Meh- so so. The buffet was adequate, service was good, Asian hibachi disgusting.
Had a lovely view, grounds well-maintained.
Enjoyed the water slides… nice touch.
Glad the louder activities ended by 10 pm so we could get to sleep

Quiet and safe, bit im not a resort person because its the same thing everyday. I must say the beach area was clean and i do love beach volleyball.

The hotel was very nice very clean staff was great entertainment was great but the food area did not have a lot of variety to pick from breakfast, lunch & dinner was mostly pork very limited choices but over all the stay was great the reservation restaurants were also great they just really need to update the dining hall and add a bigger variety of foods

Very good staff very attentive.
The beach and the location is amazing.
Clearly in renovation and it the only negative that it was a bit disturbing. Otherwise highly recommend.
Very kid friendly too.

Nice

Overall, the property was nice. The food options were very good and, the food itself was excellent. The alcoholic beverages were not so good. They had little to no flavor. The property was full to capacity and it felt very crowded. The adult only pool was non existent. We booked spa appointments and were very happy with the prices and services. The beach was great, too. Overall, a good place with something for everyone. Just crowded & disappointing that they didn’t enforce the adult only pool.

There was a piece of gloves on a chicken wrap that my son was eating, this is totally unacceptable

Our room was one of the unrenovated
Ones so definitely needs an upgrade. By the time we left people had started partying and puking around the pool area. Which was nicely done. The grounds lovely other than that. The staff were really nice and the beach views gorgeous. Food is worth going back for.

The staff was awesome they had staff members that were bilingual which was a plus for us. They were all soooo helpful and thoughtful. I really appreciate how they would always speak when they would see us out and about. It was a very nice place to visit. I really like the pools. I did not like the beach because it was not clear but I did enjoy the sound of the ocean. It was very relaxing and that's what I like to hear when I am sleeping. Thank all of the staff for making my stay a welcome one. My son will be taking Spanish as a second language he felt so bad that he could not understand the staff. He is a very humble 12 year old young man. Thank you for asking him if he knew Spanish because they are the reason he wants to learn. He bought a book when we arrived home. Thank you to all the staff from house keeping to the kitchen, to the front desk and so forth. From the Silas family.

FOOD WAS VERY BAD.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
Staff needs more training, bad customer service. The hotel seems to be very old and to be an all inclusive they serve bad quality food and beverages.
Upon arrival, no one helps you with your luggages, at the reception the staff are not very professional. They dont explain much about anything. They did not have my reservation in the system so we waited more than 15mins to check in.
All the entertainment is LAME
STINKS EVERYWHERE LIKE SEWAGE. Also the “club” isnt really a club. It smells like dead RAT.
Do not come to this resort. If you want a good all inclusive experience go for MEXICO OR DOMINICAN REPUBLIC!

Staff was excellent all around. Beds were comfortable.

Although, the hotel was oceanfront and it was swimmable, it was wavy and slightly cold but that’s normal for Pacific coast. All inclusive was in abundance of food. But quiet crowded and noisy. You do get to be with the Panamanians which was lovely. Booked night before with a decent price. The hotel was accommodating for late checkout at 5 pm so we could swim until 4 and have the room to shower.

A family place, lots of children. More chairs in the shade required. The wooden loungers need cushions, The separate dining options were good, with the Mediterranean being the best. Bed was fine, and show did not go very late, which is good. We were there on a big turnover day, which meant the pool loud speaker was not on most of the day, also a good day.

Decent property for a couple of days stay but a little below average for the price point in my opinion. All three people in my party got acute food poisoning on our last night after eating at the Japanese restaurant.
Staff not as friendly to English speakers, which may be a language barrier thing.
3.0
We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and the food was tasty. I am vegan and there were still plenty of options. The rooms and property are extremely run down and dated, sometimes even feeling unclean.
