This property is amazing on the outside. It is beautifully manicured and well taken care of. The inside is charming and pretty. My only real complaint is that the door alarm bypass sensors were all hanging off and would sound very loudly when the doors were opened. We went to get double sided tape and fixed them ourselves Also, there were awful curtains for privacy in the guest house. Absolutely no privacy plus the sun was brutal in the mornings. It made the guest house very warm as well. I had to buy floor fans to keep the room cool. Overall we would definitely stay at this house again. Everything was manageable and we could not have had a better location. This was a beautiful John Ringling house and I was honored to stay there.

Our family stayed for a week at the Ringling house. It was convenient to get to as it was one of the first streets as you get over the bridge to Lido Key. It had plenty of room for all. The separate building that housed the fourth bedroom was perfect for my oldest daughter and her family. Quick walk to the circle. We relaxed outdoors near the pool daily and enjoyed all the outdoor furniture.

We had a lovely time. The house is great, nice pool, location is fantastic, everything is walkable. The management company was very responsive. Hope to stay there again!

Overall the place was great, however wanted to share some things that can be looked at.
1. Pool - filtration system is on a schedule and does not meet the fact that the pool is open and get dirty quick. Current schedule is not able to clean it timely. Would look much better if more lighting around the pool was available.
2. Spa - needs cleaning inside of pipes so that water can run beautifully, but now it gets stuck and some of the openings are not shooting the water. Also, why is it on a schedule and does not work all the time. It should be on all the time because when it’s on, it gives a sense of peace and relaxation.
3. Balcony - not happy about it at all. Water was standing, dirty, stinky and slippery. Should be cleaned and maintained clean for guests.
4. Outside lights - as you enter through the gate to step to the front door, the lights are knocked off, broken and just hanging. Does not look pretty and do not work.
5. Dinning room light - could not figure out why the dinning room light would only allow to be turned on halfway. How do you suppose people can see while eating dinner? Would be better to allow the guests to turn on the light as much as they need to see their food.
6. The only keyless entry is through the front door - it would be MUCH nicer to be able to lock the house in the back door too, at least one of them, by adding a keyless entry in the back also. Especially that most of the time people would get in their car parked by the garage.
