Property has a great view of the Cottee River with a sand lot and dock for your boat. Everything was just as expected and easy check in. Communication as needed was quick response and everything was clean. Great restaurants within minutes from property and easy access to the gulf. Dog friendly. Great vacation property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and informative. The place is really cute. Being right on the water is so peaceful. There is a bar/restauranr across the water that often has live music that you can hear when you’re outside, but it wasn’t loud and rowdy - or all night. We actually enjoyed hearing it. Speaking of that restaurant, it has one of the best key lime pies we’ve ever tried - and yes, we’ve had Kermit’s in Key West :) We didn’t see any dolphins in the water in the backyard but we took one of the hosts recommendations for a boat rental and rented a pontoon to take out for the day. We saw dolphins playing while we were cruising in the Gulf. It was so awesome! The accommodations are nice and cozy. We stayed in one evening playing some games we brought. Note, the master bedroom doesn’t have a plug on both sides of the bed - an extension cord run under the bed will fix the issue. Also, the internet can be a little rough. I work from home and will often work on vacation. Thankfully that wasn’t the case this time because even my phone had trouble with the internet in parts of the house. Small other thing to note is that there was no shampoo as the listing stated, so thankfully my mom brought some. But this often isn’t something provided by hosts so it isn’t a big deal, just mentioning it because I hadn’t brought my own. My family and I would definitely stay here again. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay on the river. It was fairly quiet and peaceful, sitting on the patio, enjoying the river and music across from it. We even used the firepit one evening. The house was very clean and well stocked, except there were no wine glasses.....lol. It was very close to our daughter and family which is why we came down to visit. We would come back next time we visit.

What a nice setting to sit out on the deck facing the Cottee River and watch the activity and boats go by. It was great to get away from the fast paced daily routine and enjoy life for the long weekend. Thanks for sharing the lovely home with us. We will be back in the future.

In town for a funeral so needed an easy relaxing stay and this property provided that. Requested help on a few items and property manager easily available and quick to respond. Daughter even left her library book behind and they promptly shipped it to us. Appreciate all the help. Thank you

Amazing location! We kept our boat at the house and was able to take it to Anclote Island each day Minutes from Main Street for entertainment and food. Neighborhood quite and peaceful. Definitely will be staying again.

The property was very clean and and well stocked for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we would need. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with coffee and watching the boats pass by. Very relaxing and much needed weekend getaway with the family😊

Excellent communication from the hosts and everything was just as promised. We brought our boat and left it in the water during our stay at the dock behind the house, it was so convenient to be able to hop in the boat and go. Highly recommend this location, we will be back!

We booked this property at the last minute due to an unforeseen family gathering. We spent little time at the house because our days were very busy and hectic. It was nice knowing we had a clean and relaxing place to decompress at the end of the day. Steve was kind enough to go out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at a clean and quiet house on the water in close proximity to some fun restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, remodeled home. The kitchen and bathrooms had the latest appliances, cabinets and tile work. We watched tv on large screens and had HULU for football and movies. Excellent waterfront restaurants close by too.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen well stocked! The location is perfect, close to everything. There is also great fishing from the dock. Steve is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating! We highly recommend this property!

This place was perfect for our house hunting trip to the area. In particular the kitchen is one of the best we have stayed in! We had an amazing time with our dog as well! Even paddle boarded across the river for a great lunch at Whiskey Joe’s. Definitely would stay again!

Bugs when we got there and bugs when we left. Sub-standard electrical service. Sometimes lights worked and sometimes they didn't. Both of these issues the owners tried to resolve, but when the remedies were unsuccessful they did not respond to our communication. These issues and others made for a very stressful vacation.

Loved the house but wish there was more sun in the backyard in the afternoon. It’s not their fault though as the neighbors have a big tree in-line with the backyard. Overall though a good stay, with very responsive owners. Thanks Deb!

Family start of summer vacation with our 2 daughters and grandson. Great location and access to the Gulf as we brought our boat was excellent. The home has docking access which is a plus and the boat ramp was about a mile from the home. Easy access to area restaurants and shopping. The home was clean and pet friendly as we brought our 2 small dogs with us. Deb was very responsive on all of our communication with any questions/concerns and her home was nice, clean and suitable for our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a few days to play on the Gulf!

The property was very clean and the owner was very helpful and responded to our needs quickly. We had no beach towels and she brought them the same day. In addition the neighborhood had a water supply shut down and she kept us informed as to what was happening which was very helpful. The water view is amazing and the kitchen was remodeled and updated with everything you need. The only issue we had was that it said 3 bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom was actually a fold out couch. The 2nd bathroom was clean but odd because it was part of the garage at one time. That is how it appeared so we only used the one bathroom. It was clean but, just seemed strange to us. We actually had a dolphin siting right on the property and you can hear the music from the restaurant which was very enjoyable. The neighbors were very nice and friendly and it was a peaceful neighborhood. I walked every morning and felt very safe. It is very close to shopping, and Tarpon Springs. It was a great experience.
