We stayed for a baseball tournament and everything was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, we left some clothing items behind and they helped us get them back by shipping them directly to us! Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again should we ever be back in the area and need a place to stay!

We loved our stay. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. The jets were very weak and I would have preferred something more, but the kids had fun. The room was perfect and very clean. The mattresses were in zipped covers, which always makes us feel more comfortable after having a few terrible hotel experiences with bed bugs. Breakfast was lovely. Cucumber water was out and delicious all day/night. Free laundry service was SO NICE. The staff saved a ton of stuff that we had forgotten in the bathroom for us so we could come back and pick it up. Diego was very, very helpful.

Everything would have been perfect except we were told breakfast was at 6:30am when we checked in. The hotel website says breakfast daily starting at 6:30am. We stayed for a softball tournament and planned to get breakfast before we had to head out. Some items were set out for breakfast by 6:30am so I asked the front desk staff if they could set out plates. We had 10 minutes to eat before we had to leave. The front desk staff told me breakfast starts at 7am on the weekends. I told them thats not what the website states or what the front desk told us when we checked in. I asked if we could just grab a pastry that was already set out. They said no and then proceeded to rope off the breakfast area. The entire reason we picked this hotel over ones closer to our softball tournament was so we could grab breakfast before our games. We noticed a sign to the side of the breakfast area that said breakfast starts at 7am on Saturdays. This sign is poorly placed and contradicts the website and what we were told at check in.

The uniqueness was that we had a Staybridge in our home town and I didn’t have to travel to south Milwaukee

Facility was great. Exception was Expedia MESSED UP the reservation. We reserved a two bed room and Expedia then changed the reservation to a single studio??? Thankfully the hotel upgraded us to a two room/two bed upgrade! Expedia did not inform us of the change they made prior to our arrival. Bad Expedia!

Room TV did not work and staff would not fix until Monday.

BEWARE. This hotel added on extra charges at 3 in the morning thinking we would not catch it. The room was prepaid so the only thing they would need to get is a card for the incidental hold. They took a card for the hold when we checked in and the $100 hold posted immediately to my account. Then almost 11 hours later used that same card to place additional charges in the middle of the night, (roughly 3:46 am). I have encountered this scam before at another hotel unfortunately so their explanation that it must have been reserved under a "different kind of room" in their system did work, especially when I asked them to show me what they mean or give a print-off of the change summary and they said they couldn't because "nothing in their system shows the charge they are just guessing that is what it must have been". Note to other travelers, if the hotel has no record in their system it's a warning sign that an employee is charging to a card under purchased goods like from the convenience shop most hotels have. At check out, I asked for a full print-off showing all charges and again they still could not provide anything to show the $114,96 charge from 3:46 in the morning and could only say it should automatically drop off when the incidental hold does. In addition, the staff at check-in and the morning check-out staff were among the worst I have encountered. The overnight staffer was pleasant enough.

The room was awesome, had everything you could ask for. The beds and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was great. We definite will be back to stay.
