Good value for the money

Maybe a tad far from the center of the city, but easily accessible by Metro and well kept place. Nice breakfast, too!
3.6
Super location for our Olympic venue and the Metro fo exploring. Good patisseries nearby and the hotel staff were great. Good self serve breakfast too.
3.6
Very modern and comfortable. Only criticism was that the third bed, which was a bank bed, was not made by the hotel staff. The bedding was provided for us to put on.

Small room, great for budget trip
3.6
Though small, the beds were so comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The breakfast was great! We have no complaints at all. We were quite pleased with our stay.
3.6
Very close to our Olympic venue at the Porte de La chapelle Stadium . We thought the breakfast worth having as didn’t seem to be anywhere no decent to eat close by . Metro to city close by Did the job for us .
3.6
Note that all construction work has been completed for the Paris Olympics (the previous reviews often mentions the construction). The access to the metro station is literally a 5 minutes walk (even if Google maps tells you to go around). The police obviously cleared the neighborhood because there was almost no homeless/shady people. It looked safe to us even at night. If you look at the other reviews, it used to be a rough area recently. They might come back after the Olympics, who knows...
Otherwise, great hotel, renovated room. Nice and clean. Recommended!

Room was noisy as was next to the store room. Drilling noises late at night. Not cleaned during the 3 night stay. Had to make up one of the beds our self on arrival (bedding in a bag on top of the upper bunk bed).
Breakfast was good. Staff were generally helpful
3.6
Rooms are very small and dark. Hotel is known to locals for selling drugs and area has a lot of people unsafe surrounding it
3.6
not comfortable
3.6
Very small room and very poor breakfast.
3.6
A little bit expense for a basic hotel
3.6
Service Personal for Breakfast (an old Woman) was very unfriendly.
It would be better with more towels for the bathroom. Just one towel is not enough..

The property was nice and clean- the room was very small, but fit us. The area isn't a great one- access to the Metro station is through a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood. Our biggest complaint was that all of the employees we interacted with at the front desk were rude. Some extremely rude. I booked through hotels.com for 3 people (me and 2 preteen daughters) and I added the cost of breakfast to the booking, but at the hotel, they told me that I only paid for one breakfast (that wasn't an option on the booking- the booking was for 3 people and I added the breakfast option) so they would only let one person eat. We could pay more per person, but since I had already technically paid and we are also not big eaters (between the 3 of us we probably eat as much as one man) it was pointless. The staff were very rude about it, though. They were also short when we requested an extra roll of toilet paper. We would not stay here again or recommend it based on the staff, the area or the walking distance to the metro stop.

Convenable

Our stay was great, really friendly staff at reception helped us check in quickly and find our way around
3.6
location is super inconvenient being in the middle of a construction project, Night audit guy was rude.

Nice people

Okay for the price

Property was in a very unsafe area. Due to construction, there was no pedestrian crossings and no Uber would lift us. Nearest metro, Port de Chapelle, which the receptionist sent us to with no warning, is so unsafe, feared for our lives due to being followed and harassed by groups of men. Towels provided by hotel were dirty and sink leaked. We checked out one day early and when we told staff this they did not even ask why we had decided to book another hotel. Would not return or recommend.

Good property, slightly dodgy area. Wouldn’t use Expedia tho as poor customer service
3.6
not so safe walking from/to hotel and metro specifically at night.
3.6
The area is unsafe

I arrived early and asked to store by luggage before I could check in. The receptionist said that they would store for a fee, which I thought somewhat unreasonable. More disappointing was the fact that the receptionist said that the front desk is closed and the power off for the early afternoon. That seemed evident because the air conditioning certainly was not working in the lobby and the front sliding doors were wide open did not close and open. There were flies buzzing around inside the lobby. Overall, the staff did not seem all that customer-driven.
3.6
Everything was clean and modern but we don’t recommend going home at night. Someone was running after us
3.6
Value for money, friendly staff, very reasonable, close to transport but didn’t feel safe in the area at times walking to the station. Many homeless in the streets around.
3.6
The rooms were ready early which was nice because we arrived on a red-eye and needed to sleep. The rooms looked nice in all of the photos but we didn't expect to have concrete floors and a tight area. The rooms are very narrow. The bed in the middle of the room was just two singles pushed together. There wasn't much room for luggage and we had an infant that needed to sleep on the ground because the bed had a gap in the middle. The breakfast was good and better than trying to find a location close. The neighborhood is ROUGH. Be prepared to walk past the tent city and panhandlers. If we did it again we would stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was very good

Water was so hot in the shower which was wonderful. Unfortunately there wasn’t a shower cap. And there should be toothpaste and toothbrush packs available for sale just in case the customer forgot to bring one. Also there should be a bottle of water in each room.

I didn't get into the property.
You took the money out off my account and never told the hotel.
That we had booking. Because we rang ahead to tell the hotel we were
Comming and they didn't have me and my3 other guests on there books. So I will ask you please to put that money back into my account thank you

basic but cheap. nice hotel. However the area is not great. Homeless people live and hang around under the highway. as a single traveller, I did not feel safe walking down the highway going to the metro (port de la chapelle)

Nice short stay. Handy fir stade de france.
