What a fabulous vacation! I traveled with my partner, son and grandson. There were lots of activities to keep a 10 year old engaged - ping pong, corn hole, pool table, bicycles and of course the heated pool! There were puzzles, and games that kept us laughing for sure. The home was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled for ease of use. I can't think of anything I would have added. It was close to the center of town. For the most part it was quiet and serene although the neighbors across the water did enjoy playing their music for others to enjoy a couple of nights. Overall, I would certainly consider returning to this home.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The pool was perfect and heated! The house itself had a great layout and plenty of room. The house had literally everything you could need while there. I knew this would be the case but the neighbors are close by. We kept getting over the fence visits from the dog next door which was not an issue for us. The neighbors across the canal had several parties and the music was very loud/able to hear in the house. This didn’t bother us a ton but something to note.

What a wonderful vacation rental! This house is beautiful and even bigger feeling than in pictures. The host has thought of every detail to provide a fun stay.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, comfortable, nicely updated and well equipped. While home, we spent 95% of our time on the lanai. The pool was great.

If having a clean place to stay matters, this is the place! Cleanest rental we have ever had. Great beds. Host was super easy to work with, we only had a few questions and Christina was very responsive. Great accommodations, everything you need is here and easy to find. We will be back.

Property provided entertainment for all ages (swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, pool, ping-pong & corn hole). House has open design for families to enjoy each other with a variety of activities!

I honestly don't know where to begin, this property was perfect! From the location to the decor we couldn't have asked for more. So many extras you just don't expect from a rental; pretty much everything you may have forgotten to pack was there! Christina is a phenomenal host...although we didn't have any problems, she responded to my questions immediately. If you don't like peace and quiet this might not be a good option for you.

Really nice place and had everything we needed. Our plan was to do alot of fishing but with adverse weather it messed with our plans a bit. This house had everything to keep us entertained. Heated pool, ping pong, pool table, corn hole etc etc. Also, one of the first places I've stayed with comfortable beds! 5 stars all around!

This is a wonderful house well situated in Crystal River and well appointed… It was a perfect getaway for our family.. The experience could not have been better… We created some memories wie’ll have forever. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Like the title states , this house doesn’t miss a thing. Besides the benefit of a dock and outdoor shower, the beds were so comfortable, our super host truly was. After a day scalloping, we swam in the pool, cooked and ate dinner at the family table , played ping pong with grandchildren . We felt right at home in a clean and adorable decorated house. We will be back and highly recommend staying here if it’s even available.
