Lovely hotel with amazing staff and quite modern looking place and overall enjoyable. The only downside is the location. If a stranger in these parts you will stand out like a sore thumb as the area feels a bit rough

Hotel was lovely - rooms were clean and spacious, unfortunately 2 things let it down.: 1) the noise all night long from outside making it impossible to sleep, and 2) we arrived at 3pm, check in was from 2pm, but we were told that maybe we couldn’t check in until later on due to the room not being ready.

We had a three night stay as a couple. Very comfortable bed, lovely room, shower was great! Towels and basic toiletries provided. Breakfast is not included and seemed quite expensive so we went to the supermarket around the corner. We were a bit disappointed by the pool, much smaller than pictures show and not heated, we still had a dip, but was freezing!! There was also alot of noise from outside and neighbouring rooms. Despite this we had a great stay!

We checked in and were taken up to room 311. Nice room. However it smelt so strongly of sewer gas that after an hour we asked to be moved. The front desk gladly moved us to a smaller less stinky room (102). We dropped our bags and hit the town not thinking of anything else. We got back to the room around 2330 and showered and got into bed. Almost immediately we could feel us getting bitten. We pulled back the sheet and sure enough there were many bed bugs. I grabbed one, killed it and put it in a cup and took it down to the front desk. The guy told me that ya they’ve had that problem before. I said well you’ll have to move us. So he puts us in a new room again. We asked to have the first night of our 3 night stay compensated in some way as we had to move twice, and the next day we had to waste 2 hours in a laundry mat to ensure the bugs didn’t get into our clothes. The manager told us and Expedia that he would not be doing anything for us as their policy’s state no refunds. On top of everything mentioned above this is no 4-star hotel. It is located in a very rough neighborhood a fair ways a way from the tram. The hotel looks good and modern but obviously has some serious issues that need to be addressed. Don’t make the same mistake as us and stay here. It is certainly not worth the aggravation of the money.

Hotel Orangine was an exceptional property. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean and regularly maintained. Close access to metro and bus. Breakfast not included in the price and was very expensive, so manly sought options elsewhere. Pool was generally well maintained, sun beds might need a cleaning soon. Overall, a very comfortable stay, and I hope to be back!

This hotel was very modern inside, clean and friendly staff. The location is not good, especially with young children. Felt very unsafe and cab drivers also advised the same. Not walking to distance to any main attractions or shopping.

The property and amenities are great. The location isn’t. 20-30 minutes by train to get to any of the attractions you’d want to visit in Barcelona. Nearly an hour via public transit to the nearest beach. Very limited cafes or eateries nearby apart. However, the room, facility and pool were excellent. Very modern and amazing service from the pool bartender as well.

There is parking for a few people, but I swear I looked and made sure it was complimentary though it was not. €18/day. It’s fine. But I’ve had so many surprises with this booked trip that it’s starting to get annoying/frustrating. Hotel was nice, quiet, clean. Staff was polite and helpful. I’d recommend.

Room was spacious, room service daily, it is far from all Barcelona tourist things but honestly it made it safer and close to metro station so you could go anywhere. Laundromat was down the street (the hotel does says laundry but its not true it just means it's near a Laundromat). Staff was welcoming and breakfast was delicious.

It’s a gem tucked in the midst of a working class neighborhood. The food was excellent, pool experience with Leo at the bar was amazing. Front desk was very helpful. When our trip to Pamplona completed we returned to the hotel in shambles and exhausted. I even committed the worst offense and slept through checkout, but the staff was very helpful and gracious.

Location was in the middle of a busy neighborhood which was strange but it was conveniently located next to 2 major metro stations which made travelling around the city very easy. Very friendly staff and service. Good size room and washroom

I stayed at this hotel 5 nights. I was very comfortable and everyone was very helpful. Also the breakfast is the best service of the hotel, along with the swimming pool and the excellent tender bar that prepared me some great drinks. Very recommended.

The rooftop pool and bar or a huge plus with this property. The bartender was fabulous, the room with spacious and clean and very comfortable. Check in and check out. We're super easy :-)

The hotel decor and quality was excelllent, the staff at the hotel were super nice, friendly and helpful. The location is abit out of the way for all the tourist attractions, bars and restaurants so makes the holiday more expensive having to get transport but the hotel it self was a lovely experience would definitely recommend

the hotel itself was adequate, however felt quite underwhelming for a 4 star hotel. easy to access the metro, which was helpful because the property is very far from everything (at least a 30 minute metro ride to any restaurant/coffee shop/must see attraction). Anywhere outside the hotel smells like pee sooooo that was fun. Unless you want to see camp Nou probably not better to find something more central
