Great hotel. Was ideal for our family of 2 adults 2 teens. The room was clean, well-appointed , tea/ coffee facilities . Roof top cocktail bar and pool were an amazing added bonus as was the fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again

Very quaint nice place to stay

Though it is little dingy and dark on the way to the room, the room itself is clean with all the amenities and conveniently located to Brussels center. There is paid street parking outside the hotel next to the tram lines.

I was disappointed there was no fridge in the room, the room was tidy/clean. The top swimming pool was not big enough for adults, only suitable for kids.

This was our first stay in this hotel. Staff were nice and helpful but the hotel is compact. Swimming pool is not proper swimming pool, it is narrow and has steps in the middle. the hotel theme is nice but very dark. breakfast has limited varaiety. area was ok and tram is few steps away.

Staff was very confused and seemed overwhelmed

Lovely quirky hotel in a great location. We had 2 kids with us and they loved the fact that one bunk was hidden away in a box!
The rooftop pool and bar was a real bonus too. We only stayed one night but found it very clean and comfortable.

Really liked this hotel. The decor is very cool with the concrete ceilings and antique style switches, but not too much style over substance. Our room fit five people really nicely. The beds were so comfortable - we all slept really well, and the bed enclosure against the wall was a real hit with the kids. The little roof pool is tiny but a great touch, and they have a fantastic roof bar. On site parking was full when we arrived, but there was plenty of parking available down the side streets nearby.

Check in was at 3, room wasn't ready until 3.50pm, we had small children with us and this was a pain. Housekeeping wasn't done on 3 of the 5 days until well after 4pm which meant we came back and then had to get it of the way for that to be done. The pool is so tiny, don't be decided by the photo like we were. It was uncomfortably full with 10 people in it. A plug socket was hanging out of the wall with bare wires in our room, tried to tell reception but couldn't find anyone to tell.

Brilliant stay at the Jam hotel. Helpful staff, great family room and loved the rooftop bar and pool

An excellent find which reflects the wonderful oddity of Belgium and Brussels in particular. Rooms straddle the line between hostel and boutique hotel with the family rooms particularly well designed to fit four without seeming cramped. The design features are subtle from the use of recycled plastic to graffiti sticker instructions. The rooftop bar is a real find though often crowded and the chill out pool is tight on space but a great idea for hot nights. The only issue is the cramped lifts which struggle to accommodate more than three people. We didn’t eat there (and the drinks menu was light on beer variety) but the Blond boulangerie three doors down was superb for breakfast.

The hotel is on refurbishment and the noise of drills and hammers stated before 8:00 am.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In case this helps anyone, the parking is on the street, or the property offers parking for 15 euros just across the street. This area has a lot of shopping and restaurant offerings. It is about a 30-45 minute walk to other historical areas but there are plenty of public transportation options available.

We had a great trip, was a perfect fit for our family of five.

Room deco is modern but quite noisy as I lived on 2/F. Can clearly hear the sound of the room next to us.

very unique type of hotel and architecture, not your regular hotel.. The Pool & roof top bar ads great value as well as the Akutsan (love the experience).
The option of late check out is great and the staff is always friendly.
Very convenient location.

This is like an upgrade from a hostel. Very thin walls, grungy neighborhood.

Staff were quite unhelpful and a little rude. Checkin process was fine.
Breakfast on the 1st day was fantastic, plenty of food and a wide variety of food. On the 2nd and 3rd day they had run out of most things by 9:30 am. So on the 3rd day I went down earlier at 8:30am and the same thing. Had to ask multiple times for cutlery, napkins, water. they ration out the coffee pods for the machine for which there is often a long queue. Really not worth it. Better off going to the cafe next door.
Rooms look very pretty on the surface but lots of wear and tear. Scuff marks and holes in the walls, the shower was good but clearly has seen better days. The shower cubicle wasnt the cleanest either. Little things like toilet roll wasnt topped up. The shower gel in the bathroom was pretty close to empty. Overall nice to look at but doest really perform.

Nice hotel, stylish, comfortable room. Kind staff. Pool is worn and hard to swim in, which was a disappointment since I chose the hotel because of it.

Amazing hotel in the best neighborhood of Brussels.
Friendly staff (Rita), clean room, nicely laid out for a family.
On top of all this, superbe rooftop to enjoy my wife and I our last evening in Brussels without the children. A great add-on to other hotels we did in Brussels!
Without taking of the heated pool…
Can’t wait to come back!!!

Excellent stay. Great room, v.good location. Close to the core in it's own funky neighbourhood. Roof top bar is a destination for locals.

Jam hotel is quite unique in style and setting which I really liked, my room was quite small for my friend and I , if we had stayed more than one night that would have definitely been an issue.
But if you pack light, and are looking for a short stay. It is just perfect and the location is it’s biggest selling point in my books.

nahh this hotel is not a 3star the room smell and elevator is old style, the lighting is really odd, the water in the shower is low pressure. overall is not really a great place to stay.

The breakfast is really basic and not very tasty. the scrambled eggs are powdery and cold and only starts at 8am. The neighbouring restaurants had better offers for breakfast.

I didn’t like the place
No shampoo no body wash in my room
I had to go ask twice
No slipper no ice
The bed for third person wasn’t comfortable
So if you have kids get room with double bed not bunk bed

No parking a d that was a big issue. Reception needs to be more warmth and freindliness.

A quirky hotel that was perfect for our short stay in the city. Well placed - not far from the Eurostar terminal or the city centre. Easily accessible by tram or bus. Lovely room - perfect for a family. Pool was great fun. Surrounded by trendy coffee shops and an amazing bakery. Would definitely return.

Hotel looks amazing however on night two we woke up with bug bites all over our body. We informed the hotel staff and they were willing to swap our rooms out and gave us trash bags to go to the laundry mat (no laundry service provided and we had to pay for it). When we go to inspect the other room bedding had hair all over it and makeup. Bed was just made and floor was disgusting.
We picked up and just ended our trip early. On the way home my friends had a severe reaction to the bug bites that ended with us spending the night in the hospital. We are on 12 hours of deep cleaning and still waiting on my car to get detailed. Hotel did refund us the entire stay but this hotel is complete trash.
