Great location looking into the water, short drive to local supermarket, food and drink.

Some areas of the property are tatty, in need of repair. The seats provided for sitting out on the deck were terrible, not comfy and some rotting with rust. Property/utensils not clean on arrival. Only 4 seats inside for dinner table and there were 6 of us staying. Not enough dishes for 6. Hatch above dining table kept falling down, had to jam with cardboard. Barbecue rusty and falling apart. Outside untidy with old hosepipes and paint tins, old bin lying around.

Location is a quiet neighborhood. Improvements continue. The back deck has been enlarged. New appliances. Clean & comfortable. Short drive to very good seafood restaurants. Awesome sunrises!

The stairs that go to the beach were not in yet. Initial rental costs seem lower. After additional fees (like cleaning) the total cost brings the property in line with other seafront properties.

Great location, easy to register via Vacasa and easy access via the door code.

Scissor and vacuum cleanor were missed. Would be helpful to have it in the accomodation.

it was super clean. beautiful view. I would definitely rent it again.
