The sprawling kitchen has new cabinetry, gleaming quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, 2 breakfast bars, a large breakfast room overlooking the water and a wet bar with extra cabinet space & 2nd refrigerator to allow for less trips to the grocery store! It’s vacation after all! This wonderfully appointed kitchen makes cooking for a crowd a breeze. It is an open floor plan that flows beautifully into both the Florida Room & the Living Room.
Spacious living room with large couches, custom shiplap ceilings & ceiling fan, 65” flat screen smart TV & shelves full of books & games makes for the perfect space to enjoy time with your friends & family.
The Florida room provides dining space to seat your whole crowd in one great space. Perfect for fun dinners in & game nights! Windows look out to the tiki bar and the pool and a full wall of glass leads to the large screened in lanai and private pool.
Primary suite has a private bath, 2 closets, ceiling fan, king sized bed and glass doors leading to the pool. 3 additional spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans and ample closet space. Main bathroom with custom tile work, shower & bath tub.
And the grounds… what a special & unique vacation experience! The lanai spans the back of the house with a private salt water pool overlooking a water view, beautiful custom flooring, lounge chairs, gathering area, convenient door leading right into bathroom, outdoor shower and 2 screen doors leading to backyard. Circular driveway, private lot with towering palm trees and stunning weeping moss trees, basketball hoop, outdoor swing for the kids, large dock overlooking the water for wildlife viewing and outdoor dining (the turtles love strawberries and will visit with you daily!), tiki bar with ceiling fan & sun deck, firepit with surrounding chairs, nearly an acre of grassy space with outdoor lighting for yard games and family fun! Please walk around the pool area, and swim at your own risk. Please do not swim or enter the Pond for any reason.
