Upon arriving at the hotel, we waited about 20 minutes before someone was present to check us in. Water wasn’t consistent which impacted our ability to prepare for the events we came in town for. The staff was not as accommodating as they should have been, given the circumstances. This hotel is not worth $400-500/night. I won’t be staying here again.

This is nice event space masquerading as a hotel. There is nothing in and around the property. They oversell the gardens and walking space they have. Went home with a neck pain, bed and pillows are terrible.

Hotel very nice my only complaint is I was charged an additional $50 dollars to check in early. When I called the hotel I was told first come first serve nothing about $50.

The property, room, and wedding venue were gorgeous. The room was nice, cool and the bed was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant upon arrival and departure. The only issue was phone handling. When I called to book, I was on hold for approx 10 minutes, hung up, called back and was put on hold again for about 5. I ended up booking through Expedia. So when I called to attach the wedding name to my room for the wedding swag, I got put on hold but they really hung up on me. I waited a few days, called back and the man said that it didn't matter if the bridal party name was added to the room. I called a few days later to ask the same question and the girl was very nice and added my name as a guest of the wedding for early check-in avail. and wedding swag. I really had a great experience otherwise but thought this could help develop staff.

Gorgeous place that looks like it would be great for a special occasion. Bonus points for having an EV charger available and it looked like additional high speed chargers should be available soon. The pool/spa are still under construction which would be a nice addition.

This is a beautiful and quiet property. We went on a Monday and despite 2 weddings during our stay, we heard nothing. Staff was very nice. The place was clean and our room was spacious enough. I didn't care for the food that much but I admit that I'm picky when it comes to food.

Rooms are really beautiful as is the whole property. Beds are comfortable and staff is always nice. The bathroom is amazing as well. The food is overpriced for the quality, but anyone who has eaten at the restaurant and lives in the area knows this so it isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s just a known thing. You’re paying for the ambiance. The issue is noise. I have never stayed anywhere so loud. The doors are not sealed flush in the frame so there is a gap at the bottom. This, in addition to the high ceilings and hardwood floors makes for the perfect sound enhancing environment. It was like we were at the Kimmel Center and the performance was “people talking” and “early morning construction.” I always have a white noise machine with me and even that wasn’t enough to drown out the noise. I could relay every conversation I heard from people in the hallway verbatim.

Hotel lobby bar was fantastic. Hotel room was very nice and clean. Only complaint was that I was supposed to receive a refund for one night (which the hotel agreed upon in writing prior to checking in) however are now refusing refund for a night stay that did not occur.

The check in was horrible, only one staff member at a time was at the desk while the other was being a barista! Awful to have your paying guests line up 4 and five deep to get checked in on an ordinary Thur afternoon! In regard to the area around the hotel, the driveways are much to narrow and configured so you have to maneuver very attentively to avoid the stone curbing !

I was pleased to see the same person at the desk that checked me in for my last stay. Super nice lady and I enjoyed my stay there again. My "go to" hotel for my trips to New Jersey now. Dinner at the bar was good and service is wonderful.

The staff here is angry and awful. The gardens are included in the amenities but you aren’t allowed near them. Weddings only. We were literally told we did pay 100k to have our wedding there so not for us to enjoy. The hotel itself is nice and clean but rooms are small and water pressure terrible. We could hear the music on the 3rd floor after nine pm. Do not valet. The valet staff play ball right where they park the cars. The valet people were talking about disgusting things as well. We watched them hit cars with the ball and laugh. Also the restaurant and bar are not very good. Highly do not recommend.

Beautiful and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the place. Only exception was that we were above a big celebration and the music was loud. We had a long trip coming there and was tired. Glad there was a rule of people needing to be quiet after certain hours. Glad they had fun. Maybe put us in a different room?

The overall experience was beyond disappointing and dissatisfying. I was coming for a wedding, which should have been a joyous occasion, and from valet to check in, the staff were not welcoming and lacked good good customer service. The weather was bad and guest were scorned for having umbrellas wet the floor; I would expect that a hotel of this price point would offer umbrella plastic bags to accommodate for this issue. I arrived at 11:40 am for a wedding that began at 1pm, and the hotel staff would not even initiate the check in until noon when they knew why we were here. If I already have to pay a fee to check in early, why would you subject guest to wait 20mins, causing congestion in the lobby for check in and ultimately making us late. The final complaint was the condition of the room. I found discoloration on the bedding, the room was humid and had moisture in the air, and the space and amenities were not comparable to other hotels I have stayed at for this price point.

Really nice hotel that I'm sure I will be staying in again. The rooms are clean and well laid out. Parking on site is easy to use. The staff is super nice and they serve Starbucks in the lobby.

I attended a wedding here. I attempted to book the hotel through the website direct with the blocked room code. It did not work. I tried to email the hotel. I messaged on Instagram. They didn’t answer for weeks. When they did, they said that they didn’t know and couldn’t help. As a result, I booked a hotel through a third-party site. Hotels.com was also cheaper. I was disappointed in the poor customer service before even arriving. On arrival, check-in was a disaster. It took well over 20 minutes. It was extremely disorganized And just overall a mess. There was no professionalism. All the employees were just sitting behind the counter talking about their night off and their friends and going out. I had to take my card out and put it back five times because they could never seem to get it done right. They kept telling me the process was finished, but then there were multiple more papers for me to sign. Overall, the entire process was long, disorganized, unprofessional, and very irritating. When I asked about the location of the wedding, they gave me no information and were reluctant to answer any questions I had. They gave me no info about the amenities that I was charged for. Your front desk team needs a serious revamp. I expected this to be a top quality hotel, based on the reviews and stars, but I was disappointed.

My room had curb webs. When I reported they told there is nothing they could do about it. And they lied and told me the willing to change my room and I refused. Never again will go stay there.
