About this house rental

As you step through the door of this newly refurbished seafront holiday cottage, enjoy far-reaching views out across Swansea Bay. Perfect for family and friends, Devon Place is complete with a modern, open plan kitchen/dining area, colourful lounge, cosy attic hideaway, family shower room and well-equipped utility. Three comfortable bedrooms (one with en suite shower room) provide a welcoming retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life and there's no better feeling than waking up to breath-taking sea views. There's a large first floor balcony, allowing you to take full advantage of the views as well as a ground floor patio area. Less than a stone's throw away from your door is the 5-mile seafront promenade, stretching around the bay to Swansea Marina in one direction and over to Mumbles Pier in the other with a number of places worth stopping in along the way. Known for it's fantastic array of bars and eateries, Mumbles is also full of local boutiques, galleries and the 12th century remains of Oystermouth Castle. Accessed via the clifftop coastal path or a short drive (1mi), the nearby connecting beaches of Langland and Rotherslade Bay boast golden sands, an 18-hole clifftop golf course, popular seafront brasserie, tennis courts and cafe.

Beds:  1 King, 1 Double, 1 Bunk Bed (2 single-size beds)
Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen/dining area with sea views from the bi-folding doors, lounge, utility room and cloakroom with WC. First Floor: Bunk bedroom, king bedroom with sea views and balcony access, double bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony access and a family shower room. Second Floor: Attic room with bean bags and small TV. 
Kitchen and utilities:   Induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wash basin and breakfast bar. Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer and wash basin. 
Entertainment: Large Smart TV in lounge and small TV in attic room. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate not provided.
Outside:  Sea views from ground floor rear area with integrated seating and small outdoor sink to wash paddle boards etc. Sea views from first floor balcony with chairs and coffee table.
General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided. 
Pets: 1 dog welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.
No smoking  inside the cottage.
Parking: Limited unrestricted on-street parking to the front of the property and seafront car park with daily tickets available to the rear.
Notes: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Mumbles family stay
Lovely modern property over looking the sea. Presence of municipal parking lot n front of the property whilst NOT referred to in the description , was convenient and in-expensive. The property was generally clean but the floor under beds dirty and full of fluff. All utensils and furnishings looked brand new, but lounger cushions and a parasol were NOT in evidence. ( zit was very hot during by our stay) Overall a very enjoyable stay.
