About this apartment rental

With the beach being just a five-minute walk away, a cosy and beautiful interior, and a fairytale garden, this cottage is everything you could want from a seaside getaway. You can tell a lot of love has gone into decorating this home, with lovely traditional touches while still being contemporary and stylish. The kind of place you feel right at home when you walk into. Bright patio doors lead you to the garden, dotted with blooming flowers and greenery. Mornings spent in this garden are particularly beautiful. Enjoy a lazy start to the day, enjoying a coffee and reading a book as you feel the morning sun on your face. You're just a minute walk away from the local village butchers if you want to pick up sausages and bacon for a hearty breakfast before getting out to explore. There's so much to see in this area, and you're ideally located to see it all. Pack your hiking boots and head to the White Cliffs of Dover, you're just a twelve-minute drive away. And the bustling town of Deal is just a ten-minute drive away from home, known for its winding streets and great pubs. When you get home, the beach is within easy reach for a nice stroll or a quick afternoon dip. And the two village pubs are every bit as quaint as you'd imagine, the perfect spot for a late afternoon pint after a day of exploring. The open kitchen and dining space make dinnertime a social affair – everyone can prepare dinner together. Serve up your feast on the farmhouse-style dining table talking, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. Home truths: *Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay *At full occupancy, two guests can have their own privacy in the Shepherd's Hut *To stay in the Shepherd's Hut, both guests must be over 16 years old *No dogs are allowed in the hut *This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift *All bedrooms are on the first floor *Please keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 9am to stay respectful to your neighbours *The kitchen is lacking some basic crockery and cooking utensils, so it might not be the best choice if you're planning family meals in *You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started
