If arriving by car, check-in is difficult because there is no reception spot or area parking. Room was remodeled and very stylish but the narrow glass lined stairway to the loft bedding is very unpractical to get a suitcase up. Staff was very professional and friendly.

Modern and clean hotel, with a nice vibe and generous sized rooms. Our luggage was lost and the lady at reception loaned us adapters so we could charge our phones which was appreciated- all the staff were friendly there. Location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, bars and great restaurants nearby, as well as transport links. The picturesque little park around the corner was also useful in helping us know what to aim for at the end of the day!

Very nice place in a great location, with comfortable beds. The only complaint was that leaving just 2 Nespresso pods for the whole week feels a bit cheap.

Fantastic stay although they advertise their state of the art TV offering do not log on with your Netflix account What they do not promote is that every customer after your stay will have access to your Netflix account Very poor service

Very nice place to stay, but they offer parking via one of the local parking lots for 16 euros a day. We went to wrong parkade and only paid 19 euros for the weekend. Best to check rates at parkade before you accept the 16 ad day.

Room 101. The hôtel is well situated right in the centre. The staff are friendly and the room was cleaned very well. Unfortunately the hotel prioritises style over comfort. The room looks great but there are no drawers and no wardrobes, just a small space to hang clothes. The kitchen area has no hob, just a microwave, so most cooking is impractical. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Everything looked brand new. The glass staircase was not elderly friendly which was a problem as the toilet was upstairs.

Could not have asked for a better stay!! Great communication with hotel staff before we even arrived. Natasha made check in a breeze, made sure we didn’t have any questions and even arranged a taxi 🚕 to the airport. Will definitely stay here again if/when we get back to the Canary Islands.

Fantastic location in the heart of Santa Cruz and within reasonable walking distance to the bus terminal. Service was friendly and the room was very well cleaned daily. The rooms are huge, it feels like a flat. Would 100% recommend staying there. Only thing I didn’t quite like is their bath products (irritating bath gel & no shampoo) so bring your own if you can.

We stayed for one night, but the place aas excellent. The decoration and room layout was very nice and there were basic amenities already there (coffee, toothpaste, etc). The director and host was very welcoming and helpful.

The apartment was well presented and very clean. The reception staff were well presented and worked hard to please and had local knowledge to assist with any questions I had. The cleaning staff worked hard to ensure the room was cleaned daily and went to an exceptional standard. The location is excellent, all main points of interest for me were in close vicinity. I would definitely stay again,
