Our home is newly renovated located in one of the most sought after, family friendly neighborhoods just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door it's an easy 15-minute walk to the “Happiest Place on Earth” and you can even enjoy the fireworks from the private backyard. Enjoy quiet, hassle-free access to the wonderful world of Disney and all the nearby shops and entertainment, right within walking distance of our home.

+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.

Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

The property was less than a mile from Disney as the listing stated BUT that’s as a crow flies. It’s on the back side of Disney so you have to walk around to get to the entrance. It was about a 45 minute walk so we ended up having Uber to and from the entrance. Not really able to come back and rest mid day like I hoped (unless you want to pay another Uber). The transit is available but for 6 people is more expensive than an Uber.
The kitchen could use some stocking… no foil, plastic wrap or Tupperware for leftovers. Pots and pans are old. Knife’s are old, paint chipping off them into the food.
Back yard is dirty. Spider webs, leaves, old. Ok but definitely not an oasis. Fire pit did not work.
Game room was fun for the teenagers.

Loved the place. It was very nice and the pool was awesome for everyone. Bbq was great, house was clean and everything we expected.
Only 2 negatives.
One is not fixable. It was a bit far from the park to walk every day.
The other is the furniture. No dressers in the bedrooms so there’s no place to put your clothes. We just lived out of the suitcases and some of the furniture was very cheap. Looks good from the outside but very wobbly.
All that to say I would recommend the place because the furniture issue is easily fixable.
So, If you’re good with walking 20 minutes to the park then this place is for you.

Great place to stay with a beautiful pool. Very quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the park. House was nice and had plenty room for all of us.

Overall the property met all of our needs and we had a lovely stay. There were some areas, like windows, baseboards and fans that were not clean, plus the pool needed skimmed and because of the yellowish bottom the water looked green instead of clear blue like in the post. However it was refreshing as a mid day break from Disneyland!

The kids were excited to come back in the house after a long walk in disney and universal bec they like to play billiards and swim.

The house has been very nicely updated. There was plenty of space for a family of 4 and two additional adults. Everything was very clean except the floors need a real deep clean. My daughter’s feet were black whenever she went barefoot. The bedrooms were nice with closet space. Bathrooms were nice, just the tub was lacking a stopper to plug it for baths. Kitchen and table were perfect for us all never felt crowded. The pool area was okay, it needs some love. Not a far walk to Disney and not a far drive to some beaches.

We had a nice easy entry into the home. Lots of amenities. I would say a few areas could use some updating, like the guest bathroom. It was also quite warm but we respected the wishes of the owners temperature. Very close to park!!

This place was perfect for our family (6 adults and 2 little ones). Very close to Disneyland! We chose to park at the structures and shuttle it in - it was so close. Check in and communication with the property managers was very easy and timely.

The house was very nice. It was easy to find and close to Disneyland. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors that we talked to were very nice. I have only 2 negatives about the house. We had 2 cars, so 2 garage door openers would have been nice. Also, the keypad on the garage did not work, so we couldn't close the garage without a opener. There needs to be more hangers in the house. If they don't want to provide hangers, there should be dressers in each bedroom. We had 8 people staying in the house and there were only 5 hangers in the whole house. 3 hangers in one bedroom, 2 in another bedroom and none in the master bedroom. There were no dressers in any of the bedrooms, so we had to live out of our suitcases. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

We have an adult son who is developmentally and physically disabled so a standard hotel room does not work for our family. This was the perfect place for us. The rooms were very spacious which allowed for easy access for the wheelchair. The property manager brought us a shower chair and a small ramp to get into the house as there was one step going in. The kitchen was very well-stocked and spotless. It was nice that the living room was quite a distance from the bedrooms so we could watch TV after our son went to bed and he was not disturbed. The property manager accommodated a later checkout when our son had a small medical issue. We flew but it was only a $10 Uber/Lyft ride to the park and the drivers came very quickly.

We arrived and entered seamlessly. The proximity to the park was good. We couldn’t use the pool because it was too cold. The bedrooms were fine. The front bathroom could’ve used a little updating, the soap dispenser didn’t work and there was no way to plug the bathtub to use it for my granddaughter. The house was as advertised, but lacked character, it felt sterile.The faucet in the kitchen needed some repair work and the washer and dryer although new, were so deep it was hard to get the clothes out of the washer. I believe there was a leak in the sprinkler system out back, because I stepped in the grass and my foot sunk about four inches into mud. We had a great in Anaheim. The fresh oranges and grapefruit out back were a delicious surprise.

