Very well maintained high end property, we stayed in a suite with a king sized bed, it can sleep 4 with the pull out bed in the living room, the room was clean and ready to go at check in, our only complaint was we went down and had a couple of drinks at the bar, we ordered an appetizer meatballs, after we cut into them it looked like they weren't cooked through all the way so we sent them back and they gave us another, but after cutting into them they were the same way pink inside they told us they were fully cooked that it was the pork that was that color, but we don't eat meat that doesn't looked fully cooked, they took it off our bill, we did order room service and got a pizza that was fine.

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are large and comfortable. The cleaning and wait staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was the woman at the drink desk who completely messed up the reservation. In all fairness she was new, however never saw any management to help or assist her. She clearly needed better training for the job she held!

Gorgeous historic hotel in Oklahoma City. The rooms are very plush and spacious! The hotel bar area is gorgeous. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay!
My wife and I loved the fact that it looks like a John wick movie. I know random but it’s my wife’s favorite movie. 10/10, will be staying here again if we come back up to Oklahoma

Amazing experience during our trip to OKC. From check-in to check-out, The National Autograph Collection far exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of down town.

Beautiful property and very polite, professional staff. My only suggestion would be to bring your make up mirror with you as the lighting in the bathrooms in the suite are horrendous!

I was very surprised to see the floors were dirty all throughout the hotel. And rooms were stuffy.

It’s a beautiful hotel. With tons of history and character and stylish decor. My only two small complaints are: 1) the room had a bit of an odor to it. Generally, we’d smell it right when we walked in but then it would subside over time. Not sure what the smell was (possibly cigarette smell that they tried to cover up or something). 2) any hotel whose tvs are setup in such a way that you can’t easily connect your own devices automatically get a docked a point. It’s 2024, there’s absolutely no excuse for trying to prevent people from connecting a game console and roku.

I just love the space and the beauty of the building and inside is just the decor is gorgeous. The rooms are luxurious I love the size of the rooms and the openness the bathrooms are great sizing beds are exceptional personally the one thing I do not like at that hotel is the vault, it’s very interesting but it is way too loud in there and I understand this for younger crowds

This is a beautiful property with excellent service. I enjoyed Tellers and The Library of Distilled Spirits. There are a few shops downstairs to visit with excellent merchandise. The area is walkable to main attractions such as Bricktown, The Museum of Art, and the Myriad Gardens.

Absolutely amazing stay and everyone was exceptional. Thank you to Kandi, and all the staff so kind, helpful, and respectful.

Very peaceful property. The room I was given was very over priced. For $284 per night I expect a better quality product. My wife liked it so I shall return.

The bones of the building are simply magnificent. The main lobby is without parallel in Oklahoma in terms of ornate design and the restoration of the original structure. It is a feast for the eyes to explore the property. The room (ours: single queen on 8th floor) was well-decorated and had quality appointments. It was a little on the smallish size, though in keeping with the age of the building. The common hall for the rooms was, also, visually interesting with abundant use of glass and the retention of the acres of marble from the original construction. The Teller restaurant had a really good breakfast and The Vault bar downstairs was an entertaining use of the space. If I had some quibbles, I felt the bed linens were a bit scratchy and the view of the parking garage from my room was a little underwhelming. And, while the main lobby is breathtaking in its neoclassical construction, I had wondered why they had chosen the modern lighting architecture around the bar area. Anyway, none of this diminished my enjoyment of the hotel (well, the sheets maybe a little) and I highly recommend the property.

This property needs a sound engineering study. Door slamming from the drunk or idiotic guests is horrible and woke us both nights we stayed. Other properties we have stayed, both nationally and internationally, have addressed this issue successfully.

Beautiful building with luxury amenities. I received a double queen room instead of the king room I booked and was told they could not accommodate a change. The service at both bars was insanely slow. Overall a good experience but expected slightly better service for the cost.

We were here last year and will be making this a couple’s retreat from now on. Top notch service and amenities.
