Overall a good stay! I would say it's more of a 4 Star Hotel versus a 5 Star. Pros: Beautiful Rooms, Free Parking, and Kind Staff Cons: Toilet was broken, Coffee was limited, Fridge was off in room, and lid to coffee cups did not fit

Only stayed here one night, but I would definitely love to return. The room is a good size, a bit echo-y, but it's great. The bathroom is a great size and the products are awesome- the shampoo/conditioner, lotion & mouthwash bottles are top notch. Can I also just say how much I LOVE that they have a loofah for us use & take home? The bar in the lobby is well stocked and the customer service throughout the hotel is fantastic. The only little thing (and this is totally me)- the tv in the room does not have regular channels. You have to go through the apps and there are 2 you can use for tv, but you won't get the normal basic tv channels. That took some time for me to figure out, but the front desk was great and helped me out. I would definitely return and I will be checking out the steam room when I do.

Great hotel location to Shoreline Amphitheater perfect 15-20 minute walk. Staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was good.

Consider me swept off my feet! Upon arrival, I was o Presented with a hot hand towel rolled in a pottery styled plate as well as a water with my choice of room temperature or iced. The aroma (yes, from diffusers) was wonderful! Very clean, earthy jungle feel. Every aspect of this hotel screams hospitality and service. The rooms toiletries included a loofa for crying out loud! Rooms also contained robes and slippers for the spa/sauna/pool. The pool area included an outdoor shower. I’m missing countless other details but these were just a few of the things that set this hotel apart. Hospitality and service is at the forefront of what this hotel offers and is now a staple in our yearly visits from out of state.

The room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable. Lots of noise from other guests, loud footsteps and doors. The coffee shop wad horrible there was plastic in my food and a hair in my coffee. The manager was rude and very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am a chef and have served thousands of plates of food and not one ever toxic plastic or an unsanitary hair in them. And I never treated an unhappy customer with anger or a narcissistic attitude. Also the kind lady that checked me in was super awesome as was the nice man who checked me out. The pool was top quality and relaxing.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The TV could be used to set the lighting in the room, temperature, music and white noise. There were so many options. I loved that it had a kettle for boiling water to make tea. Very much appreciated by a tea drinker. The pool and hot tub were nice too with comfortable lounge chairs.

Great one night stay. Had a concert to see. Less than a mile to the venue. Rickshaw to venue. Walked back to hotel. All about location. Nice modern rooms

Nice place. Clean. Comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Not as much sun as some places since the pool/tub is surrounded by the hotel pretty tightly. Food options are mostly pretty basic. Nice bar.

stayed 2 ppl though the room has one slipper. we requested one more slipper and some water but any service never came. high star rate for clean and comfortable place with using some IoT in the room, but low star rate for basic services

I loved the room’s features. I downloaded the app before checking in and set up which pictures I wanted the tv to show (like a digital picture frame) and my music preference. When we got there, the pictures and music were playing in our room which elevated the experience. I also appreciated the LED lights which we could change the color/brightness of on the tv. The pool was great, the deepest it went was 4ft so that made it great for kids. The sauna was really nice as well. Overall, we had a great, relaxing time and want to come back asap!

This hotel is advertised as a five star hotel, which it is not at all, but charges like one. I would say it’s more like a three star experience. Honestly I have stayed at much nicer lower end hotels. Don’t book here. Not worth the price. Really cheap finishes all over. A new hotel but the rugs in the hallway and the flooring in the rooms is already warping. Dirty carpets in the halls. Steam room has really bad smell. Hot tub not hot. Bad air freshener used throughout the halls and lobby. Meant to be modern but in general a cold unwelcoming vibe. Even best Western has free coffee. Not here. You need to pay for it. Sorry Shashi but you need to try again :(

The first room that I went into had a dirty bathroom as if someone had dyed their hair and left dye everywhere in the bathroom and there was pet hair on the floor. The second room they put me in also had a dirty bathroom and both rooms were so tiny. You couldn’t get around one side of the bed because there wasn’t enough room for the chair or the small table. The HVAC system was not working. I had to call down to the front desk to get it rebooted, but even after rebooting it it did not work and I wasn’t planning on changing rooms at one in the morning when I needed the fan to work , the coffee shop downstairs doesn’t open until 10 AM which doesn’t make much sense when people they want coffee or getting up early and there wasn’t an option to have it delivered to my room overall this is definitely not a five star experience and I would never stay there again I am seeking a refund if possible and will repost with the results

Love staying at the Shashi. Bar staff need to operate at a higher level of quality. Inconsistent taste and presentation with signature cocktails, and unfortunately some drinks were vomitous. Front desk and cafe staff are outstanding. Will definitely return.

Right down the road from Shoreline Amphitheater and super convenient for concerts. Comfy bed, cool controls for lights and music right from the TV. Food choices late at night or for breakfast should be better with limited restaurants in the immediate area
