Please note: There is 1 step in the garden.. Lawn Vista View is a beautifully bright and airy detached cabin-style property that offers simple, contemporary and comfortable accommodation. Being adjacent to the owners’ home you may be greeted by their very friendly dog as you arrive. Inside there is one double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living/dining/kitchen with vaulted ceiling. In this area you will find everything you need for lazy days in when the weather is less desirable or indeed any other time. Directly outside is a private decked patio with garden furniture including table, chairs and sun loungers and you are welcome to also use the adjacent shared lawn if you choose. Located in a lovely residential part of town, Lawn Vista Cabin is the perfect quiet retreat for those wishing to escape their hustle and bustle as well as the perfect base for the more adventurous
Barnstaple is the regional capital where you can have a taste of North Devon life by wandering the streets and river front or enjoying the weekly pannier market and many cafés and restaurants. The town also offers a leisure centre with swimming pool, a purpose-built tennis centre with indoor and outdoor courts, an indoor trampoline centre and Rock Park which is popular with locals. The town centre is just over a mile away and the location is perfect for exploring North Devon and all its attractions such as Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies in Europe’s first ’Dark Sky Reserve’, the many rugged coastal towns and quaint villages such as Lynton & Lynmouth, Ilfracombe and the world-famous Clovelly Village with their awe-inspiring scenery. The popular Tarka Trail can be accessed from the town centre providing the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line on foot or by bicycle allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and river scenery which will take you through Fremington Quay with its excellent café, Instow with its estuary beach and view towards the lovely fishing village of Appledore through to Bideford and beyond.
