Our family of 8 adults and 3 kids under 3 found the accommodation worked well. Our nearly 3 year-old grandson had a great time on the trampoline and the games room provided a quieter play space. Having a door on that room was helpful.
The private Port Franks beach was a great addition and shallow enough for kids to wade in.

3 generations of family stayed here for a long weekend around my son's wedding. The 5 bedrooms were spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a lot of seating and a fun recreation room. I enjoyed having my coffee on the covered front porch, and wine on the back deck. The home was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area!

A family weekend ! The kids were aged 2-13 and they had a blast on the swings and trampoline, and the hot tub was a huge success for everyone! This home had everything needed for a cozy, private, and fun weekend away. Exceptionally clean and bright! The owners went out of their way to make sure it was comfortable for all ages, and the 5 bedrooms were an added bonus...3 of which were king beds! We loved it and we will definitely re-book! Thanks again!

The rental was very welcoming, clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub and the games room. The owners were very generous in leaving us complimentary water, sparkling water, sweets and popcorn. The beds were extremely comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had all that you would need and the appliances worked well. The water pressure was unremarkable. Location was amazing. Close to Grand Bend, trails, pinery. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great property and surroundings. Fun activities in the backyard for young kids. They have a closer with some toys as well for your use. Their entertainment room was stocked with tasty treats.

Flavius was an excellent host from communication, to location and the property had everything we needed. My friends and I had a ton of fun playing with the entertainment room, the hot tub, and using the fire pit. In addition, the cleanliness of the property was in excellent condition. Our weekend getaway home was very comfortable and spacious enough for four couples to have a wonderful couple of days together. Plenty of space, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked ... absolutely no complaints. The owner was very responsive to all questions we had prior to our arrival. We'd stay here again.

We positively loved our stay at this cottage. All of us had such a great time and felt right at home. The property was beautiful which made using the hot tub that much more enjoyable. The house is well stocked with everything we needed to have wonderful dinners together. Having the additional games room was such a bonus and the perfect place for us to hang out. We also very much appreciated the easy communication with our contact. They quickly answered all of our questions and were so helpful to us. It's truly the perfect girls weekend location.

We had a really great time in Port Franks and would love to return. The house has everything, is well furnished, and is very well taken care of. It's a short drive to the beach and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Girls weekend away and we loved this place! Fully stocked kichen with just about anything you could need (coffee maker, pots&pans, utensils, dishes etc), so many bedrooms!, games room was a fun surprise and dining table is spacious enough to sit a big group, plus there's lots of outdoor seating as well (including chairs for around the campfire). The hot tub was great!
Location is nice; a quick drive to Shale Ridge Winery, Grogs restaurant and Sunday Pinery Market.
Questions to the host were answered in a timely manner.
The openness of the mainfloor was nice since we had a large group during our stay.
We all had a great time and look forward to future stays here.

We really enjoyed our time at the cottage! It was spacious and clean full stocked with everything you need! We did find the kitchen lacked some empty cupboards and or drawers for some of our food items, but we made it work by using the coat closet.
The kids really enjoyed all the entertainment the cottage had to offer! And the hot tub was really clean and well maintained.
We really enjoyed our stay here! Although we didn’t frequent the private beach, it is pretty close to Ipperwash beach, which is beautiful.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean and well-equipped. The only misleading information was the distance from the beach which unless you arrive very early there is no parking.

Family getaway for the week. The accommodations were great and just as described. Well equipped for the younger kids and great entertainment center for the older ones. Only draw backs was the distance to the beach and the mosquitoes. But a great vacation home.

Life is too busy nowadays, so we came with the intention of relaxing ourselves. This place was just perfect with all the amenities for kids and adults to keep everyone busy as well as relaxed ( hot tub was a cherry on cake) definitely a flawless house, perfectly decorated with positive wipes. I would 100% recommend to all those who are checking it for making one more memory with their loved ones☺️. Enjoyed every second of our stay!! Thanks to the owner🥰👍

I wish if I can make a 7 stars rating, my family and I enjoyed every minute we spent at this house. Lots of things to do, the private beach is another add to this house, quiet, clean, friendly especially during Canada Day.

We just came for a short "cousin's weekend", but we're already looking for another time for visit. The kids lived tbe bunk beds, outdoor activities, snacks and arcade machine. Parents loved the separate rooms, clean bathrooms, relaxing outdoor space and kitchen stocked with all the supplies needed. This is a great space and hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. Thanks for having a wonderful home!

This was an amazing place to stay with our friends. Loved that so many of the bedrooms had king sized beds. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great long weekend at this cottage for a girls trip before the summer season. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around the town. Locals were kind and helpful. The weather was cool, so the fire pit, hot tub, and movie room were used the most. Kitchen is stocked well, but could use a new set of frying pans as the one is very, very old and doesn't have the Teflon coating on it anymore.
The owner was easy to communicate with and didn't take long to respond to inquiries.
A couple of odd things for us were:
No washcloths
No top sheets
No beach towels
We knew about the towels from other reviews, so we brought our own for the hot tub, no probs. I understand that no washcloths and no top sheets are common in Europe and thus didn't take this into consideration for this review...but thought another renter may want to know if these things so they could bring what they want/need.

This was probably the best property we have stayed at. The house was very clean and updated. Lots of fun stuff for the kids to do and the owners were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Would recommend 100%, great experience for the whole family.

We stayed at this home for the weekend while our grandsons played in the silver stick hockey tournament! The place was fantastic. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable! Would recommend this VRBO to anyone. Better than any 5 star hotel!!

An amazing long Christmas weekend. A very welcoming, clean and cozy cottage, large rooms and special room for our teenagers. We enjoy the hot tub and a hiking. Thank you, host for making our Christmas special. Highly recommend. We are coming back.

We decided to check out the Grand Bend area this year and we were all happy with the results. Our accommodation was awesome. Everything we needed was supplied and then some. As an extra our hosts had set up a welcome treat bar with candy, popcorn, water, etc. The house had ample space and was spotless. The house was in a quiet area not far from the beach. Yardwork was being done when we arrived. Great job ladies!! Everything was neat & tidy both inside & out. We enjoyed checking out the Christmas Store, the Sea Jewells store, downtown Grand Bend and of course the beautiful beach. The Pinery is a gorgeous park with lots of hiking trails, beach, sand dunes, etc. and we burned a few calories in there as well.. We would highly recommend this vacation spot, Lots of laughter, delicious food, wine, treats and movies topped off the weekend

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Walking in, the first thing you notice is how clean everything is. It felt like we were at home, very comfortable. Even the beds were comfortable! They also thought of everything as far as anything you might need to use while your there. 5 stars for sure!!

Theres so much I could say about this cottage! The pricing was fair, the responses were quick, the management was great, the location was quiet, it was only 15-20mins from The GrandBend beach. The place looked fully renovated with no imperfections. Great indoor living, game room and backyard space. So much to do at the cottage compared to the other ones my friends and I have been on. Looking forward to rebooking for next summer!

What a wonderful property! Booking and communication was easy and the hosts are super responsive. You get way more bang for your buck with this Listing. Huge back yard, loaded game room with snacks and popcorn maker. Updated boise and amenities. We were very very pleased and will be staying here again.
