About this house rental

11 mile drive to Folsom Field, CU Buffaloe games!!! This spacious home is centrally located within 3 mins of downtown Erie, 25 mins downtown Denver and 15 mins downtown Boulder. This beautiful neighborhood is family friendly offering multiple private parks, dog park, walking trails, basketball courts, fishing reservoir etc.

The master suite is more than roomy, offering an adjustable king tempur-pedic, separate sitting area with desk, private walk out deck and is equipped with a huge bathroom wing with a separate shower, giant soaking bathtub, his/ hers sinks and a private enclosed bathroom.

On the same floor as the master suite are 2 more larger bedrooms offering a jack and jill his/hers sinks and a separate private enclosed full shower/bathroom.

The main floor is an open concept design. Which includes a living room, separate family room, 1/2 bath, granite counters, island kitchen, a full length dining room, beautiful stainless appliances, hardwood floor throughout home, walk out deck w/ grill, patio table and sitting area etc.

We are a family of four whom travels often. When we are home we have our own private apartment completely separate from our guests. Entrances/ exits are separate.

Our goal is for you to have an awesome experience and create memories!!

Safe and quiet neighborhood, just a couple of minutes drive from downtown Erie. The house was clean and spacious with all the kitchen amenities that were needed to prepare our own meals. The beds were comfortable and everything in the house was in working order. The host was easy to get in touch with and check-in was smooth. Thanks

Nice location, easy to get around and had room for the family to spread out. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the large TV in the family room.

Late arrival to house in the rain walking thru a soggy wet rug to get to the front door. Walked in and opened door to a laundry room that was a mess. Cork board floor in one bedroom. Rubber gym floor in master bath. Unfinished drywall around the fireplace. Overall dissapoinying!

My family enjoyed this lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Boulder/Denver. Easy drive to airport, mountains and all that you could wish for! The kids favorite part of the stay was the hammock chair on the front porch where they gently rocked and swayed for hours.

I stayed at this property when it had just become a VRBO property and again recently. Both times the owner of the home was very responsive to questions. The home is conveniently located to go to Denver, Longmont, and Boulder. We also did day trips to Estes both times from here. The three bedrooms worked perfectly both for my trip with childhood friends as well as my trip with my family.

We had a wonderful time! Great, easy location. We came for a hockey tournament in Lafayette, spent a day in Denver and played games at the house. I did have an allergic reaction to the blankets so knowing if an animal lives in the house would have been good to know beforehand, but other than that, it's a great place to stay. And the host is wonderful! Friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay again, just make sure i have my allergy meds on hand! Lol

This is a lovely home with all the comforts you’ll need. 5 adults shared this space & there was plenty of room. It was clean & tidy & we really enjoyed our stay . The only suggestions we have is to upgrade to a full size coffeemaker instead of the hotel size, more plates & dishes (6 wasn’t enough).

We had a great stay in the home. It had a great welcoming feeling. The location was also very accommodating for our travels; an easy drive to Denver, Boulder, and other parts of Colorado. It's also close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores; depending on how long you're there, this convenience made our trip much more enjoyable. Aaron, the host, was very responsive when any questions arose. We're grateful for his hospitality and look forward to our next stay!

Excellent property with all the amenities. Property manager was always available for questions with great customer service. My daughter ran a marathon in Boulder and this location was central to other areas and hiking trails we wanted to be near. Erie is a great town and everything is within a 5-20 minute drive. Highly recommend this property for anyone needing a place to stay. Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable. All the extras.

The location worked for us as my husband had to visit his office in Boulder. The fenced backyard was convenient with our dog and we enjoyed walking her around the nearby small lake. The house was very clean and Aaron responded quickly when we had an issue with the thermostat.

Aaron was wonderful in making sure we had a pleasant stay. We had a good trip. Personal items are present but out of the way. They probably live in the main part of the house when not rented. Host is always available for questions.

Beautiful home and great communication with the owner. Some confusion at first what we would have access to beyond the obvious; however, it was the owner's idea on a correspondence to create a welcome binder for future renters. I believe that they were new to renting their home but they were easy to talk to and cleared up any confusion. If I am out this way, I would recommend staying here again. Very reasonably priced for this economy and made it so we didn't have to rent multiple hotel rooms because anywhere else was way over our budget for what we were using it for.

This is a very nice place to stay. Aaron and Candice were great hosts. They were friendly, and told us to contact them if there was anything we needed. The few times I called to ask questions Aaron responded immediately. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are visiting our daughter in Colorado.

The homeowners are extremely nice and accommodating. We were exhausted from a very early flight, and they were able to have the home cleaned early so that we could check in early. Aaron was quick to respond to any questions I had, and though they live on the property in the basement when they are in town, they encouraged us to have a good time and not to worry about making noise. We honestly never knew if the homeowners were there or not. The location was perfect for what we were wanting to do and for the trips I needed to make to the airport in Denver due to our group arriving on different days. We spent our days out and about, but it was always nice to come back to the house in the evening and rest to prepare for another busy day.

Close to everything. Quick nice drive to Boulder. Owners were a lovely family and even though it's a shared property, one wouldn't even know they were there. Walking distance to a great trail and reservoir lake. Pet friendly and was a great home for our doggie.
