Enjoy Lake Norman in this beautifully renovated condo just steps away from the pool, lake, great restaurant, and shops. We are a little different in that we pride ourselves on not only providing our guests with a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, but also helping to provide the best vacation experience possible. Our goal is to provide a space and experience that not only makes you to feel at home, but also a bit spoiled! Let us know if there is anything that we can do to elevate your stay, and if it’s at all possible, we would love to make it happen for you!

This unit sits in a quiet complex with a view of the lake, steps away from the pool, located across the marina and just a few minutes walk from popular North Harbor Club Restaurant, The Cottage which is a wine bar and store, and The Cabin which is a cozy bar with wonderful craft cocktails and often has live music. On the complex site you will have access to brand new pickleball courts, tennis courts, a park walking trail, and a lake boardwalk to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. It’s just a little over a mile into the town of Davidson where you can visit Davidson College, and many quaint shops and restaurants. This complex also has the easiest freeway access than any other community in the area. This unit boasts of comfort and is well equipped with nice kitchen dinnerware, appliances, accessories and your basic coffee and cooking needs. Comfy beds (beware firm bed lovers, ours are definitely on the softer side, and somewhat high off the ground) smart tvs in each bedroom, a cozy living room with swivel recliners, a wood fireplace, and large smart tv, a well-stocked bathroom, and wonderful views from the back patio. Stocked with many games and books for guests to use and enjoy. This is a bottom floor unit, but there are 8 steps down into the unit, and unfortunately has no elevator.

An additional agreement with specific house rules and expected behavior is required of all guests. This agreement will be sent via Docusign after bookings are accepted. We require guests to complete pertinent information, sign, and return to us with a copy of state ID in order to confirm identity within 48 hours of receipt in order to maintain reservations. Reservations may be cancelled if these items are not filled out, signed, and sent back with 48 hours of receipt. Access to the unit will not be granted without signed agreement and proper ID. If you would like to see a copy of the agreement before requesting to book, please message us through our inbox and we would be happy to send you a copy for review. This is a strictly non-smoking of any kind or vaping unit, inside or outside.

Owners are friendly, very hospitable, and eager to please, but if you're grumpy, rude, and overly picky, then we respectfully ask that you please, keep looking elsewhere. We will bend over backwards for our guests and do whatever is reasonably possible for our guests, but no place will be perfect for everyone’s very specific and differing personalities, tastes, and comfort levels, so please don’t expect utter perfection, with this unit, or any other. We do our very best, but it’s just not possible to please every specific personality completely. If you are friendly, polite, well mannered, and well-communicating guests looking for an elevated experience, then this is the place for you!

This is a beautiful location and wonderful place to stay. The property is well maintained and very clean. Owners provided everything you would need. Fantastic with communication and provided information of restaurants and things to do in the area. Local people were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful condo overlooking Lake Norman offers everything you need for an amazing “Lake Life” get away. Steps from the complex pool, and steps from the lake, you can enjoy it all. A cute wine bar with live music is a gem just across the marina. Kim, your host is quick to respond and ensures your experience is 5 star!

Comfortable, no stress stay in a lovely, quiet location. Property owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to a special need. Property was extremely clean and comfortable with up-to-date amenities. Close to shopping, restaurants and highway. Lovely pool, walking trail, pickleball, tennis, and basketball on site. First class stay.

The condo itself was immaculate and well appointed - and was convenient for everything we were doing in the area. The owners were beyond responsive and made it an easy -and fantastic- experience all the way around. We are looking forward to booking it again!!

This condo is spotless and beautifully decorated. Awesome shower, well stocked kitchen. Softest, most plush bed I have ever experienced. Waterfront location with steps to a nice restaurant was wonderful. Easy access to the interstate was handy since we were there to explore the area. The entire complex and surrounding condos are all really nice. Lots of pickleball courts if that is your thing. Appreciated the hosts special touches and small surprises, which I will not reveal so the next lucky people to stay here will be surprised too.

Great location within walking distance to Lake Norman boardwalk as well north harbor club restaurant and marina. Pickleball courts and tennis courts recently renovated. Easy access to interstate 77!

Beautifully decorated condo with lots of warmth and little touches (like chocolate truffles, robes, etc.) Felt more like a luxury hotel than a rental. Great location close to Davidson. We loved walking the boardwalk and visiting North Harbor restaurant and the The Cabin across the cove. The farmers market and all the cute shops/restaurants of downtown Davidson were just minutes away. Kim (the owner) was very easy to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely stay again! Beautiful condo with little extra amenities that made my stay feel like I was at home. The bed was super comfy and the shower was a dream. I loved being steps from the pool and a very short walk to a restaurant. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; however, my stay was at the beginning of the off season. I can’t imagine it being that much different during the summer months though. You can hear the highway traffic from the pool, but nothing a little music or earbuds couldn’t drown out. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe staying here. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

This property is within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. You have access to walking trails, pickle ball, boating, and more. The linens and towels are so much better than a hotel. The owner provides items beyond my expectations (K cups, creamer, a wide variety of teas, beach towels, etc). Communication with the owner was clear and direct. I would definitely recommend this property.

There are too many wonderful things to list about this property! It is exactly as described - expertly decorated, incredible location close to Davidson, Lake Norman, and Mooresville, fully equipped, luxurious - it feels like home in every sense of the word. Kim, the owner, was fantastic to work with and made it so easy from booking through check-out. The unit is perfect for a lake getaway, visiting Davidson College, girls weekend, romantic long weekend, the list goes on. Many fantastic restaurants close to the unit, with North Harbour and a wine bar within walking distance to the condo. A gem of a find. We can't wait to visit again!

This couldn’t have been better! The perfect spot in Davidson! Right near the water with a view, beautiful harbor with restaurant & wine bar. Gorgeous condo, very clean & everything feels fresh light & airy! Loved the color scheme & decor! Close to downtown with great restaurants! Host is very sweet & has great communication! This will be our place we stay when we come! Why would we pick anything else! It’s perfect!!

The house was clean well decorated and comfortable. We were on the go every day and the location close to the freeway was perfect. This trip was about NASCAR and the house is located close to a lot of the race shop’s and tracks. After being on the go all day the house was a great place to relax and unwind, it is equipped with everything you need.
