an update, she was very cold. My party avoided the front desk after that and kept to ourselves. They told us they only clean the room on the 4th day, we had an 8 person suite and asked if we could get it cleaned on the 3rd day because we ran out of towels and toiletpaper - that many people make a bigger mess than a 2 person room. They told me no on the phone because they had too many check outs as priority. The stay was decent, the breakfast was nice, but the staff does not care about customer needs.

The lobby was not bad but when the elevator opened on the 4th floor it was a different place. The carpet was so dirty it was almost black. There was trash in the hallways and stacked on the ground as high as the trash cans. I opened my door and the cat pee smell was overwhelming. I barely went in and had to leave. People live there and I had no idea but it was disgusting.

The maintenance and upkeep of the facility is not great, my shower was dirty, fingerprints everywhere showing signs of the minimum of standards are being set here. Not deserving of a 9 Rating at all due to many broken tiles is elevators, dirty stainless steel inside elevators.

One word… Yuck
