This retro inspired, comfortable holiday house is perfect for families, workers and groups looking for a relaxing beach break. Located in East Warrnambool, just 900 metres from the beach and under 2kms from the CBD.

Nostalgia greets you as you walk through the front door, keeping true to its vintage theme, each room has an eclectic mix of colour, texture and form.

The large lounge has sweeping bay views through its floor to ceiling windows. The area will comfortably accommodate your group, whether it's movie night or games night. The lounge has a Smart TV (with access to Netflix) and ceiling fan.

The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, electric stove and oven, Moccamaster coffee machine, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster and NutriBullet. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, crockery and cutlery. Please note dishes will need to be done by hand as there is no dishwasher. The dining area is located in a nook off the kitchen and has ample seating and a split system (cooling and heating).

The master suite has a separate lounge with three seater couch, flat screen Smart TV and split system (cooling and heating). The lounge opens to the bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, BIR and ensuite with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and BIR. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, ceiling fan and BIR. Bedroom 4 has two king single beds, ceiling fan and BIR.

Kids and adults alike will love the retro vibes in the main bathroom with its blue basin and blue bath. The bathroom has a stand along shower, with separate toilet located beside the bathroom.

The sun filled study with chair and electric desk (so you can stand or sit) is perfect for people looking for a designated workspace while staying at the house.

The spacious backyard is fully enclosed, making it ideal for kids. The large outdoor table (with umbrella) is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. A Weber BBQ is available for guests to use.

The fully equipped laundry has a washing machine and dryer for guests.

The carport has a roller door and can fit one car. For additional vehicles, there is free off street parking at the front of the property.

Retro Beach House is located close to the beach and many of Warrnambool's local attractions. Many visitors come to the region to experience the geothermal pools at Deep Blue Hot Springs. Sessions are available throughout the day and evening with other wellness and spa treatments available.

The Foreshore Promenade is a 900 metre walk from the house. This links up Warrnambool's beaches from Lady Bay to Hopkin's River.
