Lovely hotel, good location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Worth upgrading to bigger rooms as they are very spacious, we liked the fact that the tv is a smart tv we can watch netflix etc. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is good. We enjoyed the pool on the rooftop the guy there is very nice, also gym facilities are good. We ordered room service and found overall food was good. AC was very good in the room.

Property was great. The room service and food prices were very high though. I've stayed at other area hotels like Avari Xpress and Park Lane, where the experience was similar but food prices were much lower.

Looks good but in reality bad. Had email confirmation for booking. But hotel stuff unable to find booking. Wasted 30min looking for my booking. Once in our room. AC not cooling. 3rd person got a mattress on the floorLater on found out the filter had not been clean and the AC was choking. This means no one checks any thing this should be a monthly PPM check. Lifts are really slow even when not busy. 1 key and 1 towel between 3 people. So noisy in the city view rooms you will stay away awake with rickshaw and motorbikes roaring all night. On check out they wanted 1000 rupees for a misplaced key/card and money for misuse of a towel that had makeup on. Only stay if you have a low budget or want to be in this location.

Great oasis in the fantastic city of Lahore. Location is perfect for those wishing to stay within a short distance of Lahore's busy shopping centres. Valet parking is a boon. Access to major roads is easy making it an ideal base to explore Lahore from.

Amazing hotel! The staff is very accommodating and hard working. The housekeeper on our floor, Naseen ensured that our room was always clean. The location is perfect especially if you would like to shop during your stay. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing hotel. Staff are always at hand to help, very polite and friendly. We were always greeted with a smile, made the stay extra special. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Always kept clean and smelt nice. Shops were close by and easy to get a cab in a secure gated property.

When i booked hotel i paid all charges which hotel.com showed but when i checked out property asked me more 2 thousand as tax which was un expected. It was not my responsibility to pay anything there because i already booked prepaid. In my opinion hotel.com should manage all expenses when they are charging online

Overall is good but bathrooms are not good enought. Bathrooms are well below the standard of hotel. They should improve it. Sunlight is also coming in room because of poor fitting of curtains.

One of the best in Lahore so far. The breakfast is exceptional and the eoom service was good The room size is spacious with ironing board and iron. The pool is no big deal for me. The only setback is the towel which is supposedly to be white is not as white as cotton, they are a bit seasoned and it should not be used by any hotel guests.

I have booked my first hotel in Lahore after been around the world and has stayed in many hotels. I was really impressed with service and Cleanning in the hotel definitely recommended and will be going back again when ever I am back in Lahore. The most unprofessional staff, they made us pay the taxes again when we had fully prepaid the taxes. There was no management at the location who you can talk too. My wife and I were sleeping and the hotel staff without knocking randomly opened our room door and walked in. First time in our life we felt so unsafe staying at a hotel that we requested hotel.com to cancel our booking which was again denied by the hotel. The whole hotel in general gave a very dodgy impression not suitable for families.

Staff very rude I had to prove to them who my gyest was at 2 in the afternoon amd have them sit in the restuarant with no AC or sevices I was overcharged for taxes whwn rmtbey were pais to Orbitz woth my booking and ofcourse Orbitz would return emails or answer the call.Stay away from Orbitz and this hotel

Bad experience at this property. Tried to overcharge us. Had to call hotels.com customer service to get it resolve. Will never stay there again. Accomodation was paid along with all fees and taxes but still tried to recharge again the taxes. There was two day booking, once tried to check in late, they will not honor the reservation instead charging for entire one night stay
