Bedroom 2 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed, ample closet space, and is styled with modern gray. Bedroom 3 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed and full length mirror to bring a modern feel to this city oasis. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom on the main level includes a king sized bed with a lot of natural light and ample closet space. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You'll find two full and one half (three total) fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find a walk-in shower and one shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with essential toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the large fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are four stools at the counter for extra seating. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. No parties please! Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1000. Last-minute and unapproved late check outs result in a $300 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. During your stay the below maintenance may take place: - The hot tub crew usually stops by every Monday. Please avoid using the hot tub for 24 hours after the hot tub cleaning, as per the cleaning company's recommendation. - The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday. - The trash company collect garbage every Thursday morning or on Friday.
