Breakfast was very good. Virginia is definitely a bonus. Love her. My only disappointment was that the pool temperature was too cool. Its a comment everyone that came to swim agreed with.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a pool for our kids. Upon checking in no one informed us that the pool was closed. We got everyone ready and went to the pool only to see that it was closed for some reason. This was very frustrating and disappointing. I would probably go somewhere else next time.

Even though the reviews were “bad” this was a nice hotel and staff were very nice , very clean ,the pool was clean and spacious. Sometimes not listen to the reviews is okay . Good experience over all

The room included free breakfast, the breakfast room contained only a small amount of oatmeal in the bottom of the pan. The coffee was empty in both the breakfast room and the lobby. We complained and were told that food was coming out soon. We waited an hour to find no food or coffee came out. We went back to the front desk and had to wait /0 minutes before the attendant was present. The stay was unacceptable!!

Due to Microsoft outage rebooked into Hilton Garden Inn which was understood but nit the suite situation desired. Room was nice enough but cabinet doors off kilter/broken.

Why would you ask me this? They canceled an hour prior to arrival yet your system still shows it as active and the kicker is Homewood suites charged me 200 for absolutely nothing but a ruined weekend

Hotel room was nice, comfortable and clean. However, when I needed something the staff I spoke to could not speak or understand English.
2 out of the 4 night stay many cars in the parking lot had their windows smashed. This created worry and discomfort. Although authorities were called, no other actions seemed to take place. Parking lot was not cleaned up from glass and I'm not aware that the patrons were compensated.

The hotel was great, staff was polite, property was clean, amenities fully functioning. Very up to date and they do their best with security despite the neighborhood do not leave anything of value in your car. My only complaint to Homewood Suites would be the stove stop does not get hot enough to cook. That was one of the main reasons I stayed here was for having a kitchen but I could not cook like I had planned :(

The property was clean for the most part! The staff and service was horrible! I called at 2:15 to see if our room was ready the guy on the phone put me on hold and never came back to the phone! When we arrived at 3. I waited behind another costumer for at least 30 minutes. Someone that was working there came out and said someone else will be up here in a little bit but I have to leave! So when the next person came out she told the lady that she was sorry in front of me and said she would take money off her bill and I heard her say that! But when I got up there to check in! She didn’t apologize to me when I told her and was very rude to me and wouldn’t take any off my bill! I didn’t get my key until after 3:30! Then when I needed more towels and went down to the front desk there was no worker around! I had to go over the other hotel to get towels! That’s Poor customer service if you ask me! The dishwasher was running when we got in our room and there was a pee spot on the pull out couch! I would like to have a discount on my next stay!

Property was very fun. On this specific visit, our room had to be changed because the bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. They didn’t have anyone on hand that could fix it. The new room was great though. The pool was also out of order, which was a bummer. Breakfast was great and also the breakfast staff.

The morning we checked out around 15 cars were broken into. We got lucky but the windows of the car next to us were shattered.

My room was not throughly clean there were stains on the couch, carpet and walls, My TV wasn’t working called front desk said they would send someone no one ever came, so for two days I was unable to utilize a tv . There wasn’t extra toilet paper in the room, we had to use tissue by the last day. someone’s car was broken into outside in the parking lot and shattered glass everywhere. On Sunday morning I went down for breakfast at 9:15am and when we got down there they told us that they stop bringing food out at 9:30am even though breakfast is over at 10am and I pointed out that it was only 9:20am and she walked away. Over this wasn’t what I would have expected from “Hilton”

The pool area was great. The water and area was clean.
Our room was ready 2 hours late. Ice machines didn't work, key didn't work part of time, breakfast was not served so sent next door to Hilton Garden Inn-wanted us to pay 20.00 each for breakfast-NO, we were disappointed. Staff was nice, but there weren't enough people to serve, clean and check in/out. Disappointed especially since it was a new build so close to home for a birthday get together with kids from here and out of town.

