Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This was our 12th time at Sea Colony, definitely the most outdated and problem house we stayed in. Kind of knew it based on the reviews but it was worse than expected. However Sea Colony is still our favorite vacation spot.

Lovely little condo but everything was a a bit dated. Farther from the beach than expected but the tram system was very helpful

Our only mistake was only staying 2 nights. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but there is so much to do that we will probably have to stay 4 or more nights next time. Great opportunity for a family friendly stay down the shore.

At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in" text message with the code to get into the house before we arrived, so we went straight to the house and entered the property. Had a parking ticket the next day - called the rental management company only to receive a reprimand for not checking in at the office first. Once arriving at the VACASA office, there was ONE helpful person out of the 5 people at the "welcome" desk.
Love Bethany Beach, love Sea Colony, disappointed by the experience with Vacasa.

The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy.

This is a nice condo. Everything you need for a great stay. The listing said beach chairs and bikes were available but no key was provided to access the storage shed to get them. We called Vacasa and spoke with customer service 3 times. They never followed up, so we kept calling. When we checked out we told the staff about the problem and no one seemed to care. Again, a nice condo but poor service from Vacasa, so don’t count on using the bikes or beach chairs.

The location was great. Short walk to the tram and pool. The house was spacious and had all of the amenities that we would need… But it needs some serious updating. It looks like the last update it had was in the 1980’s.
