Hilltop 3 bedroom/2bath home in the heart of Hocking Hills. The cottage has great views and amenities including 6 person hot tub and a fire-pit for cool nights. WiFi internet and internet TV in the bedrooms and living room. Quiet but close to everything. It's only 2 miles from SR33 and Cantwell Cliffs. There is a shared driveway but the cottage offers ample privacy and excellent views of the surrounding hills. The cottage offers central heating and cooling, dishwasher, and gas grill (propane not furnished.)

1st experience with Vrbo! This house was perfect for us and our 2 adult kid couples! 6 of us and the dog enjoyed everything! The house, grounds and hot tub were spotless and comfortable. The only thing I would say is somehow mark the fireplace brick base with white paint or caution tape! Tripped on it first time through while looking at everything! We put the trash can on it and that solved the problem! lol! Highly recommend this charming clean vrbo.

We had a fantastic private stay with family. It is a great location, close to Logan but nestled within the hills of Hocking Hills. We were able to have easy access to the local attractions and enjoyed the winery just down the street. There was immediate assistance if we had any concerns. The hot tub water which was clear upon arrival was turning cloudy several days in. We were given immediate assistance and the issue was resolved immediately. What a great place to stay to enjoy Hocking Hills.

Clean, quiet, watched hummingbirds at feeder. Would be better if more towels were provided. Signage for house could be bigger. Lady at house across drive said many guests come to their door by mistake. Overall it was very nice. Would stay again

The cottage was exactly as advertised! We had a great time at the cottage, my kids were so excited about it. They loved the spiral staircase and the hot tub. It was nice having camp fires each night and it was really neat how the deer walked around close to the property. Thank you for providing all the necessary items to cook meals, that made our stay easier! It’s about a 25 minute drive to Ash Cave.

Checking in was easy, the cottage was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans , utensils and spices. Enjoyed the hot tub each night, especially after hiking day! Had a fire in the fire pit the last two evenings. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns! Highly recommend!

Everything was clean and orderly and went as expected. A Kuerig coffee maker would be helpful and easier than the full size coffee maker. Remember to bring your own coffee. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking. Very cute and clean cabin!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed (hotels included). The check in and check out process was clear. There was plenty of privacy, but the cottage is close to everything Hocking Hills has to offer. My teenagers really enjoyed the hot tub after hiking all day, and the wifi and smart TVs were a nice addition. We hope to come back next year, if not sooner!

Very spacious, well-appointed house centrally located to all the hiking that Hocking Hills has to offer. Host was quick to respond to questions. Great location also for viewing the northern lights. Many memories made here and would definitely stay again!

The property was in a nice location, clean, had a very well stocked kitchen and comfortable. The spiral staircase was tough for we retired folk, but we survived lol! The outside furniture wasn’t cleaned yet, but I would say we were there the first weekend of nice outdoor weather. For safety sake, I would suggest another motion sensor light by the step down off of the hot tub deck to the main deck for navigating in the dark.

We came to Hocking to celebrate a birthday. The weather didn't cooperate, but the house didn't disappoint. The hot tub was very nice after our hikes and we were able to have a fire one night. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked all of our meals. It sits back off the road and itis a very quiet setting. Exactly what we wanted.

The cabin, a house really, was easy to find. Very cute inside and out. By far the cleanest rental we’ve ever been to! The kitchen is well stocked and great for cooking. The living room was comfortable and relaxing. It’s nice to have a dining room that’s not overcrowded with other furniture; we spent many nights there playing games. It’s also very nice having two showers! And a laundry room. It’s rural and quiet, but so close to everything. We also enjoyed a fire and the hot tub. The neighbors and caretakers were met accidentally when our dog ran into their yard. I’m glad she did though because Ruth, Tony, and Tim made our stay even better. It was lovely chatting with them and getting to know them. A tree fell in the middle of the road, taking out the power and forcing us to find a different way to get to the cabin. Jerry, another neighbor, was instantly helpful with buckets of water and alternative directions. Ruth came to check on us a few times and helped with the lanterns. It was a comfort knowing help was close by. VRBO was contacted by us when the power went out, bc we had a medical issue where power was needed. They were no help whatsoever. I was told my case was being escalated and I would hear back. It’s been five days and nothing.

We chose Hocking Hills as a great Pre-Eclipse getaway!! I haven't been to the area in over 20 years and it was a great place to start before traveling west for the Eclipse. The cottage was perfect for what we needed and very convenient to everything we wanted to do while there. Communication with the owners was great and we had absolutely no issues with our stay. I highly recommend staying here!!

We had a great week, had some unfortunate weather storms but the caretakers came and made sure we knew where everything was in the event the electric went out. The cottage was very cute and cozy. The queen bed in the small room definitely needs updated as it’s very uncomfortable (we considered purchasing a topper because it was that hard) and ended up sleeping on the couch but the rest of the beds were much more comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and we had a pretty relaxing time.

We had 4 adults for our weekend trip and had plenty of space. The house was very clean when we arrived. The owner provided great instructions on how to get to the house and how to enter. We didn’t run into any issues while there. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to relax after hiking all day. We weren’t too far from Logan and many of the trails. The area was very quiet and felt like we were secluded even with neighbors not too far. We would highly recommend staying here.

The overall property was great, it was not too far from a major highway rt 33, which made it convenient to get to many places. The only small negative was the bugs found in the loft bedroom. Though there weren't many it made my daughter change her bedroom to the first floor. The hot tub is a nice add on for comfort and relaxation.

No thrills, nothing special, but if your looking for a decent place to stay close to Hocking Hills state park this isn't a bad option. We showed up after dark and had some trouble finding the driveway, but we eventually did. Located close to another residence with a shared driveway. Hot tub seemed old and chemicals weren't balanced correctly. Our kids had a blast and everything was clean so we don't regret our booking at all. Definitely not the private stay that some are looking for when they go to Hocking Hills though.
