Good stay, although expectations were higher for 160 EUR for one night.

Location was good. Quiet area. Easily accessible with tram 'kusttram' stop Mariakerke-Bad. Very clean and completely new room. Comfortable bed, mini fridge available and two water bottles provided by hotel.

Rooms are not well sound-insulated, so you can hear other guests talking. 'Tea and coffee maker' is a water heater with instant coffee. Not expected, as we paid around 160 EUR for one night. At least a coffee machine should be included for this price. No garden view, although stated in room description. Curtains are not blocking daylight, so don't expect to sleep long after sunrise.

Toller Familienurlaub an der Nordsee

Als 4-köpfige Familie waren wir in einer netten, neuen 2 Zimmer-Wohnung untergebracht. Bad und Dusche vorhanden, große Terrasse ist angeschlossen. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein kleiner Garten mit Stühlen und Tischen für die wenigen Gäste. Die Parkplatz-Suche war Dank aktiver Unterstützung des Eigentümers erfolgreich, wir konnten die 1. Nacht auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz eines Nebengebäudes stehen.

Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig und warm, eine Klimaanlage wäre für den Sommer empfehlenswert. Ebenso haben wir eine kleine Kochecke vermisst, Platz wäre vorhanden. Tauben und Möwen hinterlassen leider ihre Spuren auf der schönen Terrasse.

Leuk verblijf voor 1 nacht, goeie comfort, goeie locatie.

Locatie was top. Personeel vriendelijk. Ze hebben mijn Iphone kabel, die ik vergeten was, per post terug gestuurd :-).

Small bunker room

Location close to the beach. Smooth check-in although we were late (no reception, check-in until 18h).

Room has no walls to the outside. Windows look out to the inside hallway, so no real fresh air in the room. Duck tape keeping the wall together. There is a fan, but it doesn't cool the room or bring in fresh air of course. Room is small and cramped.

It’s really a good hotel for a short trip. Nice place to stay at

It’s a very nice, clean, and well arranged property. It’s very close to the beach. One can go to the downtown area but it’s not necessary. Near to property is also a grocery store. Parking is easy on the parking area at the main road. It costs a bit but actually, it is not expensive for a seaside town. The owner is very polite and supportive. They are easily to reach by phone and quick at the room. If it’s possible they will help with additional wishes.

Unfortunately, the door to our room faced the sun side. The door‘s „size“ seems to move with this. This won’t change in summer and so it can be hard to close it. The bathroom solution isn’t perfect. A glad for that doesn’t really close because it’s a kind of swinging door. Even in the best partnership it could be hard… There is a glas roof top, which was open, that’s nice. Also, I can imagine that it could be really warm in summer, Maybe an air conditioning for the night would be nice. Although the room faces the back yard I wouldn’t like to let the door open.

Great location, just a block from the beach and the bike path that goes along the coast. Nice shower

We were in a room with no windows to the exterior and it was extremely hot even with the floor fan running.

Very disappointing considering the price we paid

We had a flood in the middle of the night and after not getting any response from the emergency number was left cleaning up the mess due to a leaking toilet. Two bags and a suitcase were damaged.

Great place by the sea side for a short stay.

Friendly staff. Very clean and new. Beautiful.

There was a fridge but no kettle for tea or coffee unfortunately. No breakfast at all.

Strongly recomanded

Clean,nice ,cozy rooms with terras,super close to the beach was a perfect vacantion!Owner very frendly and he helped us with the parking!Strongly recomanded!!!!

well,airco was somehow necesary but i think the owner is bussy with it in the future.
