I will start by saying that the service was deplorable and I do not mean lack of attention, but rather, lack of respect, rudeness and threats. I was accused and offended by neighbors of the house I rented of being there illegally because they claim that the house does not have a license to be rented, in addition to finding it completely dirty, without toilet paper and an owner and representative of a very low level and integrity among other things (they threatened to turn off the light and the air conditioning). We ended up leaving the house two hours after arriving with my family because of all the problems we had since our arrival... in the place where we were looking to relax and have a good time... it ended up being the worst experience!!!

We stayed at this location with a group of 20, house says it will sleep 22. This is not an accurate description of the property, a more accurate number would be sleeps maybe 12 at most. The majority of guests had to sleep on cots and there were not enough linens for everyone. There were beer cans and liquor bottles left scattered about the pool area, the microwave did not work, there was no LP for the grill, the pool heater was left on so pool was 99 degrees when we arrived The house was not very clean inside and had cockroaches. We contacted VRBO about our issues and they sent message to host about our concerns and suggested partil refund but never heard back from host. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location or any location owned by these people!

The house was okay. This was not the house originally chosen but a week prior to arrival I received email that there were pipe issues and repairs would not be completed in time for our arrival and was given 2 home options. This was the better option of the 2. Inside was spacious. Could use a little updating in bathroom. Bedrooms were good. The small cots offered are a good option however they were so thin. Huge Racoons wandering back yard pool patio area.

The property was fantastic. It was everything advertised and very convenient. My only complaint is that the neighbors were incredibly rude. When we arrived, we stepped on the back patio and got screamed at by the neighbors. Everything else was excelent!

We had 14 people in our group and stayed the night before our cruise. We never felt crowded and were comfortable the whole night. Communication was great with the owner. Will definitely recommend this property.

Very nice property. Older than I initially thought but still very nice. My only complaint was the next door neighbor who made it a point to tell me that he would call the police if we kept up noise. This happened upon my arrival and irritated me quite a bit.

To paraphrase Forrest Gump, a VRBO is like a box of chocolate: you never know what you're gonna get. If you knew what you were going to get, you'd know ahead of time that the dining room light jingles every time a helicopter passes overhead or the upstairs washer goes through its spin cycle; and you'd know that all the mattresses are foam; and you'd know that all the beds have the less-desirable duvets; and the carbon monoxide detector has low batteries and starts its shrill alarm at 3 in the morning; and the security camera in the back yard feels intrusive; and the air conditioner can't keep up very well. These were the annoying aspects of the place. They are 'maintenance' items and there is no rating category for maintenance. But, on the positive side, the location was perfect and the pool was fabulous, and everything else suited my group's needs wonderfully. That's why I say I'd stay there again. But it would not be honest--or fair to the true 5-star houses--to call this particular house a 5-star. It's a 4-star that you can expect to be pretty happy with. I hope I showed my appreciation sufficiently by taking the trouble to blow off the roof, clean the gutters and open up a clogged downspout. for our host. (I had the tools and the time, so why not?)

This property was located close to restaurants, Hollywood beach. Me and my family had an excellent stay. The pool was amazing. Definitely recommend this home.

Our group was looking for a nice place not too far from the beach and with a pool to hangout at, this place was great! House was clean, had plenty of bed space and comes stocked with all the appliances/ accessories you’d need (towels, soaps, cooking utensils, ect.) We especially appreciated the sunscreen and bug spray that was provided. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive with any questions/concerns. The listing does not mention cameras but there are some in both the front and back. Our group didn’t mind at all and if anything felt safer, but I think it is something a lot of people like to know prior to booking :) Our one and only complaint about this property is the neighbors who will come to the fence/complain if there is ANY noise outside past 10pm (including just sitting outside talking), it wasn’t a huge problem for us it’s just the houses are very close so large groups should keep that in mind! Overall, we would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a cute place to stay near Hollywood beach!

My friends and I stayed at this property over spring break and absolutely loved it! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for all of us. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us and everyone had a bed! The backyard is so nice and convenient and the pool is amazing!! The owners were very helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with at all times. Overall this was a great stay and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We all definitely felt like we had to leave a review for this house and our experience because of how much we enjoyed everything about it. This house was recently renovated and you can tell because everything looks new and spotless. The beds are suuuuper comfortable and the kitchen is really big and well equipped, perfect for our family stay. This is actually the second property we have stayed with this hose in South Florida and we knew it would be just as great the second time. The pool is absolutely beautiful with the lounge chairs and BBQ, our kids really enjoyed it! The location is perfect super close to the beach and Fort Lauderdale. Honestly one of the top places to stay with the price and location and everything. The hosts were very sweet and responsive at all times with all of our questions. Highly recommend!

We are so lucky we found this place - it was exactly what we needed!! My friends and I are in Miami and this home was perfect for us, suuuper clean and just a beautiful place!! The sheets smelled great like a hotel, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had a bunch of new appliances so you can tell the owners upkeep it really well. The pool was GREAT super big, clean, and the crew heated it before we got there like we asked them to. Perfect location close to everything important in SF. It was just a great vacation and we loved the communication with the host. Highly recommend to anyone coming down to Miami, it’s the perfect house for big groups. I don’t write reviews a lot but felt like I needed to since we enjoyed it so much :)

The neighbors were scary and online it says 24 people are able to sleep here but in the house they say maximum occupancy is 8. Also I had forgotten a wallet there, they had contacted me and i told them I’d come to get it. But when we came to get the wallet it was no where to be found and we tried to contact the people again but they did not answer us.
