This hotel is beautiful! The staff was great and the restaurant food was delicious. I’ll be booking very soon for another staycation.

This was a ‘staycation’. We reside in the city of Atlanta but on another side of town. Midtown is our favorite neighborhood to do staycations, especially in the area between Spring, 17th, 8th and Peachtree. The Epicurean has an amazing location, with several restaurants and hotspots within a five minute walk of the hotel. Our room(deluxe) was very spacious and we had a view of several buildings. Check-in was smooth, the lobby includes a restaurant/bar and the front drive has room for dozens of vehicles. The pool was amazing! Bar, sunchairs, a DJ, restrooms. Too much to list. This hotel sets the bar for luxury stays in midtown Atlanta. I am looking for a reason to return immediately!

Beautiful upscale property. The only two things I had a problem with was the price for self parking says $36 overnight and when we checked out it was $44. We could have valet parked for $46. That makes NO SENSE at all. But we checked in, got dressed and went to celebrate my birthday Aug 10th at Garden Parc. They charged us a fee to get out then too. I don’t understand that. The other problem I had was that next morning, they woke me up with all of the banging noises. Like you could literally hear EVERYTHING.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms

Parking is a little pricey, but not uncommon with Atlanta, but would be nice for the price of your room
If you got complementary parking. Our room was loud from surrounding city noise despite being on the 10th floor. Would have liked to have had blackout shades or curtains that could have been pulled to help with noise buffering and keep the light out to make it better for sleeping. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean.

The hotel is comfortable and brand new and the restaurants serve tasty food. The pool area is nice but packed and blasts loud music. There were not enough chairs for guests and cabanas are rented by people not staying at the hotel. Do not go here for the pool - you will be disappointed.

Dissatisfied with the billing practices. Charges for valet that were removed. Also the minibar charges were errant and had to be fixed. Overpriced but in a good location

The Epicurean is a beautiful property! There was a water main break during our one night stay which put a damper on the experience, and the weather was a bit windy and cool for close to summer stay. Nonetheless we tried to enjoy the pool which had an awesome DJ duo spinning! You are greeted with complimentary wine upon check in which was nice. Would have loved to enjoy breakfast, but we didn’t have an opportunity. All in all our stay good, but I feel could have been a much experience given the conditions.

Great location, super comfy, relaxing lobby area, attentive and friendly staff - and parking on site. Walkable to several nice restaurants as well, and the restaurant food at hotel was delicious.

great location, staff very good. but: no lobby. room was cramped, semi-impossible to work in. no decent chair to sit in or to put shoes on or relax. a casual attempt to replace it but the replacement chair almost worse. sink plumbing bad, shower fixtures old/not working well. the swimming pool, a plus and picturesque, is not heated! no mention of that in promotion. the gym not much. i have stayed at hundreds of hotels in 50 major cities. this is an high-end priced hotel but offers very lower moderate conditions.

Nicely tucked away in Midtown, it is walking distance from a lot of attractions, or you can just stay on property for a really fun time.

self-parking was a rip-off. I asked Valet @ parking & he said that if I didn’t need “In/Out” services, best to self park. He never mentioned that it was $35 per day & that the fee starts hourly the next morning after 6 am. I ended up paying $45 to park (4 pm thru 10 am the next day). I inquired at front desk after retrieving my car & they basically said it wasn’t their responsibility & it was too bad the signage wasn’t larger to warn drivers prior to parking. It really was quite upsetting.

The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. However, it had an underlying smell I picked up on--water/ sewage?? Maybe should pipe in some aromatherapy. They did not advertise their NY Eve Chef's tasting (Epicurean)--so we ended up going elsewhere, when we could had stayed on the premises. In addition, I informed them that we were celebrating a major wedding anniversary--they asked. Then this was not even acknowledged. Weird artwork in the bathroom? A woman eating out of a dessert bowl? Really could be better for 450. per night.

This is a stunning, welcoming and unique hotel. The amenities are topnotch, the rooms are immaculate, the pool is lovely and the location is great. We were 5 minutes from the beautiful Botanical Gardens. The foodie theme is adorable and follows throughout...great seasonal menu at the restaurant.

We love everything about this property. The pool with an option to rent a cabana was a plus.

We loved our stay here. We saw reviews about people complaining on the curtains in the room being so thin bringing in all the light that it was inconvenient but we noticed they had black out blinds you could pull down to make it almost pitch black. We did walk around in the morning for food and such and there was zero cops around which is not the responsibility of the hotel but we were not left alone by the homeless. The hotel was very clean and the staff was so polite and helpful.

Great value for the money and fantastic location. I enjoyed the live music by Ethel at the pool bar, the tequila tasting, enjoyed a chill Friday in an oasis in the city. Great getaway location.