Each front desk personnel were friendly and genuinely cared to ask how our stay was each time we came in the door. At breakfast, attendant was thoughtful and anticipated guests needs to help and serve before people even had to ask for something as big as keeping the area clean, having enough food, and holding the door for individuals. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Ok experience. Could have cleaner. Had to call for bedding for sofa and only 2 towels for 3 register quest. Evidently the room I was assigned was not ready as I do have a handicap placard, but they’ve moved me to a different room with no issues. Breakfast buffet was good.

Great hotel BUT short staffed, no blankets for pull out beds and only had 2 sets of towels/washcloths even though my reservation CLEARLY SAID 6 PEOPLE! Then both nights there were kids in the room on top of us who kept jumping off the bed from 12a-2am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything is very close by and convenient. Room was spacious. Not sure if the hotel is severely understaffed or staff is inattentive. Reservation was made for 4, had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths which we had to grab at the front desk ourselves. Asked multiple times for pool towels and ended up going to the front desk of the garden inn to get some. We ran out of toilet paper and called for more and never got it. So much food was out and not re filled at breakfast even when asked for more and said it would be right out. For what we paid to stay here it definitely was not worth the money. Top of the fridge in our room probably hasn’t been cleaned or dusted in a year.

THERE WAS BEF BUGS IN OUR BED!!! When we called the front desk they just told us they wil deal with it in the morning? So are we supposed to sleep on the floor? Half of us went home because the floor was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in while the rest of us slept in chairs. The dishes in our room were not washed and they only gave us two towels there was five people in that suite.. overall it looks nice in theory but the place is a dump

The good. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet despite being full.
The bad. Guy at desk shoved a sign at me and told me to read when I was inquiring about why they needed my card when it was already paid in full ($50 hold on card per night for incidentals). You need your key card for everything. Elevator, breakfast, even ice. Broken glass in multiple parking spots indicates cars get broken into often. Would not stay here again.

Breakfast selection was awful and what was served was not good at all.
They removed waffle maker as we arrived for breakfast at 7:30 am.
The halls lobby and doorways was crowded with large groups of children running around and screaming.
I mean between 30 to fifty 10 year olds.

My room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. When I called to let them know someone came to empty the trash but I was told my room could not be cleaned as no one was there to clean the room.
Also, another guest was given the same room as me. I was in bed watching TV and a woman who had just checked in used her key card to enter my room. She had to go back to the desk and get a new room.
My room had not been stocked or cleaned, and someone walking into your room while you are in bed doesn’t make me feel very safe.

We came into town for a concert and got to the hotel several minutes before check in to be greeted with a long line. After waiting half an hour we were told no rooms were clean at the time however we could not wait at risk for being late for the event, before we left we confirmed we would be able to get a room after 1 am when we got back to the hotel, and we were reassured there would be a room available for us. We also called to confirm this again and were again reassured there would be a room for us. When we returned to the hotel later that night we were told there was no rooms available and there was nothing they could do leaving us with no place to stay even though we had booked and paid for the room 3 months in advance and were told there was nothing they can do and they could not offer us anything. We were very disappointed with our whole experience.

When I arrived the check in line was about 50 people long. I was unable to check in at that time due to having an event I had to make it to. So I called to make sure I could check in later. The worker on the phone mentioned canceling my room and it would be ready the next morning at 10am. Then when I did check in it took around 45 minutes to find a room for us even though I had already had a confirmation and paid. Very frustrating.

Understaffed. Three towels one hand towel and no washcloths in the room plus no extra roll of toilet paper. Staff on one side and no staff at the other check in with a long wait for check in at the entrance. This place needs help. Not the same standard of service as other Hiltons.

Friendly staff, although I arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon the room was still not ready and I still had to sit in the lobby for over 20 minutes. The room itself was nice, although had not obviously been vacuumed, restocked the coffee and cream, or properly cleaned. I had been up all night with less than two hours sleep flying in from out of town. The last thing I wanted to do was wait for a room that should have been ready upon arrival.
