About this house rental

Private Pool opens for the season starting March 10! Our 12 bedroom home includes 11 king master bedrooms, a bunk room, queen pull out sofa and 4 twin beds for additional sleeping. The Bunkroom includes 2 queen bunk beds and 2 twin bunk beds- Sleeps 12! All king master bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's, dressers, hangers, extra pillows/blankets, and private bathroom. Each bedroom has a tub/shower combo with the exception of the 2nd bedroom on the main floor with a walk in shower and handheld shower head for ease of use.
There is one step going up from the driveway to the main level of the house, which has four master bedrooms & no stairs. However, there are stairs going to the upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms.

The main floor has an open kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and patio seating off the back deck. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking together easy and fun! The large dining table can seat 24 comfortably. 2 separate family rooms give so many options!! The upstairs game room complete with a pool table, air hockey, multiple game arcade, foosball and TV for your enjoyment. Downstairs has 4 king master bedrooms, gaming console, extra seating, a sectional around a large flat screen TV, fridge, laundry and patio door to back deck, spa and pool. There are two motion activated cameras on the back of the house monitoring the backyards for the safety of the property, the private pool and when the house is unoccupied. Family of 29 ranging from 18 months to 79 years. Very much enjoyed the house and pool. The only negative was that noise carried from room to room.

Our family of five children, spouses and grandchildren enjoyed spending time at this property especially with the pool and game room. The kitchen worked out great as did the sleeping arrangements. Good time had by all!

There were a bunch of us! And this house was perfect for our family celebration over 4th of July. 12 bedrooms - all with king beds - were ideal. Each comes with it's own bathroom, so no sharing needed. The house is divided into 3 floors - each with 4 bedrooms so getting away from the crowd was easily achieved. The kitchen setup was great too. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers is a must for this large of a group. Check! Plenty of dishware, silverware and cooking equipment. It also has an icemaker but in the middle of the summer heat, having extra ice on hand is expected. The pool! It was setup perfect for our group. We had several kids on the early part of learning to swim independently. The shallow end (not quite a zero-entry but close) was great and included an umbrella which covered most of the shallow area. But it also accommodated the 'big' kids as well. The summer heat kept the pool warm (too warm?) until the sun went to the other side of the house. Not sure how you'd ever fix that. To note, most of us went to Table Rock Lake for 1 day. It's about 30 minutes to the lake. But that's small potatoes considering the otherwise nice (and quiet) location. If Branson is your destination and you have a large clan to accommodate. Put this at the top of your list.

This house was wonderful. New and clean with everything we needed for an amazing week. The pool was cleaned daily and the house was on a quiet street. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The house was very spacious and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our youth had plenty to keep them entertained. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The location was great and easy to find. A+

It was a busy 2 and 1/2 days and the place was perfect. Lots of room and able to spread out with little ones and teenagers and adults!! Would definitely stay here again.. maybe in the summer and get to enjoy that pool!! ❤️💯

Our family has been coming to Branson on this weekend since 2002 22 years and counting. We only missed 2020. We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for us. We all had our own room with private bathroom. The kids loved the bunk room. The game room was great too! From the youngest to the oldest fun was had by all. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of activities. The younger kids were so sad the pool was cold but maybe next time. We will be back.

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our large group (17 adults). The house was super clean, updated and state of the art. Every couple had their own spacious King size bedroom (the beds were so comfy) and private bathroom. The multi-level floors and living space ensured that our large group could spread out and not feel cramped over our 4-day stay. The recently added pool, firepit and outdoor space is AHHH-mazing. It literally feels like you are at a private resort. The kitchen was huge with plenty of cabinet and countertop space for meal prep. One of our favorite features was the huge dining table that allowed our entire group (with plenty of room for more) to sit down for meals together. We hired a private chef, The Rogue Chef, from Branson to come in an prepare a 4-course meal for us and served us at the table. For being from Kansas City, this Branson house and the amazing accommodations felt like a true getaway vacation outside of our home state. Highly recommend. Melissa was so great to work with so we will definitely be coming back!

Property is an excellent choice for family and friends getting together. The kitchen has everything you need and more! En-suite bedrooms, game room, family room, pool, hot tub, the list goes on…. We will be looking at dates for next fall for a repeat weekend!!!

The house had plenty of dishes and cookware which was awesome. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. Perfect spot with tons of rooms and bathrooms for our team during our trip to play at the College of the Ozarks.

We came to Branson for our family reunion and this house was perfect! Melissa has thought of everything! Two dishwashers, sinks and microwaves, 3 refrigerators and freezers, 2 washers and 3 dryers!!! It certainly made our time together logistically easy. Melissa was great to work with and super quick to respond. The house is beautiful and spacious. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, bar none. Everything is welcoming and peaceful. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Older family members absolutely loved this place! Everyone had their own king bed and bathroom. The house had nice little touches like hairdryers in every bathroom and white noise machines in every bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked - having 2 stove/ovens, 2 refrigerators and an ice maker made meal time very easy. The pool was wonderful! The location is great - away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas of Branson. We are already planning a week in 2024. This place merits 10+ stars! Oh, and the owner, Melissa, was a joy to work with😊

Had a wonderful time and the hosts were awesome. Had a question and she got back with me right away. The place is just amazing. The only suggestion is that there should be a clock on a wall somewhere. There could also be a TV on the main floor for those handicapped people who cannot use the stairs to enjoy watching movies with everyone else. The kitchen is amazing!!!! Very well stocked!!! We will do this again! Had a great time!

Our group included 7 couples for a weekend getaway. Great privacy for all as the bedrooms are spaced out and each has its own bathroom. Common areas are wonderful. Plenty of room for 2 or 3 groups to split up and do their own thing (hot tub, games, sitting and chatting). We will be back!!

This is a fantastic house for large gatherings. It had an amazingly stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances for all occasions. Every bedroom has it’s own bathroom so everyone had plenty of space and privacy. Highly recommended! The owner was very responsive to all questions we had during our stay.

A group of 15 teachers stayed here while attending a conference. The property was fantastic and well-stocked with towels, dishes, kitchen ware, and consumables (soap, dish detergent, etc). The host worked with us through a few booking challenges and was incredibly gracious. We hope to come back next year and have more time to enjoy the property!

We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding that was in Branson! It was truly perfect, every couple had their own room and bathroom, the house was clean, and felt brand new! Communication with Melissa was excellent. Highly recommend.

My family and where the first to stay at this property and I would say we had an excellent experience. The only issue I had was being the first and not being able to see the pool when it’s finished.. Great home to stay with the family.