This place was perfect for our stay in Anaheim. It was within easy walking distance to Disneyland. My daughter and I felt safe walking home. The place is spacious and way more than enough room for 4 of us. The only downside is the pool isn’t heated and I didn’t realize it until right before my visit. If going in the summer it is probably not a big deal, but in March it was too cold to swim in. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. A couple of sweet surprises was being able to see fireworks from the backyard and the orange trees.

Loved this place so much I would 100% stay here again. It was so close to Disneyland and had the perfect amount of rooms/space for my family. We felt so comfortable and loved having a home to go back to at the end of each night.

We stayed during the horrible rain in Anaheim and loved being able to jump in the warm pool and play in the game room! The house was perfect for our family and great location for Disneyland.

Property was clean and tidy. Everything you needed was there for you. Directions were clear on how to handle any concerns, and everything worked out great! Communication with the property manager was phenomenal during our stay.

The house was as clean as expected, very comfortable and fit our party of 7 very well. We were close to Downtown Disney and could even hear the fireworks our second night. The one complaint, the quiet hours are very long and limiting for a family with very energetic young ones. This is not a reflection on the owners, just something to really be aware of when renting this property.

Pros: Newly renovated and very clean. Good laundry facilities. LOTS of space in all of the rooms. Very fast WiFi. 4 smart TVs. Attached garage is a nice bonus.
Cons: pool is NOT heated - if you're visiting in the winter like we did, you definitely won't be using it - it's freezing. All of the kitchen knives are dangerously dull and there were no scissors anywhere. The "non-stick" frypans appear to be 5 years old - they need updating.
NOTE: The unit is NOT a 15 minute walk to Disneyland as advertised - its a 25 minute walk to Downtown Disney, and then about another 10 minute walk to the park gates.
Overall: it's a good spot that I would consider great with a couple of upgrades and a little more honest description.

I was staying here with 5 of my friends for a work conference at the convention center. The house fit all of us comfortably, was super clean and cute. The street the house is on is absolutely adorable and safe (which was important for us as it was just women staying in the house). It is super close to the Convention Center and Disney Land (literally a 3-5 minute drive). I have nothing but great things to say about it!

Perfect place for families with mixed age group. We loved our stay! Nice and clean, simple and classy styling, and great amenities. We couldn’t have been happier unless it was located inside of Disneyland. 😉 We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Very good open floor plan, pool, nice kitchen! Nice bedrooms . Parking fit my suburban and midsize car. Very helpful with any of our needs!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this house! From the moment we walked in, the house was clean, inviting, spacious and welcoming. It was a perfect location for what we had planned for the week- Disneyland, visiting family in the area, pool time at the house, mini golf, an Angels game & more. Every location we visited was within 20-30 minutes from the house- you couldn’t ask for more. The management company was also extremely easy to contact and communicate with throughout our stay. Something to keep in mind that is well communicated before visiting and checking in- the Anaheim county rules are strict for this house (visitors, quiet hours) so don’t overlook them! The management company can also help with any questions or accommodations but communicate with them in advance. Should our travel plans take us back to SoCal in the future, we will absolutely look to stay here again. We highly recommend this property!

Great place. The only thing I would complain about is the parking for this rental. House was located on the corner and parking wasn’t as accommodating. Only two cars can park at this location and they needed to be parked inside the garage. No driveway parking since the garage was 4 feet from public walkway. Overall, my family had a great time.

Great location, house was immaculate and perfect for a large family. Easy access to Disney and able to take advantage of the kitchen and comforts of home. The boys liked playing pool in their downtime as well.

We enjoyed being in a house-clean and well equipped. Large enough for all 7 of us to have space and relax when home. The pool was cool, but weather was warm enough we swam anyway. Great communication with property owners. Easy in and out with garage remote and keyless entry door. We walked to the park 2 days and paid parking for 1 (saves your feet, but not time. Took us about 25 min to walk to backside of Downtown Disney entrance) Would definitely recommend or come again.

House was very clean, neighborhood is not amazing. While we were there the outside wall/fence was tagged with graffiti. Things like the lounge chairs were shredded and the umbrella was also shredded.
The pool is not heated - there is some confusion when you get information from property management they ask if you want to pay extra to have the pool heated… also beware there is a camera over the pool area. Feels like a bit of an invasion of privacy.
