The lady at the desk was not friendly at all. She was on her personal phone during the check in process. The room was disgusting. There were stains on the pillowcases and comforters on both beds. There were cup stains and smudges on the night stands. It’s as if the room wasn’t cleaned. I took pictures. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and catching on something that we couldn’t use it. They did have new flooring it looked like. I would not stay here.

The staff are friendly and kind. Receptionist and her husband the maintenance man worked very, very hard. They worked late and we're up early working. They did their job the best they can. However, I think they are understaffed here. And the ownership probably consider more help. The pool and Jacuzzi were unusable. The pool chemicals were off and cloudy Jacuzzis been broken for months. The dryer was an operable even though they were free, which was kind the receptionist offered to dry my clothes in the main dryer. The rooms bedding was clean and comfortable. However, the rooms need a deep clean, very filthy in the corners and on trimwork and walls Filthly and haven't been cleaned probably for months and months.. Found chewed gum on the light fixture left behind. The bathroom sink and toilet and tub were sparkling clean and appreciated. Kind of over priced for what you receive. I would think it be better priced at about $75 a night considering vs $150 more like a motel 6/8. But I did suffice, needing a night's rest in a jiffy. We will not be returning. Sam might not mind dirty corners walls and trim work and that works but I like to feel comfortable and cleanliness is my forte. But like I said, the staff is super nice I think they just need more staff so they can get this place cleaned up better.

Pictures are very deceiving, rooms were clean but the exterior was awful, hard to communicate with the workers, workout equipment wasn’t functioning properly, pool was nasty and hot tub was not working, breakfast was the worst thing I’ve seen in my life and there was a musty stench throughout the halls and in our room. Trying to get to the place was subpar, had to drive through a battle field past an abandoned hotel to get to the hotel off the main road, left with severe damage to our vehicle.

The conditions of this hotel were horrible. We tried to contact the hotel to cancel upon arrival but they refused to issue us a refund. We ended up having to leave this hotel after the first night due to security concerns (exterior doors not locked, left wide open) and black spots on the mattress. - The "security" door to the outside by our rooms has no lock or latch and is propped open - meaning NO building security. - Black spots found on bed after laying on it, which could be bugs on sheets, and dirty sheets that were not changed - Horrible smell, throughout the hotel - The hallways have the windows open at each end, and the AC units either unplugged or non-operative. - The "fitness" room is over 80 degrees with a non-operative AC unit. Staff put a fan in it for me, which did not make it tolerable. - The pool area is 90 degrees with no air movement.

Stairs, only way to 2nd floor, were dirty with liquid on a couple steps - they were like this for the 2 nights we stayed. Bathroom had wide caulk around shower faucet. Hope to never have to stay here again

Nobody at front desk when we arrived at about 11:15pm. The lights were dim and it appeared unstaffed. Eventually after calling a posted contact number we were greeted. The first thing we were told was that the hot water had been out of service all day and they were uncertain when it would be fixed. With few options due to having our dog with us we opted to stay. The room wasn’t horrible but it had a bit of a smoky/musty smell. Didn’t bother to check out the breakfast. We were gone by 6am

The staff was very friendly. She showed us our room to make sure we were satisfied. We didn’t like the room because there was a smell to it. It did not stink, but my husband has allergies. She took us to another room, and it was good. The front desk clerk didn’t have to do that, but they did, which was beautiful. The rooms were very clean. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

This was the worst hotel experience's I've ever had. The lady checking us in kepy asking if we were someone else even after showing our ID and verifying we paid in advance online. She hassled me about pets even though I payed for them also. Her and her husband/father/ manager followed us outside & watched us unpack our vehicle & get the dogs out. I tried walking it off & ignoring then. About 45 min later we had kenneled our dogs, set up our dog cam & left for dinner. 20 min later the lady from the desk called saying she was getting complaints about our dogs barking. When I checked the cam, they were asleep. The rest of our trip they profiled us, staired at 7s, and constantly felt like they were watching us. So much we left early. For not that much more money we could have gone down the road. The kicker of it all was 2 different dogs on the upper floor were barking in the middle of the night & the kids were yelling in the halls. Just avoid all together.

Room had mold on one wall by bed, one outlet didn’t work, pool was closed, continental breakfast consisted on dry cereal, yogurt, some bananas and apple there were 2 pieces of bread in the bread area and 2 bagels and 3 packages of unknown muffins. The coffee was Luke warm. Didn’t eat! Oh and a fight in the hallway by our room after midnight with yelling profanities with a woman and 1 of 2 men. It was scary. We booked that room because it was animal friendly, I had to bring my dog. The toilet paper rooms had a quarter of a roll on one and a full roll on the other. For the price it should have been the Taj Mahal! The great parking spots had reserved for motel staff on them!

Below average in every way. It sits next to a boarded up old Quality Inn. Potholes and debris in the parking lot. Nice new flooring and bathroom counters. Everything else was old and tired. Breakfast was skimpy. We avoided it altogether.

Worst hotel I've stayed at, staff looked miserable, found vomit at 2am in the hallway. Thin sheets, thin walls. Nats around the breakfast drinks in the morning!! What. Bemidji, MN- Quality Inn had anything BUT quality.

All in all it was just OK. I booked the hotel based on it having a pool for my kids and the pool was closed so that was a bummer. The rooms were pretty nice but had an odd smell to them. The breakfast was just OK--minimal but enough to jump start your day. The front desk staff gave great service. If you are needing a place for a simple, affordable night's stay where you are passing through then this hotel is completely fine for this.

Rented this room for my boyfriend to stay in while traveling. He went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and saw bugs scattering when he turned on the light. When trying to leave the hotel early in the morning, there was nobody in the lobby to help him. He went to exit the hotel through the lobby doors and they were locked. After trying another locked exit, he finally was able to exit through one of the side doors. Seems very unsafe to have 1 unlocked exit in the middle of the night.
