Collins and her family have an amazing house on the north side of Lake Lanier. The house is comfortable, well equipped, and very clean. The location to stores and restaurants is convenient. Close to Cleveland, Dahlonega, and Helen for many adventures. Highly recommend! Collins is one of the best most informative hosts!

Absolutely perfect property for our family lake vacation. From a great layout (kids in the basement) to very comfortable furnishings, the house and property met and exceeded all of our expectations. The homeowners were very helpful and their app for the property was awesome! The bedding and linens were exceptional (I even checked the sheets for the brand to buy for home) and the kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and accessory we needed. Really LOVED the two story dock and played with the kids for hours tossing a football around in the water. Rented a boat one day and got full use of the boat slip and lake… to include fishing and tubing. The location was perfect with Publix and Walmart only 10 minutes away. Beautiful neighborhood with peaceful evenings. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Lake Lanier!

A group of us stayed at this incredible house (8 adults total) for a family wedding and the house surpassed expectations. The house was laid out really well, the house was fully stocked with everything needed to have a great trip, and the house was located in a beautiful vacation. Unfortunately, it rained our entire trip but any pockets of sunshine and we went for runs around the neighborhood, paddleboarded on the lake, or just hung out in the super comfortable house (full decorated for Christmas, which was lovely!). Couldn't say enough nice things about the stay and for Collins, who was quick to respond and help us make the most of our trip.

I would definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed. There are 3 full bathrooms so each family had there own bathroom. More than enough beds. The basement has 2 bedrooms and a full bath, a game room with a ping pong table and about 20 board games, and a large family area with a large TV. The main floor has 3 bedrooms--2 with king beds and one with 2 single beds along with 2 full bathrooms. The house is in a quiet safe neighborhood. When you get up in the morning you can sit outside on the screened in porch and watch the deer came eat in the backyard overlooking the lake. The first morning I saw 5 deer while I was outside praying early in the morning. The house is beautiful! Well thought out floor plan. There is a private deck on the lake. I
If it is too cool outside to enjoy the lake, I recommend going to Atlanta an hour drive away to see the Aquarium--the best one in the US. We also went to the zoo and the Coca Cola museum. Also an hour away is the great little town of Helen that is worth your time. It is a german town that also offers a mountain coaster that is very popular. We also drove to the Blue Ridge mountains and apple orchids. There is so much to see and do in the area if you can manage to get away from the beautiful home.

Opportunity to get the family together, which had not happened for a while. We gathered firewood in the woods, made a fire, had smores and a lot of fun! Enjoyed great dinner in one night (Dump & Bake recipe) and had a riot with Connect-4 game with the 7 yr old ending the night as the champion. Went to Suwanee to watch the kids soccer games and enjoyed an evening dinner at Montaluce Vineyard. Did some retail therapy at the outlet mall followed by Kani's Hibachi dinner. Enjoyed the screened in porch and all home spaces. In all, great memories!

Amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood. I loved the screened in porch for coffee in the mornings and evening hangout. We saw lots of deer, babies, mommas and bucks. Ping pong games were fierce to let off some energy! The dock was a fun place to spend the day, paddle boards, kayak and floats.

Family Vacation 10/10!!!
My family and I rented Holly Hideaway for a week long vacation in June. We had the BEST time!!! The owner’s of Holly Hideaway were absolutely amazing. From the date we booked to the day we left, they were always accommodating, lovely, and SO helpful. So about our stay… let’s just talk about how jaw-dropping the neighborhood is!!! It’s stunning. Every house is unique and lovely. And Holly Hideaway is in the midst of one of the best golf courses in GA!! The house is HUGE & I want to now re-decorate my own home because of how beautiful the furniture and decor is. They did an excellent job! The kitchen came fully stocked with every appliance, bowl, and utensil one would need. My family enjoyed our time on the lake - fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. We had many game nights & ping-pong tournaments, spent some time at the golf course, and went to a Braves game (which was about an hour away but not a bad drive at all!). We also went to the outlets and enjoyed some of the shops (only 10 min away!). Every morning, we had a coffee on the back porch and went for a 2-4 mile walk around the neighborhood to explore some of the gorgeous homes. In the evenings, we grilled out and had some quality family time. Another plus - the neighbors here are so friendly. We could not have asked for a better location and stay. We had a family of 8, including our grandma, and there was something here for everyone to enjoy. We all definitely recommend staying here and are looking forward to booking again!

Everything from check-in, stay, and check-out was amazingly easy. The photos need updating as the decor and bedding was extremely nice and perfectly staged! All rooms, including game room and screened in deck were clean and welcoming, great color schemes and comfortable furniture. The early birds in our group of 8 had our coffees in the screened deck each morning, listening to the birds and watching the sun beams off the lake just steps away. The night owls hung out there after playing ping pong in the game room. The outdoor chairs and fire pit made for a great eve of s’mores. The deck was perfect for those of learning to cast a fishing rod, lol! Even our 4 year old grandson had an awesome time and still keeps asking when we’re going back to our lake house! Highly recommend the following local restaurants: Brooklyn Joe’s Pizza, The Blue Bycycle and Kani House. Also, we had a slow tire leak in our passenger van, Charlie’s Tire Shop came through on the busy Easter weekend at a very low price. Holly House will be forever in our memories, and we look forward to returning later the year!

We are six friends from high school and this was our annual "girls' trip." We loved the house because it was perfect for our group with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We liked that the house was on the lake and the views were very nice. The neighborhood was fun to walk through and we were just a short drive from area shopping.

Home away from home
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was plenty spacious for my family and had everything there was to need. The house was clean and comfortable. Easy check in process and communication was great. The ping pong table, paddle boards and kayak were great additions for activities for myself and family to use. The location is in a nice community, with golf a course near that is beautiful and not too far from stores for necessities.
Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend for anyone wanting a home away from home.
Thank you again!

We had a wonderful family retreat at the Holly Hideaway. The house has everything you would need to enjoy the lake even if you do not have a boat. We love the quieter north end of Lanier and were able to enjoy wake boarding, tubing and paddle boarding safely with our 6 year old twin grand kids. The adult kids were also very pleased with the amenities. If you love golf this would also be a great place to stay. I was not sure what to expect and overpacked. Just add your suitcases and groceries and you are all set. We will recommend this property to others.

Our group of friends rented for a fun but relaxing Fourth of July weekend and this place did not disappoint! From the spacious kitchen, ample (and comfortable) beds, and ease of getting to the lake, this house had everything we wanted and more. We were all very excited to try out paddle boarding and canoeing and when we got tired we had floats provided for proper lakeside chilling. Each night we enjoyed sunsets on the dock followed by game nights in the basement. Whether you are in a small or large group, this is the place to rent for the perfect combination of leisure and lakeside activities!
