Property was nice, food was overpriced and not worth it, hotel overcharged every service. Was quoted $20 for a 10 minute cab ride and charged double the price.

20 stars. Very beautiful, spotless clean hotel. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. Staff is very friendly, hwlpful ans respectful. Anything you could possibly need during your visit to Santorini, this hotel already has arrangements for it. From transportation, to food, to shopping, to tourism, name it, they have made it very easy. And the rooms are beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean.

Our stay was fantastic thanks to the premesis, the quality of the hotel, the amazing view and the service. Georges, the restaurant manager and his staf were very kind. The food was amazing and thanks to Georges we discovered wonderful wines, that was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this hotel

We upgraded to a room with a caldera view and a jacuzzi tub. We returned after dinner and the tub was not working. Queried at the reception for an alternative and they asked us to check back in the morning knowing we were checking out.

What a wonderful and beautiful hotel. The staff does everything from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave to make sure you are having the best time. Including before you check in and after you check out. It’s about a mile or so walk into town but an easy and safe walk. Wonderful hotel! Some of the best views in the world

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The views of the water and cliffs were amazing. The “hot tub” in our honeymoon suite was warm, at best. They said they cannot make it hotter for “safety reasons” so that was a bit of a letdown. The immediate surrounding area outside of the hotel was not super convenient. You’ll need to drive to get to any of the populated areas with dining and shopping. The staff was nice and accommodating. Overall it was a pretty place to stay with average accommodations.

Wish the hotel had a free 5 miles radius transportation service. Apart from the restaurants on site and at neighboring hotels, all local restaurants are 5 minutes drive awa, which is about 35 minutes walk. I don't mind walking that far, but not when I am dressed going out for the evening with my wife. Other than that everything was great.

The property is gorgeous and has a panoramic view of the caldera. The staff are excellent. John and Sophia were friendly and made the best cocktail drinks, Nikolina and Stabrianna answered every question we had and made sure that our stay were comfortable and enjoyable. We are coming back here! We had the most wonderful time at this property because their amenities were great and their staff care. The breakfast offered a huge selection. 10/10 just THE BEST!

We stayed in a superior suite with an infinity hot tub. The views were amazing from it. The first few days it was great but the last couple of days the hot tub was not serviced, it became full of insects and the water level was not topped back up. The bedroom was lovely, clean and lots of amenities. The bathroom let the room down. It felt unloved and not as nice as others we’ve seen in photos online. The bar and pool area were lovely, the staff were fantastic there. Breakfast was always good, a very good selection to choose from and vegan alternatives which were great for me as I’m lactose intolerant. Wouldn’t recommend the 1888 meze bar for dinner though, menu not too good and our food arrived cold. The waiter didn’t know what to do when we complained. Reception staff were brilliant and also the staff who carried our bags for us. Wouldn’t recommend the concierge facility as it was very overpriced.

The missus and I stayed at the Apeiron Blue for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Location is incredible, away from the crowds of Fira and Oia, but very accessible to both places if you want to see sites. It is really worth upgrading to one of the suites with a private Jacuzzi, very little on earth can top these santorini sunsets from a private jacuzzi. On top of everything, the service was simply incredible, genuinely the most wholesome and kind and accommodating staff i've ever had the pleasure of meeting. they took phenomenal care of us and helped make our honeymoon absolute perfection.

The location of the hotel is spectacular. The views of the Caldera are breath taking. The staff serving breakfast was very warm and welcoming. Please note that only one of the larger pools is available for use for guests. It is not heated. The hours for the pool are restricted. There was a hot tub on one of the levels which we used and were later told not to use in the future as it was not for general guest use and reserved for certain room or rooms. The conversation was awkward and also made us feel unwelcome. The hotel was not sold out but no free upgrades were offered to us. Some of the amenities such as pools and hot tubs may not be included in the price of the booking.

If you’re looking for a view while staying in Santorini. This is your place! Stunning cliff side hotel with great staff. Only downside to the hotel is that they do not offer a complimentary shuttle in Thira. The walk can take 30 min. They do offer a drive one way for 20 Euro which I found extremely overpriced in comparison to what we payed for the hotel.. A complimentary shuttle service would make this hotel 10/10 in my books..

The view was spectacular! Staff were friendly and helpful, doing their job. The breakfast was wonderful! If you don’t have a car and want to see rest of island by bus, you always have to get into Fira to catch a bus. The hotel is a bit away from town (Fira) - a 40 min walk, which is okay going when you’re fresh and in daylight, but coming home, tired and in dark meant a taxi ride. Taxi ride from Fira to hotel cost us anywheres from 15 euro to 40 euro depending on the driver. Thought a bit over-priced for being so far out of town. You’re basically paying for the view which we did enjoy, initially, but the amazing sunsets we could, and did, enjoy every day from other spots, coming home to our hotel after it’s all over. Next time we would stay closer to a town as we do liked to walk to a choice of restaurants- here there were only 3 in walking distance and no shopping options.

Great caldera view, otherwise pretty overpriced. Disappointing that places like this charge you hundreds but charge for a minibar and don’t have a kettle in the room. If you want the view, this will do.

Wow what an incredible place!!! It was like I was in a dream the entire time. Janis from the bar os one of those people hard to find in hospitality what a man! Rafaela made sure everything was perfect for us. I wish I had a front desk like her in my hotel. The jacuzzi in the balcony was mind blowing. There’s a rental place next door, a market and the ferry terminal and airport really close. Make sure you book this one if you’re looking for quality. Thank you all!

It is really the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a hotel. First of all it should be rated as a 1.5 or two star hotel max. They gave us a room that was clearly not on the website. It was a room with a closet. The toilet area smells like septic tank or methane gas. They have a real issue with it. This was confirmed by the neighbors who would sold the property to the current owner. I am very disappointed. This is not a four-star setting by any stretch of the imagination.

The staffs were very warm and welcoming. They gave us a tour of the two pools, restaurant and bar when we checked in. We had a rental car and there was parking right in front of the hotel and just a short walk to our room. It was very convenient. The views from our room was magnificent. We were on the top unit over looking the pool. The balcony was great to take in the scenery especially the sunset. Breakfast had good varieties and we tried most of them during our 4 nights stay. Thanks for the hospitality and the great experience!

We had a great stay! The views are incredible. A quick ride to the airport. The staff was lovely and super helpful. The area around the hotel doesn’t have much. And to get down town, it was a decent walk. We had dinner at their restaurant, it was definitely slow service. But we still enjoyed ourselves!

The best hotel I’ve ever been, actually I had to extend my staying because was perfect. Every member of the staff make you feel you are a king. I remember one of them With great affection his name is Gaya , super obliging , any single member treat me with respect and amiability , couldn’t be better . The views are AMAZING, my wife and I really enjoy everything. The food , everything.
