I was assigned a room at the first floor. All rooms for the hotel is facing the main road, so a bit noisy. Mine even worst to have 2 big rubbish bins and a public toilet, very bad shell. The noise insulation between room to room is bad. I woke up in the early morning by people taking bath next room.

The staff were accommodating, very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The TV didn't work upon arrival, but after telling the receptionist, they sorted it out whilst we were out exploring the city so we were not bothered. I wouldn't recommend getting any of the room packages they offer. My wife and I went there for our anniversary, so for 35 euros and they put up 6 balloons, and gave us 3 chocolates. They refunded me when I complained which was nice, but it seems like the extras are not very well thought out. The breakfast was ok for 15 euros per person per night. It's a great location. Easy 45 min walk to all of the main tourist attractions. The metro is a minute walk away too which is handy getting to and from the airport. Great Japanese restaurant nearby called Kampai (7 mins walk away from the hotel). Great Korean restaurant nearby called Jjin (6 mins walk away from the hotel).

I came from southern France on the TGV and this hotel was across the street from Mount Parnasse station so very convenient. It's fun and inexpensive and very convenient. People quite nice. Would definitely use it again.

Poor experience and terrible customer service. Was contacted by the hotel via hotels.com in advance advising the air conditioning had broken but that they would give 20% off the room rate. I still had time to cancel and change hotels at that point but I kept it due to the discount offered. On arrival I was told that although the acknowledged they had promised a discount, that was a lie and they would not provide it. No concern whatsoever from the desk staff, no effort made to fix it, no apology, just generally poor service. Room and view were dingy and dark and do not match their photos online. Eiffel Tower view was actually only seen by sticking your neck out of the window. The hotel actually faces an ugly tower building.

I was on the seventh floor and heard people on the street level talk. Paid for Eiffel Prestige and got a main view of an unattractive Montparnasse Tower though the hotel said that our room offers a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower

This hotel is the best, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Clean, spacious, everything is new and well-decorated & distributed. Walkable, close to stores, restaurants, cafes, and the St Malo station. Parisians hate tourists and I am glad to inform that all employees are from somewhere else, so they are there to make sure your stay is amazing. Don't miss the fitness room in the basement, if only to enjoy how they thought of everything when remodeling this old building. Comfy beds, we slept like babies.

This was a fantastic hotel, great location, very comfortable, helpful staff, and quiet room. My only negative comment is that the bathroom wall is opaque glass, which can be a bit awkward when using the toilet (if sharing a room).

The location and cleanliness of the hotel were great features. The shower area and products in the room were wonderful. It would have been better to have a double bed instead of two single beds combined, but overall it was a very enjoyable experience

Gem of a boutique hotel. Fantastic Hansgrohe showers. Openable windows. Helpful staff. Super clean and new throughout. At base of Montparnasse tower, so convenient for trains & Metro. Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

This is a yearly stay for me, traveling from Canada. I travel for business and pleasure. I am French and visit my family often. Arotel is well located near Gare Montparnasse. Quick hop to Laval and Bordeaux. Metro is nearby, great shopping at rue de Rennes, great restaurants on rue Edgar Quinet. Try the Pinocchio pizza place :)

The door lock of our room was broken and didn’t get fixed until next day. So we slept one nigh in a room that anyone can open the door from outside.

Nice big hotel room in a great location at a reasonable price. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed in fancier hotels and more modern hotels, but the best part of our trip was at the Arotel, due to its location. Also the hotel room and bathroom was the biggest, which was nice for giving myself and my travel companion some space during our long stay. We didn't feel like we were tripping over each other, which was nice since some other hotels we stayed at (for the same price) gave us teeny tiny rooms.

This was a perfect place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time out and about. The bed linens and towels were very comfortable and soft as were the beds. The hotel has an elevator and it was fast and in good working condition. Our stay included breakfast which included the ability to hard boil or soft boil eggs. The hotel is conveniently located to Metro buses and taxi stands. The front desk will call a taxi for you if you ask. As I was traveling with my daughters, I was able to get adjoining rooms. The very best part of our stay was the view of the Eiffel Tower from our bedroom windows!
