We were staying here for 1 night. The hotel let us keep our luggage here for 2 nights prior our stay as we flew to Flores to see Tikal and did not want to take all of our luggage. It was safe and the staff were so friendly. The room was very stylish and cool. Very quiet and comfortable.
1.0
A teeny room, not comfortable for two. and unsuitable for a long stay. Awkward for a couple to access/leave the bed. No closet. no drawers, no fridge. no TV. Small desk. only one electric outlet.

I have stayed at this exact location before, great location clean hotel, good staff

Clean, pretty, friendly staff, good cause.

Staff was superb, as were the facilities.
A little bit noisy due to being in the path of the airport take offs and landings. But the staff and people made up for that.

Fabulous, friendly staff. Well designed room with lovely balcony. The restaurant was stylish with a great view. Zone 4 was a fun area and it was easy to get to the airport and other areas.

A stylish, cosy, well-resourced hotel with wonderful staff and a location close to the airport. A great stop for my first night in the country.

I love this place! I stayed on my way to Lake Atitlan and loved it so much that I changed back to this property from an airport hotel to spend my last night before returning to the states. I can’t recommend this hotel more. Everyone is kind, helpful, the breakfast/coffee amazing, and the rooms are simple but sooo comfortable and elegant with amazing views. You won’t regret staying here.

Overall the experience was great and friendly staff.

I had the best experience at this hotel. The staff, the room, the breakfast, and the area are all so nice, clean, and welcoming. I stayed for a couple nights before heading to Lake Atitlan. I have one night back in the city when getting back from Lake Atitlan and had booked next to the airport but cancelled to stay here again. It’s still a close drive to airport so really checks all the boxes. I will always stay here when in the city.

Stop Looking, you found the place!
Service top, breakfast in a restaurant, food great, rooms small, but contain all you need and smartly decorated. Staff is extraordinary, they are more then great.
Located in a great and vibrating spot, the Hotel is ideal for a city trip. Easy footwalk to the north and south.
Small gym available on 17th floor and some common area too.
Try the Avo toast for breakfast!
Coffee made with love!

We only stayed here for one night before heading to Antigua and it was the perfect location to do so. The rooms are chic and the bed is comfortable. The hotel as a whole is very aesthetically pleasing and the rooftop/restaurant was very nice. The bed was super comfortable, a really great night sleep after arriving super late. Shops and restaurants in the area make it an easy transit hotel for pre or post flight.

The hotel is almost brand new, with the rooms that are simple and minimal, but well thought out. Because it was my birthday week, the hotel upgraded me to a room with a balcony, which was sweet. The area around Zona 4 felt completely safe to walk around, even at night, and I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again!

Stayed here 1 night on my way into Guatemala and 2 nights before leaving. Love this hotel! So helpful and friendly. Great app for map of the safe area zone 4, as well as info about the hotel. Surrounded by good restaurants inc one on site. Very walkable. Best in room coffee ever and supplies filtered water. Nice shower and bath items. Of course what they do to help educate the Guatamalan children as well as hiring and enabling growth within the company is very impressive as well.

Great location, beautiful facilities, very safe, great staff, beautiful view. As a smell sensitive person, it was very smoky in the hallway from the restaurant on the same floor.

Absolutely love this hotel! It's in a super safe area surrounded by incredible restaurants including the one they have on the 7th floor. Easily walkable area. Super eco friendly! They donate profits educate Guatamalan children and offer opportunities for the staff to train and receive career options. Staff at check-in give you an app for local things to do. Don't miss the bar restaurant here either. Excellent in room coffee.

Very nice modern room decoration. Excellent quality of the befsheets. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, amazing. Yet, the rooms are very small. They are tiny. Maybe good for one young person. But, couples may feel compressed.

The staff at The Good Hotel were so helpful and friendly and sorted transfers and looked after our things. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The roof terrace was a great place for a drink, and lots of places nearby in the vicinity.

This is a fantastic property. Great rooms some with an outdoor seating area. Really nice: beds, linens and pillows. Air con, and a nice restaurant and bar and coffee shop. this hotel is the Best deal in town. close to bars and restaurants. and to top it off profits from the hotel are used to send several Guatemalan children to school. Each hotel room has the name of a sponsored child on the door. and inside is a beautiful picture of the child with a little bio. stay in this nice hotel for the children. you will be glad you did. check out the Good Hotels mission here https://goodhotel.co/guatemala-city/do-good. check out their London property that uses profits to help the homeless.
