There was no warm water, sent message to the apartment agent, same where the check in instructions was from, at 6pm, receive no answer, not even next day, if ever will.
We traveled with baby and toddler, no warm water was a big discomfort, should a basic confort available.
Was advertised as sound proof, that was definitely not the case, if people passing by the entrance one would think they're in the room.

The apartment was really well located for a visit to the British Museum, places to eat and access to the tube network. I stayed with my 2 children and they were happy to set up separate beds. The only downside was it was rather hot, the bathroom was like a sauna and we couldn’t turn the radiator in there off. It’s only a minor downside as the windows open. I will stay here with my family again.

It was a lovely place but was advertised as being Covent Gardens… it was a fair walk to Covent Gardens. However had we not stayed up here we wouldn’t have discovered Charlotte Street which ended up being one of our favourite areas in London. Overall great place, awesome service and beautiful room.

This is not a hotel.
It is an apartment building that has units being rented out to travelers.
Check in was confusing, had to personally try the code on stranger's doors to get in becuase, no one answers ALL 5 phone numbers provided to guests.
The entire unit has NO AIR COND. hot as heck the whole day,
Street side is super noisy with traffic and/or cosntruction, rear side has people throwing away trash into huge bins in the early hours.
Beds and linens are filthy, beds horrible quality.
Last day we left the room and got locked out when trying to get our luggage to rush to airport.
Had to call 20 times to get our luggage and not miss our plane.

The property was lovely, modern, and well-equipped. We were close to many sites and the tube station. Would definitely stay again!

This is an apartment, not a hotel. Really good location, great apartment. However, the pillows are so lumpy that it’s like sleeping

Great apartment in the heart of London. Easy access in and out of building and very comfortable for a family.

Fantastic place to stay for a large group, clean and accomodating

We stayed at the Residen for 1 night in their 3 bedroom penthouse. The staff were great and excellent with communication. The apartment was decorated decently but the place somehow still felt a little neglected. No central air and the fans supplied could use an update as well. Biggest downfall was at night a lot of ROACHES came out. I relayed this to their office and received an apology but no kind of compensation for the inconvenience.
